Transfer learning aims to leverage the knowledge of the source domain to help the learning of unlab.led target domain models. However, all conventional transfer learning methods assume that samples from source and target domains are always freely accessible. However, this assumption is rarely plausible in real-world due to data privacy. To combat this challenge, we introduce Structure-constrain Source Free Domain Adaptation with regularized Knowledge Distillation of source model (SSFDA-KD). Our method is based on the observations that a deterministic classification result can be obtained when the target data distribution aligns with the source data distribution, and a well-trained model not only yields a deterministic classification for a sample but also has clear category boundaries, which implies samples that are close together belong to the same category. From those, we first generate the source model with lab.led source data, which is regarded as a well-trained model. Then, we identify target prototypes with lower self-entropy and assign the pseudo-lab.ls to other samples according to the neighborhood structure. Finally, we refine the target model by minimizing prediction loss, constraining internal structure via triplet loss, and reducing knowledge distillation loss. Experiments of fault diagnosis based on WWTPs are conducted to validate its effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

The anonymity of blockchain may be exploited by criminals for illegal fund transfers, thus a conditional privacy-preserving scheme is important for blockchain regulation. Currently, sharding technology under a multi-chain architecture is used to improve blockchain scalab.lity. However, current conditional privacy-preserving schemes cannot work on this architecture. To protect the privacy of the transaction, we present a conditional privacy-preserving transaction scheme (MC-CPPT) for multi-chain blockchain system. In this system, we proposed a zero-knowledge proof based anonymous transaction, in terms of the identities of transaction participants and amounts, which also enables the unlinkability of transactions and indistinguishability between cross-chain and intra-chain transactions in multi-chain blockchain system. In addition, a multi-node regulatory agency is introduced to control the transaction amount and frequency in the system without a single point of failure. Moreover, an ECC-based encryption scheme is proposed to achieve the traceability of suspicious transactions. A security model is defined and the security of MC-CPPT is demonstrated to meet the expected security goals. Evaluating the prototype revealed acceptable performance and additional security features. © 1968-2012 IEEE.

The data in the chemical process is often complex in structure,and the coupling and correlation between variables are ***,it is difficult for conventional monitoring models to learn the essential characteristics of process data,which greatly affects the performance of the *** at the above problems,this paper proposes an optimized multi-kernel dictionary learning method,which is suitable for the industrial processes with strong nonlinearity and complex data ***,the synthetic kernel fused by multiple kernel functions is used to map the process data to a new high-dimensional feature space to mine the multivariate distribution characteristics of the ***,the grid search method is used to optimize the model parameters in the kernel function for better model ***,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method in fault detection are verified on TE benchmark platform.

Analysis of asymptotically tight approximation SER for cooperative NOMA systems

The closed-form formula derivation of the power domain cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)system is of great significance for further improving the performance of the ***,the system performance formulas of the channel capacity and the paired bit error rate pairwise error probability(PEP)are too complicated,which have increased the difficulty in system performance ***,based on the amplify forward(AF)relay cooperative NOMA model,the signal interference noise ratio(SINR)formulas of the two user nodes are *** the assumption of that,the symbol error rate(SER)of each user is fair,the simplification condition of moment generating function(MGF)with the harmonic mean form is *** with the SER calculation formula of MGF,the system SER asymptotically tight approximation formula with simple structure is derived at high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).The Monte Carlo simulation results show that,the formula can accurately describe the SER performance of the power domain cooperative NOMA system with the non-ideal successive interference cancellation(SIC)system when SNR is *** the condition of certain total power,the optimal power allocation factor is solved in order to minimize the total system SER.

A novel miniaturized l-band filter with great stopband characteristics using interdigitated coupled lines CRLH-TL structure

This paper proposes a novel bandpass filter for L-band based on CRLH TL, which is mainly formed by coupling a high-pass characteristic module with a low-pass characteristic module in a cascade. The high-pass module consists of an interdigitated coupled line and a grounding via, owning to its singular characteristics, which the miniaturization is realized. The low-pass module is composed of a C-type resonator with high-low impedance lines, which can realize great sideband attenuation characteristics. To further improve its out-of-band rejection characteristics, a complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR) defective ground structure with single-pole attenuation characteristics is loaded, and a transmission zero is introduced at 2.5f0 out-of-band. The test results are in great agreement with the simulation ones, and the dimensions are only 0.20λg * 0.22λg. Compared with other similar types, the filter proposed in this paper has miniaturization, great passband selection characteristics, stopband characteristics, and the advantage of low insertion loss. © 2021, Electromagnetics Academy. Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) can control the phase of reflected signals, and has become a hotspot in the field of wireless communication. In this paper, we propose a direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm for RIS assisted multi-user wireless communication systems with squared-sine error criterion and Lawson norm constraint. This algorithm utilizes the sparsity of the signal and can achieve fast and accurate DOA estimation under the interference of impulsive noises. To suppress the line-of-sight (LOS) interference and thus to maximize the received signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), we also propose a random optimal phase selection (ROPS) technique to design the control matrix of RIS elements. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better than the existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In terminal cooperative communication, relay assisted communication with buffer has significant advantages in improving system throughput, signal-to-noise ratio, and reducing system outage probability. The existing relay methods with buffer are all fixed buffer method with a fixed size of the buffer and only considering relay wholehearted cooperation and forwarding, that is, all buffer of the relay assists communication. However, when the forwarding task is small and there is a large idle in forwarding buffer, the buffer area cannot be fully utilized. When the forwarding task is large and forwarding buffer is busy, packet loss may occur in the forwarding task. In order to improve the usage efficiency of relay buffer and reduce packet loss, this paper proposes a relay buffer prediction method based on the long short-term memory network to predict the amount of data that the relay needs to forward. According to the prediction, the size of the relay buffer is divided, so that the buffer can be dynamically adjusted on demand. Simulation results show that, compared with the fixed buffer method, the relay buffer prediction method has a better buffer usage efficiency and a lower packet loss rate. © 2023 IEEE.

Existing graph learning-based cognitive diagnosis (CD) methods have made relatively good results, but their student, exercise, and concept representations are learned and exchanged in an implicit unified graph, which makes the interaction-agnostic exercise and concept representations be learned poorly, failing to provide high robustness against noise in students' interactions. Besides, lower-order exercise latent representations obtained in shallow layers are not well explored when learning the student representation. To tackle the issues, this paper suggests a meta multigraph-assisted disentangled graph learning framework for CD (DisenGCD), which learns three types of representations on three disentangled graphs: student-exercise-concept interaction, exercise-concept relation, and concept dependency graphs, respectively. Specifically, the latter two graphs are first disentangled from the interaction graph. Then, the student representation is learned from the interaction graph by a devised meta multigraph learning module; multiple learnable propagation paths in this module enable current student latent representation to access lower-order exercise latent representations, which can lead to more effective nad robust student representations learned; the exercise and concept representations are learned on the relation and dependency graphs by graph attention modules. Finally, a novel diagnostic function is devised to handle three disentangled representations for prediction. Experiments show better performance and robustness of DisenGCD than state-of-the-art CD methods and demonstrate the effectiveness of the disentangled learning framework and meta multigraph module. Multitasking multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MMEAs) have been extensively studied in the past decade, which mainly concentrate on multitasking multi-objective optimization problems (MMOPs) with dozens of decision variables. Nevertheless, many real-world MMOPs have thousands of decision variables and are of sparse nature, which are regarded as large-scale MMOPs (LSMMOPs) in this study. To address LSMMOPs, a sparsity knowledge transfer-based evolutionary multi-objective algorithm, termed EMO-SKT, is proposed for efficiently finding high-quality sparse solutions of LSMMOPs. For each target optimization task, a sparsity knowledge transfer strategy extracts sparse distribution information from a source task and incorporates the information into the target task for two types of sparsity knowledge: variable importance and sparse degree. The variable importance is utilized to produce high-quality sparse solutions during the evolutionary search for EMO-SKT, while the sparse degree facilitates the reduction of search space and thus speeds up the convergence of the evolutionary search. Experimental results on eight benchmark problems and six practical LSMMOPs demonstrate the effectiveness of the sparsity knowledge transfer strategy. Furthermore, the proposed EMO-SKT is capable of efficiently finding high-quality sparse solutions on an LSMMOP with over 1000 decision variables. In comparison with five state-of-the-art multitasking or sparse optimization algorithms, the proposed EMO-SKT exhibits superior performance in terms of both solution quality and search efficiency. © 1997-2012 IEEE.

In recent years, reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) technologies have been proposed due to its ability in shaping propagation environment for future 6G network development. Existing RIS technologies mainly include the active reconfigurable intelligent surface (ARIS) and the passive reconfigurable intelligent surface (PRIS). In this paper, according to the characteristics of RIS and demands of lower costs, we present a new strategy on the cross-deployment of ARIS and PRIS that meets the beneficial maximization in both capital cost and running cost. © 2022 IEEE.
