In entering competition the quality and predicate best the national and the quality of graduates, college trying to use information technology as an instrument for might win this competition. That IT can be used to fulfill and support the system in college, it needs assessment from information technology regularly. One method of conducting evaluation of the performance of the department of information technology is to use the framework Cobit 5 as yardstick efficiency in the use of information technology currently consisting of 5 (five) domain namely: EDM, APO, DSS, MEA A measuring instrument his as. With this method, researchers trying to make it a blueprint as the end result of utilization of information technology in college, so the management can plan exactly how of development of information technologies company to the next few years. An evaluation, known level capabilities inside the area mea and APO is entirely located at the level of 1 (performed) with the level of the target to be achieved is the level of 3 (established). Weakness governance information technology in STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan is the lack of formalization rules and procedures management information technology. To reduce the gap between capability the current level was level and capability to be achieved, so STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan must meet PA2.1, PA2.2, PA3.1 and PA3.2, that capability the current level was that is at the level of 1 could rise to the level of 3. Analysis of an individual’s immunoglobulin or T cell receptor gene repertoire can provide important insights into immune function. High-quality analysis of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing data depends upon accurate and relatively complete germline sets, but current sets are known to be incomplete. Established processes for the review and systematic naming of receptor germline genes and alleles require specific evidence and data types, but the discovery landscape is rapidly changing. To exploit the potential of emerging data, and to provide the field with improved state-of-the-art germline sets, an intermediate approach is needed that will allow the rapid publication of consolidated sets derived from these emerging sources. These sets must use a consistent naming scheme and allow refinement and consolidation into genes as new information emerges. Name changes should be minimised, but, where changes occur, the naming history of a sequence must be traceable. Here we outline the current issues and opportunities for the curation of germline IG/TR genes and present a forward-looking data model for building out more robust germline sets that can dovetail with current established processes and provides transparency based on principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability. We describe results obtained by applying the data model and associated principles within the AIRR Community, including supporting software and databases. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper is presented a computational algorithm, based on polynomial regression, used to predict the positioning of a universal exam machine. The universal exam machine works in nuclear environment, which makes it impossible to control using positioning sensors or cameras. In the same time, the exam machine is used for non-destructive analysis of nuclear materials. The exam machine operates with a stepper motor. The control parameters of the stepper motor have resulted from different conditions operation of stepper motor. Based on these parameters, a predictive polynomial method was developed to optimize the positioning of the exam machine controlling the stepper motor. This method is trained off-line using previously acquired data. This method is a part of predictive machine learning that is trained offline using previously acquired data. For hardware validation is implemented a circuit that use current sensors coupled to each phase of the stepper motor. The information received from those current sensors is sufficient to achieve, based on the prediction method, a very accurate prediction system respecting operating conditions of the exam machine. © 2018 IEEE.

Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3.

Reinforcement Learning (RL) is an extraordinarily paradigm that aims to solve a complex problem. This technique leverages the traditional feedforward networks with temporal-difference learning to overcome supervised and unsupervised real-world problems. However, RL is one of state-of-the-art topic due to the opaque aspects in design and implementation. Also, in which situation we will get performance gain from RL is still unclear. Therefore, This study firstly examines the impact of Experience Replay in Deep Q-Learning agent with Self-Driving Car application. Secondly, The impact of Eligibility Trace in RNN A3C agents with Breakout AI game application is studied. Our results indicated that these two techniques enhance RL performance by more than 20 percent as compared with traditional RL methods.

Objective: Mobile nutrition applications (apps) provide a simple way for individuals to record their diet, but the validity and inherent errors need to be carefully evaluated. The aim of this study was to assess the validity and clarify the sources of measurement errors of image-assisted mobile nutrition apps. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study with 98 students recruited from School of Nutrition and Health sciences, Taipei Medical University. A 3-d nutrient intake record by Formosa Food and Nutrient Recording App (FoodApp) was compared with a 24-h dietary recall (24-HDR). A two-stage data modification process, manual data cleaning, and reanalyzing of prepackaged foods were employed to address inherent errors. Nutrient intake levels obtained by the two methods were compared with the recommended daily intake (DRI), Taiwan. Paired t test, Spearman's correlation coefficients, and Bland–Altman plots were used to assess agreement between the FoodApp and 24-HDR. Results: Manual data cleaning identified 166 food coding errors (12%;stage 1), and 426 food codes with missing micronutrients (32%) were reanalyzed (stage 2). Positive linear trends were observed for total energy and micronutrient intake (all P_trend < 0.05) after the two stages of data modification, but not for dietary fat, carbohydrates, or vitamin D. There were no statistical differences in mean energy and macronutrient intake between the FoodApp and 24-HDR, and this agreement was confirmed by Bland–Altman plots. Spearman's correlation analyses showed strong to moderate correlations (r = 0.834 ∼ 0.386) between the two methods. Participants’ nutrient intake tended to be lower than the DRI, but no differences in proportions of adequacy/inadequacy for DRI values were observed between the two methods. Conclusions: Mitigating errors significantly improved the accuracy of the Formosa FoodApp, indicating its validity and reliability as a self-reporting mobile-based dietary assessment tool. The development of technology has been very significant, not only in the fields of information, industry, education, but in agriculture. Therefore technological sophistication is also utilized by corn farmers to obtain information about corn crops. Corn is included in plantation commodities in Indonesia. However, in corn cultivation there are various problems associated with the disease that is likely to attack the plant. Therefore, the authors designed the expert system of corn disease diagnosis using certainty method. This system will analyze based on symptoms - symptoms that are in the input by the user so that in obtaining a result of disease identification on corn in the name of the disease, the cause of the disease, the percentage value and how to handle it. This expert system is developed by using the visual basic application and Microsoft Access database with Certainty Factor method to measure the value of certainty of a hypothesis against a fact.

Web applications continue to grow however web attacks are also increasing, this shows an increase in web application vulnerabilities. Several methods have been used to detect vulnerabilities in web applications such as black-box testing, dynamic analysis, and static analysis. In this article, we propose a framework for detecting web application vulnerabilities by combining all three methods. The strengths of one method are used to overcome the weaknesses of another method. This framework is believed to provide better results than if each method was used separately.

Classification is an important technique in data mining to create patterns and data modeling. Hepatitis is a disease that is dangerous to humans as this disease affects the human liver which is a vital organ. Early detection of hepatitis by diagnosing its occurrence on patients is needed to give them help, care, and treatment. Therefore, a classification technique is required to create patterns and models of data. To achieve accuracy in classifying hepatitis there would be requirements to separate relevant from irrelevant features. By only considering relevance features in classifying hepatitis, it is expected that the classification process will be faster, easier, and more accurate. In this research, the ANFIS algorithm and genetic algorithm are used in classifying the diagnosis of hepatitis based on a dataset from the UCI data mining repository. Results obtained showed that the genetic algorithm gave a slightly higher accuracy of 98.73% compared to 86.67% results obtained using ANFIS.

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) makes the application of smart homes grow rapidly. It is very popular to install smart appliances in the house. However, building a smart control system at home not only costs a lot but also has many limitations. For this reason, this study proposes a smart homes control system to easily integrate IoT, WSN, smart robot and single-board computer to implement smart home applications. We use wireless technology and automatic equipment to avoid excessive communication cable and to make the house more intelligent to keep in-house movement unimpeded and indoor space tidy and to let appliance adjust appropriate environment settings automatically. This system brings intelligence and convenience to home, making living environment more comfortable. © 2018 IEEE.
