This study explores the influence of trust and risk in the use of FinTech in Indonesian society. This exploration is based on findings from previous studies that suggest that trust and risk are important aspects in considering the use of FinTech. The focus of this research is to develop and validate the research instruments that will be used next. The basic theory of model development uses the theory of technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis. The models and instruments developed will be through pilot studies involving 133 communities as respondents. This Study is quantitative research and data obtained were analyzed using smart pls v3.0. This analysis is conducted to ensure the level of reliability and validity of the instrument. The results of this analysis find 31 instruments that are stated reliable and validity. So it can be used for collecting data from a survey in accordance with the research.

In this study we used an architectural research method based on the Open Services Gateway Initiative and Mobile Agent technology, which is a model for analyzing smart home business platforms for technology governance planning tasks that include the recommended decision flow process and as recommendations from established business models and expanded to include a series of additional parameters needed to produce a business platform so that it can analyze the business model offered by the developer and detailed analysis of proposed governance in the service sector. And finally this research produces a Framework that presents a technology governance model for updating strategic plans and governance models for technology and frameworks designed to meet the needs of the elderly population and as recommendations for smart home management that aim to measurably improve the welfare of people in Indonesia. The proposed model and strategy recognizes the diversity of the community with existing providers of household tools and developers to optimize resources to achieve the goals and objectives of elderly smart home residents

This paper extends frequency domain quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) methods pursuing higher sensitivity to detect Brain Developmental Disorders. Prior qEEG work lacked integration of cross-spectral information omitting important functional connectivity descriptors. Lack of geographical diversity precluded accounting for site-specific variance, increasing qEEG nuisance variance. We ameliorate these weaknesses. (i) Create lifespan Riemannian multinational qEEG norms for cross-spectral tensors. These norms result from the HarMNqEEG project fostered by the Global Brain Consortium. We calculate the norms with data from 9 countries, 12 devices, and 14 studies, including 1564 subjects. Instead of raw data, only anonymized metadata and EEG cross spectral tensors were shared. After visual and automatic quality control, developmental equations for the mean and standard deviation of qEEG traditional and Riemannian DPs were calculated using additive mixed-effects models. We demonstrate qEEG "batch effects " and provide methods to calculate harmonized z-scores. (ii) We also show that harmonized Riemannian norms produce z-scores with increased diagnostic accuracy predicting brain dysfunction produced by malnutrition in the first year of life and detecting COVID induced brain dysfunction. (iii) We offer open code and data to calculate different individual z-scores from the HarMNqEEG dataset. These results contribute to developing bias-free, low-cost neuroimaging technologies applicable in various health settings.

Computational technology is an important thing that needed in the whole of human life. Along with the development of computer technology, there are a significant data created and wait to be processed; we will get more advantages if it well-processed, if not we will see the data explosion, the data is just a useless stack. Research mitigates the other research paper and makes a conclusion and a report by PRISMA method. The development of computer technology will support the development of an organization. Considering any factors in choosing the right and suitable high-performance computer resource due to our organization is a must. The existing high-performance computing forms are Supercomputer, Grid Computing, Cluster Computing, and Cloud Computing. Based on this work, the last form of high-performance computing, Cloud Computing is one of the most used forms thus we mitigate its advantages and disadvantages. Recently, to process this vast data, we must have a high-performance computer and to provide it, this is not a cheap resource.

The ability of an eavesdropper (Eve) to perform an intercept-resend attack on a free-space quantum-key-distribution (QKD) receiver by precisely controlling the incidence angle of an attack laser has been previously demonstrated. However, such an attack could be ineffective in the presence of atmospheric turbulence due to beam wander and spatial mode aberrations induced by the air's varying index of refraction. We experimentally investigate the impact turbulence has on Eve's attack on a free-space polarization-encoding QKD receiver by emulating atmospheric turbulence with a spatial light modulator. Our results identify how well Eve would need to compensate for turbulence to perform a successful attack by either reducing her distance to the receiver or using beam wavefront correction via adaptive optics. Furthermore, we use an entanglement-breaking scheme to find a theoretical limit on the turbulence strength that hinders Eve's attack.

Recently, diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) has been explored for non-invasive assessment of renal transplant functions. In this paper, a computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) system is developed to assess renal transplant functionality, which integrates both clinical and diffusion MRI -derived markers extracted from 4D DW-MRI (i.e. 3D + b-value). To extract the DW-MR image-markers, our framework performs multiple image processing steps, including kidney segmentation using a level-set approach and estimation of image-markers. To extract these image-markers, apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) are estimated from the segmented DW-MRIs and cumulative distribution functions (CDFs) of the ADCs are constructed at different b-values (i.e. gradient field strengths and duration). Finally, these markers (i.e. CDFs) are integrated with clinical biomarkers (e.g., creatinine clearance and serum plasma creatinine) to assess transplant status using stacked auto-encoders with non-negativity constraints based on deep learning classification approach. Our CAD system consists of two consecutive classification stages. The first stage classifier achieved a 96% accuracy, a 95% sensitivity, and a 100% specificity in distinguishing non-rejection (NR) from dysfunctional (DF) transplanted kidneys. Additionally, an overall accuracy of 94% has been obtained in the second stage in separating DF to acute rejection (AR) and different renal disease (DRD) transplants. Our preliminary results hold strong promise that the presented CAD system is of a high reliability to non-invasively diagnose renal transplant status. © 2018 IEEE.

The importance of adopting the evolutionary maintenance is becoming increasingly long life of a software without it losing its quality and its functionalities, however performing evolutionary maintenance of legacy systems is not always an easy task, considering that these systems often have incomplete and inconsistent documentation or even that was lost over time. We want to understand what software process assets can help in the implementation of requirements development practices in evolutionary maintenance in adherence to CMMI-DEV model, how these assets can be used by requirements team and how this team evaluate this application. This paper aims to present an implementation approach of the RD (Requirements Development) process area of CMMI-DEV (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development) in the Brazilian company, called Vibe Desenvolvimento, for evolutionary maintenance projects with data collection from reverse engineering, and perform the adherence analysis of the model implemented in relation to the process area studied, through the application of questionnaires to Requirements Analyst team of this company, and the analysis of the work products generated in each specific practice of RD process area. © ISCA, CATA 2017.

This study aims to apply data mining techniques with cluster analysis on stock data registered in LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis used in this method is k-means algorithm, the data in this research is taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis in this study analyzed the characteristics of data volumes and stock values, while the results in this study were presented in the form of cluster members visually. Therefore, this cluster analysis in this research can be used for quick and efficient identifier for each member of LQ45 index cluster based on share value for each cluster and its volume. The identification results can be used by beginner-level investors that begun to be interested in stock investments to help make informed decisions about stock trading on desired cluster groups. © 2018 IEEE.

Background: Temperature and rainfall patterns are known to influence seasonal patterns of dengue transmission. However, the effect of severe drought and extremely wet conditions on the timing and intensity of dengue epidemics is poorly understood. In this study, we aimed to quantify the non-linear and delayed effects of extreme hydrometeorological hazards on dengue risk by level of urbanisation in Brazil using a spatiotemporal model. Methods: We combined distributed lag non-linear models with a spatiotemporal Bayesian hierarchical model framework to determine the exposure-lag-response association between the relative risk (RR) of dengue and a drought severity index. We fit the model to monthly dengue case data for the 558 microregions of Brazil between January, 2001, and January, 2019, accounting for unobserved confounding factors, spatial autocorrelation, seasonality, and interannual variability. We assessed the variation in RR by level of urbanisation through an interaction between the drought severity index and urbanisation. We also assessed the effect of hydrometeorological hazards on dengue risk in areas with a high frequency of water supply shortages. Findings: The dataset included 12 895 293 dengue cases reported between 2001 and 2019 in Brazil. Overall, the risk of dengue increased between 0–3 months after extremely wet conditions (maximum RR at 1 month lag 1·56 [95% CI 1·41–1·73]) and 3–5 months after drought conditions (maximum RR at 4 months lag 1·43 [1·22–1·67]). Including a linear interaction between the drought severity index and level of urbanisation improved the model fit and showed the risk of dengue was higher in more rural areas than highly urbanised areas during extremely wet conditions (maximum RR 1·77 [1·32–2·37] at 0 months lag vs maximum RR 1·58 [1·39–1·81] at 2 months lag), but higher in highly urbanised areas than rural areas after extreme drought (maximum RR 1·60 [1·33–1·92] vs 1·15 [1·08–1·22], both at 4 months lag).
