This paper intends to provide theoretical basis for matching design of hydraulic load simulator (HLS) with aerocraft actuator in hardware-in-loop test, which is expected to help actuator designers overcome the obstacles in putting forward appropriate requirements of HLS. Traditional research overemphasizes the optimization of parameters and methods for HLS controllers. It lacks deliberation because experimental results and project experiences indicate different ultimate performance of a specific HLS. When the actuator paired with this HLS is replaced, the dynamic response and tracing precision of this HLS also change, and sometimes the whole system goes so far as to lose control. Based on the influence analysis of the preceding phenomena, a theory about matching design of aerocraft actuator with HLS is presented, together with two paired new concepts of "Standard Actuator" and "Standard HLS". Further research leads to seven important conclusions of matching design, which suggest that appropriate stiffness and output torque of HLS should be carefully designed and chosen for an actuator. Simulation results strongly support that the proposed principle of matching design can be anticipated to be one of the design criteria for HLS, and successfully used to explain experimental phenomena and project experiences.

The paper describes a system for solar power generation, integrated into a "grid-tie" inverter, converting Direct Current "DC", generated by the plates in Alternating Current "AC" on the standards of electrical distribution network. To meet the requirements for power grid data sharing and model maintenance, this paper proposes a cooperative modeling scheme between transformer substations and the control center. The implementation is based on chartmodel integration in which power grid data and graphics are described interactively. The models cover the standards of the 61850 and 61970. The SCL described substation configurations such as ICD, SCD, SSD and CID files may be derived from the integrated model for intelligent substation assembling. The CIM model and the SVG graphics may be also derived from it. The integrated model is applicable for substation modeling and grid model merging. The scheme facilitates the power grid data sharing and the equipment model maintenance both in the substation and the control center.

We study a networked state estimation problem for a linear system with multiple sensors, each of which transmits its measurements to a central estimator via a lossy communication network for computing the minimum mean-square-error (MMSE) state estimate. Under a general Markov packet loss process, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the stability of the estimator for any diagonalizable system in the sense that the mean of the state estimation error covariance matrix is uniformly bounded. For the second-order systems under an i.i.d. packet loss model, the stability condition is expressed as a simple inequality in terms of open-loop poles and the packet loss rate.
