This study aimed to explore the end user's preferences regarding the features of an android app by classifying them with the Kano Model. The list of features was based on ISO/IEC 25010 combined with Android Core App Quality Guidelines. This expert system android app which is named 'Pilih Media' is used to help teachers selecting learning media based on Anderson's theory of learning media selection. Respondents in this study were 50 teachers. Kano model was used in this study as a guideline in making questionnaires and also analyzing the data. From the study, it can be concluded that there are 17 features classified as the Attractive requirement category, six features classified as One-dimensional category, one feature classified as Must-be category, and five features classified as the Indifferent category. Overall, it seems that a lot of features have the potential to increase the end user's satisfaction. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Hydroponics is a method of growing crops without using soil, with the benefits of controlling the environment and nutrients, conserving water, and reducing labor. The applied technology is used to improve results that have consistency. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the IoT devices and platforms used in the development of IoT-based hydroponics. Data obtained from the website *** and *** from 2016 to 2021. This study is a literature review using the PRISMA method. This method is used for literature review using a systematic and structured basic framework. The results of this study indicate that the variables measured are Temperature, Potential Hydrogen (pH), Total Dissolve Solid, Water Temperature, Humidity, UV, Carbon Dioxide, Soil Moisture and Electrical Conductivity. The device used is the ESP8266, Arduino, and Raspberry PI with the MySQL, Thingspeak, Firebase, Domoticz, and Wyliodrin IoT Platforms. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

Some fuzzy time series models have their own advantages and disadvantages. In addition, these models sometimes are complex and claimed to have better forecasting result than each other. The suitable model for forecasting depends on a wide variety of considerations. The models proposed by Chen (1996) applied simplified arithmetic operations and claimed more efficiency than before. The model proposed by Chen was introduced in 1996 and still exists in several previous studies. This research aims to forecast the number of railway passengers in Indonesia using the fuzzy time series. In addition, this research also evaluates the forecasting results based on mean absolute error (MAE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). The results showed the forecasting results in this research has accuracy for 86.6%. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

RC Plane Robot and basic aerial robotics are technologies that are widely used, so training kits are needed to learn them. This study aims to: (1) Design and build, (2) Test performance and (3) Determine the feasibility level of training kit basic aerial robotics using RC plane robot. The study used the Research and Development method with the following procedures: (1) Potential and problem, (2) Data collection, (3) Design, (4) Validation, (5) Revision and (6) Trial. The object of the research is the RC Plane Robot training kit and the practicum jobsheet. The research subjects were students of the Electronic Engineering education Study program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The results of the research are in the form of hardware and practicum jobsheets. The hardware part consists of a robot plane, a work area (Box) and a remote control. The level of feasibility of training kits by material experts gets a percentage of 91%. By media experts get a percentage of 89.5%. By respondents (students) get a percentage of 86%. Based on these results, the training kit basic aerial robotics using RC plane robot is very feasible to be applied to the Robotics course. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Grounded by students' lack of conceptual understanding in identifying and comprehending basic concepts of computer network, this quasi-experimental study aims to identify the effect of applying blended learning model toward the improvement of students' conceptual understanding. It was designed using non-equivalent control group design in which the experimental group and the control group were differently treated using, respectively, blended learning and conventional learning model. There were 58 students selected as the sample of the research;30 students in experimental class and 28 students in control class. Essay test was chosen to collect the data of the conceptual understanding of the students in both groups. Using MANOVA, the data analysis revealed the significant effect of applying blended learning model toward students' conceptual understanding with P = 0.000 © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study was aimed to evaluate the e-learning platform in a graduate school by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The data were collected from 65 respondents and analyzed using an excel data analysis tool. The results indicate that all six scales of the instrument are consistent except the novelty scale. Also, the calculated means of the scales are slightly positive as all values are greater than 0.8 compared to the UEQ benchmark. Although the respondents show a little positive impression with the platform, all scales means are below average category except efficiency scale which is above average as compared to the benchmark. This indicates that the platform needs more improvement in all aspects of user experience for it to be at least in a good category. The findings discussed in this paper are valuable for all academic stakeholders in various educational institutions which implement interactive e-learning systems as well as practitioners of user experience and developers of e-learning systems. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The utilization of data warehouses in various fields is an absolute necessity. A data warehouse is a database that contains large amounts of data that aims to help organizations, fields, and institutions specifically for decision making. Data warehouses can produce important information in the future. Loading data from various sources and processed through an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process that displays data consistently is the basis for creating a data warehouse architecture. The development of a data warehouse in education will provide significant benefits for the progress of education. Integration of data and processing results stored in the data warehouse can be the basis for evaluating better planning. Development of data warehouse adopt the multidimensional modelling method which consists of four stages: select the business process, declare the grain, select dimensions, and identify facts. This stage produces a data warehouse architecture and influences and contributes to the advanced information technology in education. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

This study aims to design the movement of the hexapod robot so that it can move straight forward, turn 90 degrees forward, and move forward 180 degrees by applying the tripod gait method to produce a maximum movement pattern. The robot control system uses Arduino Mega 2560 to control the motion of 18 servo motors through the I2C interface servo motor driver - PCA9685. In straight forward motion testing, an average velocity of 6 cm/s was obtained, 90 degree forward motion testing obtained an average speed of 18 degrees/s, while the 180 degree rotational forward motion test also obtained an average speed of 18 degrees/s. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

One of the efforts to improve the quality of urban environment is smart environment concept that has become one of six of smart city indicators such as smart government, smart economy, smart people, smart mobility, and smart living. Smart environment means an environment that provides comfort, resources, physical and nonphysical beauty, and visual for the people, also students in their schools. This research aimed to apply the concept of smart trash bin in schools. This smart trash bin that detects rubbish based on rubbish group (plastic and metal). In addition, the smart trash bin has a function as education for the students as well. It has explanation about knowledge and how to use the trash bin so the students have awareness to keep environment clean and beauty. The research used Research and Development method from Borg and Gall model. The target of this research was the students in elementary school. The final result of this smart trash bin was a feasibility test product. There will be a test for the students using questionnaire. So that this smart trash bin is effective to improve the knowledge of students about rubbish. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018.

Digital holography can record 3-D image of the object by using one CCD camera. Surface shape can be measured by changing angles of the object-illuminating mirror. But the measured signals are wrapped because of the periodicity of a sinusoidal function, and then phase unwrapping is needed. We have developed a new modified phase unwrapping method and applied it to surface measurement. Unwrapping errors were significantly reduced in comparison to application of the previous method.. © (2015) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
