This work proposes an innovative home assisted system, based on the interaction of the stimulus earpiece. It addresses a need of people suffering from dementia as well as their familiars to be recognized by them and have better interaction and collaboration. The project aims not only to people already suffering from dementia at early stages but also people with genetic predisposition who may be trained appropriately to discover and create acoustical stimuli associated to their familiars. The system offers an ubiquitous recognition system, without the need for extensive training of the patient, based on the principles of music therapy and the features of wireless communication. To the best of the authors knowledge, this is the first system of its kind ever reported in the literature.

Smart phone has established itself as an inevitable part of one's life. Hence the growth rate of smart phone is expanding every year. In addition to the basic communication services such as voice calls and SMS a smart phone provides a wide variety of useful services such as internet connectivity, gaming, wireless connections with other devices, global positioning systems, digital camera, embedded memory etc. The improved popularity of Android devices and their convenient price attracted the malware developers also, which results in a drastic growth in the development of the Android malware applications (apps), between 2010 and 2018. Researchers have discovered that about four million new malware samples are developed and spread across the android market per year, and it was reported that more than 90% of these new malware samples belongs to any of the existing malware families. Through this paper, we propose a framework named MONITROID which generates a smart alert whenever a malicious app is launched in a user's phone. The alert message informs users about the dangerous impact of currently executing application. The backend server performs a massive malware detection and the identification of the malware family.

Porous structure and exploitation properties in nanostructured MgO-Al 2 O 3 ceramics prepared at 1300 °C and 1400 °C for 5 and 9 h were studied. In ceramics sintered at higher temperatures and durations there is an increase in the area of contact between grains, and also the open porosity is formed, which leads to an increase in the effective adsorption of humidity. A branched pore structure is required for effective sorption processes. Humidity sensitivity of ceramics and the minimum hysteresis in adsorption-desorption cycles are due to the three-dimensional distribution of pores in size and insignificant number of additional phases. The loss of humidity sensitivity in ceramics sintered at higher temperatures and durations is related with evolution of porous structure of ceramics. The degradation transformations in the investigated ceramic lead to the improvement of their humidity sensitivity.

This paper introduces a new paradigm in the electromagnetic (EM) analysis of largely inhomogeneous nanostructures. It is shown that the high degree of inhomogeneity may render the traditional discretisation of such topologies problematic. A new discretisation scheme that is much better matched to these topologies is proposed. The scheme involves a more adequate meshing and discretisation formalism, in conjunction with an original combination of dual space-time EM field quantities to be calculated. The pivotal field equations are elaborately discussed, with an emphasis on their computational implications.
