Increase in permeability of renewable energy sources(RESs)leads to the prominent problem of voltage stability in power system,so it is urgent to have a system strength evaluation method with both accuracy and practicability to control its access scale within a reasonable ***,a hybrid intelligence enhancement method is proposed by combining the advantages of mechanism method and data driven ***,calculation of critical short circuit ratio(CSCR)is set as the direction of intelligent enhancement by taking the multiple renewable energy station short circuit ratio as the quantitative ***,the construction process of CSCR dataset is proposed,and a batch simulation program of samples is developed accordingly,which provides a data basis for subsequent ***,a multi-task learning model based on progressive layered extraction is used to simultaneously predict CSCR of each RESs connection point,which significantly reduces evaluation error caused by weak *** performance and anti-noise performance of the proposed method are verified on the CEPRI-FS-102 bus system,which provides strong technical support for real-time monitoring of system strength.

This research provides a novel approach for detecting multi-legged robot actuator *** most significant concept is to design the Fault Diagnosis Generative Adversarial Network(FD-GAN)to fully adapt to the fault diagnosis problem with insufficient *** found that it is difficult for methods based on classification and prediction to learn failure patterns without enough data.A straightforward solution is to use massive amounts of normal data to drive the diagnostic *** introduce frequency-domain information and fuse multi-sensor data to increase the features and expand the difference between normal data and fault data.A GAN-based framework is designed to calculate the probability that the enhanced data belongs to the normal *** uses a generator network as a feature extractor,and uses a discriminator network as a fault probability evaluator,which creates a new use of GAN in the field of fault *** the many learning strategies of GAN,we find that a key point that can distinguish the two types of data is to use the hidden layer noise with appropriate discrimination as the *** also design a fault location method based on binary search,which greatly improves the search efficiency and engineering value of the entire *** have conducted a lot of experiments to prove the diagnostic effectiveness of our architecture in various road conditions and working *** compared FD-GAN with popular diagnostic *** results show that our method has the highest accuracy and recall rate.

This article focuses on dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM)-based model predictive control(MPC) for T-S fuzzy systems.A hybrid dynamic variables-dependent DETM is carefully devised,which includes a multiplicative dynamic variable and an additive dynamic *** addressed DETM-based fuzzy MPC issue is described as a “min-max” optimization problem(OP).To facilitate the co-design of the MPC controller and the weighting matrix of the DETM,an auxiliary OP is proposed based on a new Lyapunov function and a new robust positive invariant(RPI) set that contain the membership functions and the hybrid dynamic variables.A dynamic event-triggered fuzzy MPC algorithm is developed accordingly,whose recursive feasibility is analysed by employing the RPI *** the designed controller,the involved fuzzy system is ensured to be asymptotically *** examples show that the new DETM and DETM-based MPC algorithm have the advantages of reducing resource consumption while yielding the anticipated performance.

Decarbonization in the power sector is one of the critical factors in achieving carbon neutrality,and the top-level design needs to be carried out from the perspective of power planning.A multi-stage provincial power expansion planning(PPEP)model is proposed to simulate the power expansion planning at different stages of the power systems rich in renewable energy *** model covers 16 types of power supply,considering macro-policy demands and micro-operation *** stand-alone capacity aggregation model for coal-based units within the PPEP model allows for accurate construction and retirement with different stand-alone ***,the soft dynamic time warping(soft-DTW)based K-medoids technique is adopted to generate typical scenarios for balancing the model accuracy and solution ***,a multi-market trading equilibrium(MMTE)mechanism is proposed to address the differences in the levelized cost of energy between the coal-based and renewable-based units by participating in energy and ancillary service *** the coalbased units take on the task of providing ancillary services from renewable-based units in the ancillary service market,the MMTE mechanism can effectively equalize the profits of both by having renewable-based units purchase ancillary services from coal-based units and pay for them,thus improving the motivation of coal-based units.A case study in Xinjiang province,China,verifies the effectiveness of the planning results of the PPEP model and the profit equilibrium realization of the MMTE mechanism.
