The concept of green building helps reduce the effects of global warming, and the availability of long-term natural resources and increases the service life of buildings as well as the use of Greenship as a rating system for its achievement. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the increasing role of digital have made people no longer work in offices but have moved to cafes so that more and more cafes have switched or added functions to become cafes and co-working spaces, resulting in the need for adjustments to the construction and interior of buildings as well as additional services. To attract more visitors, a unique concept of transformation of local culture is needed. Local culture is born from local wisdom and in harmony with nature. This touch of local wisdom values can enhance the image. Local cultural potential in the form of Sasak bale architecture can be represented in the construction and interior of cafes and co-working spaces and utilizes local materials. This is in line with the initial goal of implementing green buildings in cafes and co-working spaces that are modern and minimalist but have local wisdom values. This design is a way of preserving local culture.

Supply chain information system for product management control using rule based reasoning model

Accuracy, fast and efficiency in performing digital transactions are needed especially during the pandemic covid 19, this need to be done for persevering and improving customer confidence. The supply chain is a concept applied by companies to analyze production needs from raw material providers, transportation to be used, production processes and even determine expeditions to send goods to customers according to a predetermined time. This research has never been done by other researchers where the supply chain process is carried out by a company by involving algorithms in computer science in the form of applying rule based reasoning methods to obtain optimal results. The supply chain information system combined with the rule based reasoning method allows companies to control production management that can improve product quality even up to the marketing model that will be used accompanied by consultants who are experts in their fields and can communicate actively to customers so that customers feel satisfied and feel well served. Computational rules will be run through the system developed in the form of rule based reasoning so that the company can obtain fast and precise analysis to take a decision with the purpose of obtaining the maximum benefit from any activities and transactions.

The development of companies called startups is a company that has a lot to do with the world of technology and information; even in Indonesia, it has become a new trend, including the rise of startups engaged in software development. Many software startups have started to emerge by developing innovative software products to increase economic value to increase job opportunities. However, not a few software products that have been produced have failed. One of the causes of product failure is organizational factors, where the organisation’s culture is still a very complex problem for software startups. The role of top-level management in software startups also affects the organization in supporting the success of the products produced. In this study, we conduct a review of the literature in the organizational area in implementing information security governance, focusing on its application to secure software development. information security governance is part of an organisation’s overall governance where it protects the organisation’s existence. Thereby, the focus of this review is to explain governance associated with organizations with a standardized approach to information security governance and investigate the variables that influence top-level management structures on secure software development.

REPEAT ANALYSIS program AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE system FOR RADIOLOGY MANAGEMENT: CAUSAL REPEAT AND AN OVERVIEW

OBJECTIVEThis paper aims to describe the image retakes program over several decades, and identify the causes of issues due to rejection rates. MATERIALS & METHODSThis study is a literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method. Articles were searched from Google Scholar (3140) and Scopus (18) using keywords " Reject" or " Repeat" or " Retakes" and " Analysis" and " in" and " Diagnostic" and " Imaging". The article range was expanded to describe the profile of repeat analysis from the use of film-screen to digital transformation systems. Based on the established criteria, 20 articles were extracted and analyzed. RESULTSFrom the literature, it was found that repeat rates above 5% were still found in some examination categories, with chest radiography contributing the highest rejection rate, reaching 51.67%, with the biggest contributing factor being positioning (84.8%). There are interesting findings related to this program, where subjective factors in determining the classification of rejection causes still exist. One study mentioned that AI can predict image rejection accuracy with a sensitivity of 93%. Therefore, the use of AI can be very helpful in classifying rejection causes, making data available for more efficient and easier radiology management. CONCLUSIONRepeat program is part of image quality management. The justification for rejection decisions still poses a challenge related to personnel's subjective factors and determining the causes of rejection/repeat must also be done to obtain concrete data related to radiography performance.

He has twenty-five years of experience in systems development and is published in the field of systems development management. He served as corporate research scientist at Systems Exploration Inc. from 1988 to 1991 program director at Computer Science Corporation from 1983 to 1988 director of operations at Republic Management Systems Corporation from 1981 to 1983 and program manager at Computer Science Corporation from 1972 to 1981. A 1962 graduate of the US. Naval Academy he holds a doctoral degree in human behavior and engineering degrees in electronics and communications. He has taught courses on information systems and systems management at most of the colleges in the San Diego area. Dr. Hafner has presented fourteen refereed research papers while publishing sixteen articles and a book A Manager's Guide to Software System Development.

Evaluating complex systems is the subject of this paper, the third in a series investigating prototyping. It provides an interesting and helpful overview of how to evaluate systems prototypes and outlines the iterative stream of developer-user interactions that is replacing older approaches to testing and evaluating new military systems, which promise to reduce the time required to develop and field future military capabilities. Changes to the acquisition process, such as those the paper sketches, will facilitate the nation's rapid transit through its current revolution in military affairs.

Comparison of random forest algorithm, support vector machine and neural network for classification of student satisfaction towards higher education services

Students are customers of a higher education institution. Various types of services and facilities are provided by universities for students, such as academic services, student services, and infrastructure including information technology services. Student satisfaction with the quality of the university services is one of the factors that affect the academic performance of the university. This study aims to compare the level of accuracy between the Random Forest method, Support Vector Machine and Neural Network for the classification of student satisfaction with the services provided by Higher Education. The dataset consisted of 430 respondents from private universities in Vietnam taken and adapted from previous research. The training and testing dataset uses a split proportion of 80:20 of the total available datasets. Model performance measurements using matrix confusion include accuracy, sensitivity (recall), and precision. The results showed that the Random Forest method can produce the best accuracy rate of 76.47%, followed by Neural Network and Support Vector Machine algorithms with an accuracy rate of 74.12% on each.

Classification of images containing sensitive and non-sensitive information using the convolutional neural network

Currently, social media is used by almost all ages, from pre-teens to the elderly. They use social media to socialize and express their activities by uploading pictures; however, they sometimes do not realize that the images they upload contain sensitive information. They do not carefully analyze the images to be uploaded due to a lack of knowledge, irresponsible acts, or impaired vision. Therefore, we propose a method to classify images with sensitive or non-sensitive content using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This research was performed through several steps: image public dataset collection, data pre-processing, model architecture design, model training, and model validation. A randomly selected sample of 2,000 of 5,537 images from the VizWiz-Priv dataset was used to train the classification model. The CNN architecture was compiled using two max-pooling layers and four convolution layers. Finally, the model was trained and validated using images containing sensitive and non-sensitive information. The results revealed that the model accuracy during training and validation achieved 98.75% and 83.30%, respectively.

A review of face expression recognition system recommendation for psychiatric disease

Research on human mental disorders has started exploring the relationship between human facial expression recognition (FER) and symptoms of mental disorders because cases in FER are similar to symptoms in psychiatric disease. With the tremendous success of machine learning and deep learning, various models and architecture of these techniques are being leveraged to achieve better performance. The purpose of this work is to undertake a review of the most recent work on automatic facial emotion recognition (FER) using deep learning. We emphasize these contributions from the deep learning architecture and facial databases and the researchers’ progress by comparing the recommended technique with the findings produced. The study found that facial expression recognition based on cognitive internet of things (CIoT) in psychiatry disease did not yet exist, so it became a big opportunity to develop this research in the future. It can be concluded that this research can assist scholars by examining previous works and providing insights to improve this field and can be used as recommendations for psychiatric disease.

Prediction of traffic congestion based on time series dataset number of vehicles using neural network algorithm

The increasing number of vehicles that was not accompanied by an adequate road infrastructure readiness causes traffic jams. Traffic jams often occur repeatedly every day, especially at certain times, such as when people are going to and from work. The same traffic jams can also occur at the beginning or the end of the week; this usually repeats every week. As a result, if the congestion dataset is known, the repeating traffic congestion for daily and weekly congestion can be anticipated. In this study, traffic congestion predictions are modeled using the Neural Network Algorithm based on traffic congestion data collected within 24 hours for one to two weeks. The parameters used in optimizing Neural Network performance are learning rate, momentum, and epochs (training cycles). Based on these experiments, the Neural Network Algorithm successfully modeled traffic density patterns which are recurring congestion patterns, with quite good results.

The notion of the sub-exact sequence is the generalization of exact sequence in algebra especially on a module. A module over a ring R is a generalization of the notion of vector space over a field F. Refers to a special vector space over field F when we have a complete inner product space, it is called a Hilbert space. A space is complete if every Cauchy sequence converges. Now, we introduce the sub-exact sequence on Hilbert space which can later be useful in statistics. This paper aims to investigate the properties of the sub-exact sequence and their relation to direct summand on Hilbert space. As the result, we get two properties of isometric isomorphism sub-exact sequence on Hilbert space.
