In this work, we consider multigoal-oriented error estimation for stationary fluid-structure interaction. The problem is formulated within a variational-monolithic setting using arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian coordinates. Employing the dual-weighted residual method for goal-oriented a posteriori error estimation, adjoint sensitivities are required. For multigoal-oriented error estimation, a combined functional is formulated such that several quantities of interest are controlled simultaneously. As localization technique for mesh refinement we employ a partition-of-unity. Our algorithmic developments are substantiated with several numerical tests such as an elastic lid-driven cavity with two goal functionals, an elastic bar in a chamber with two goal functionals, and the FSI-1 benchmark with three goal *** Codes 65N30, 65N50, 74F10 © 2021, CC BY-NC-ND.

Document management system makes user to access information anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to analyze what variables have impact on the intention to use of document management system. To achieve the objectives conducted by identification problem on the research model developed from the model of technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of technology to the use of document management system. Furthermore, the data obtained from the respondents tested outer model, inner model test, hypothesis test and to produce a comprehensive analysis will be conducted Importance Performance Analysis. This research will result in a comprehensive analysis and able to provide recommendations and solutions for improvement from the implementation DMS has been done earlier. © 2018 IEEE.

Augmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see the real world, with virtual objects placed on it or combined with the real world. Augmented Reality itself can be applied to various things, including as an educational media. In the field of education, technology can be used a culture introduction to society. One part of Indonesian culture is traditional houses. Traditional house is a building that symbolizes the culture of the local community. In North Sumatra itself, there are several traditional houses that have different forms. The use of Vuforia SDK in the construction of this application can display augmented objects in the form of 3-dimentional objects and also provide information on the house. This application will run on the Android mobile platform to make it easier for users to access it. In addition, users can choose their own objects to be used as markers to make the application use much easier. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

There have been many studies conducted related to Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. In this study aims to find out how the relationship between the three and how to form a framework to explain it. The methodology used is qualitative by looking for some literature on smart city framework, IT Governance framework, and a Big Data framework. From these results, an overall picture of the relationship between the three is concluded, where Big Data has a role in IT Governance. and also the relationship of IT Governance to the realization of Smart City. And the final results of this study produce a framework to explain the relationship between Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data.

Hoax is defined as a try to convince any readers to believe particular deception. A news frequently spreads on social media. Hoaxes news is engineered to meet a personal purpose and caused by predefined factors. In Indonesia, one of the top discussions is about hoax news related to natural disasters spread through social media. Some people have been sentenced to jail because of making and spreading hoax news. To date, the internet community is unable to distinguish hoax news from the actual news. This is because there is no available tool to detect hoaxes. Therefore, this paper propose an initiative to have a hoax detection application in Android-based devices by using the web scraping technique to extract data downloaded from the inputted URL with a simplified interface. The retrieved data are optimized by utilizing Nazief-Adriani stemming algorithm and analyzed by using Rabin-Karp algorithm.

Non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms (nsSNPs), also known as missense SNPs, can seriously affect an individual’s vulnerability to numerous diseases, including cancer. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive in-silico analysis to examine the structural and functional implications of nsSNPs within the Folate Hydrolase 1(FOLH1) gene, which encodes the Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA). A total of 504 SNPs were retrieved, and after filtering, 15 pathogenic nsSNPs were identified using five different in-silico tools. Three of these SNPs—R255H (rs375565491), R255C (rs201789325), and G168E (rs267602926)—were consistently predicted to be pathogenic across all in-silico tools. MutPred2 was used to predict the structural and functional consequences of the identified mutations. The analysis revealed multiple alterations in the PSMA protein, including changes in helical conformations, glycosylation patterns, transmembrane properties, and solvent accessibility. Furthermore, I-Mutant 2.0 analysis demonstrated a decrease in protein stability for most nsSNPs, except for rs267602926 (G168E), which was predicted to increase stability. Conservation analysis using ConSurf revealed varying degrees of amino acid conservation, with R255H and R255C identified as highly conserved residues, indicating their potential functional and structural significance. Additionally, post-translational modification (PTM) analysis indicated that while phosphorylation and methylation sites remained unchanged, specific glycosylation sites were lost in two pathogenic mutant variants (R255H and R255C), potentially affecting PSMA function and adversely impacting prostate cancer. Our findings highlight the importance of in silico studies to investigate the structural and functional impacts of FOLH1 nsSNPs on the PSMA protein. Such in silico studies can deepen our understanding of the roles of nsSNPs in prostate cancer onset, progression, and drug resistance.

This paper intended to classify land cover of high-resolution satellite image using supervised classification method. The object of this research was the land cover image of the central java area in Indonesia which chosen as an area observed with the cloud cover consideration. The Satellite image was obtained from Sentinel-2 through https://***. Supervised Classification and ArcMap 10.5 was used to classified image object. This research classified the land cover into four classifications class namely Water, Forest, Urban and Bare Land due to show the main classes in the Land Cover Classification of RSNI-l National Standardization Body of Indonesia, RSNI-l was used as reference for classification process. The confusion matrix used to calculate classification accuracy value. Subsequently, confusion matrix results compared to the truth information. The truth information was derived from the actual value of RASTERVALUE obtained from Google Earth. This research shown supervised classification maximum-likelihood classification has been classified land cover into four class (forest, water body, urban and bare land) with overall accuracy = 1 and kappa value = 0.4896. This result showed this research got moderate kappa accuracy value but high overall accuracy value. High accuracy value reached due to fully supervised experiment during classification process.

Interaction is a powerful resource for quantum computation. It can be utilized in applications ranging from the verification of quantum algorithms all the way to verifying quantum mechanics itself. Here, we present the first implementation of interactive protocols for proofs of quantumness — which when suitably scaled promise the efficient verification of quantum computational advantage. The key feature that distinguishes these protocols from existing demonstrations of quantum advantage is that the classical verification is efficient and scales polynomially rather than exponentially with the number of qubits. The experimental implementation of such interactive protocols requires the ability to independently measure subsets of qubits in the middle of a quantum circuit and to continue coherent evolution afterwards. This is achieved by spatially isolating target qubits via shuttling, and opens the door to a range of quantum interactive protocols as well as new information processing architectures. Research software is essential to modern research, but it requires ongoing human effort to sustain: to continually adapt to changes in dependencies, to fix bugs, and to add new features. Software sustainability institutes, amongst others, develop, maintain, and disseminate best practices for research software sustainability, and build community around them. These practices can both reduce the amount of effort that is needed and create an environment where the effort is appreciated and rewarded. The UK SSI is such an institute, and the US URSSI and the Australian AuSSI are planning to become institutes, and this extended abstract discusses them and the strengths and weaknesses of this approach. Matrix factorization (MF) technique has been widely utilized in recommendation systems due to the precise prediction of users' interests. Prior MF-based methods adapt the overall rating to make the recommendation by extracting latent factors from users and items. However, in real applications, people's preferences usually vary with time; the traditional MF-based methods could not properly capture the change of users' interests. In this paper, by incorporating the recurrent neural network (RNN) into MF, we develop a novel recommendation system, M-RNN-F, to effectively describe the preference evolution of users over time. A learning model is proposed to capture the evolution pattern and predict the user preference in the future. The experimental results show that M-RNN-F performs better than other state-of-the-art recommendation algorithms. In addition, we conduct the experiments on real world dataset to demonstrate the practicability.
