In this paper, a position servo controller is designed for motor position servo control, incorporating equivalent-input-disturbance (EID) compensation and a finite-time control law. This approach effectively suppresses unknown disturbances and ensures high-precision tracking of reference inputs. The disturbance estimate is then fed back to the control input to establish an anti-disturbance position servo controller. This controller is compared with a controller based on finite-time extended state observer. Finally, simulations and experiments verify that the proposed method can achieve fast and accurate positioning, demonstrating strong robustness against external disturbances and uncertainties.

Due to the complex overall structure of the "vehicle-ground-vehicle" communication method system currently adopted, it relies heavily on trackside equipment and has high cost. Therefore, On the basis of the original train control system, a train control system based on vehicle communication was produced. The system can simplify the system structure, save costs, and realize direct communication between two vehicles in the next door. During normal train operation, the two cars communicate directly through vehicle-to-car communication. If the train communication fails, the communication method between trains will switch to backup mode. In this paper, the new train control system of high-speed railway is modeled by the method of time automata, and the backup mode of the new train control system is verified. © 2023 SPIE.

In addressing the aerodynamic-elastic coupling issues of hypersonic vehicles, this study delves into the analysis of the elastic deformation of the aircraft based on mechanistic understanding. It employs the Interval Analysis Method based on Polynomial Approximations to conduct uncertainty analysis of the aerodynamic model under elasticity, delineating the range of uncertainty in the aerodynamic model influenced by elastic deformation. The aerodynamic force of the aircraft under elasticity is connected with the rigid body, and then the aerodynamic layout of the aircraft fuselage and control surface after elastic deformation is calculated to study the influence of the elastic effect on the aerodynamic force. The results show that the change caused by uncertainty has a relatively small effect on lift but a relatively large effect on drag and pitching moment. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Meter reading recognition is an essential indispensable part of intelligent grid inspection systems. However, due to limitations in the installation angles of monitoring cameras, captured images often suffer from angle issues, thereby reducing recognition accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a two-stage detection and recognition algorithm based on YOLOv7-tiny and DCNN networks. Firstly, the key point detection algorithm of YOLOv7 is improved by adding the EVC module, which enables the model to extract image features more comprehensively. Utilizing the Wingloss loss function, key point detection of meter reading regions is achieved. Then, perspective transformation is performed on the meter reading regions based on key point coordinate information to correct the images. Secondly, the deep convolutional neural network (DCNN-CTC) algorithm is employed for text recognition in images. Through extensive experiments with actual meter data, the results indicate that compared to YOLOv5 and CRNN methods, the proposed approach can recognize various meter reading information from different shooting angles with an increased accuracy rate of 5.8%. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper addresses the secure distributed control problem of spacecraft formation flying systems, which are susceptible to malicious eavesdropping attacks from hostile adversaries. A novel secure implementation framework of distributed control is proposed. Firstly, the uniform quantizer is decomposed, and an encoder is developed to convert system states and intermediate control parameters into integers. Then, the sensitive system states are pre-encrypted using the Paillier cryptosystem. Subsequently, an encrypted distributed control scheme is presented, incorporating the encoded and encrypted data. Notably, all data transmitted via the communication network are encrypted. Moreover, the encrypted distributed control law is directly evaluated using the received information from neighboring spacecraft, which maintains data security even when the controller devices are wiretapped. Following this secure implementation framework, the proposed encrypted distributed control law protects the data security of each spacecraft, while enabling effective control coordination. This paper investigates the application of neural network formulas, supported by statistical basic analysis techniques and machine learning, to forecast the monthly electricity consumption of large industrial consumers in a specific province. Firstly, we utilize the SARIMA model, GM (1,1) model, and LSTM neural network model to individually forecast electricity consumption based on data collected from January 2016 to December 2022. Subsequently, we combine these three models using a weighted technique to create a comprehensive forecasting model. Finally, we evaluate the performance of the model by assessing the maximum prediction error and employing the MAPE analysis criteria. The results demonstrate that the combined model outperforms the alternative models, indicating its superior prediction accuracy. Therefore, the combined model can be effectively employed as a forecasting technique for large industrial consumers in the region to predict electricity consumption for the 12-month period of 2023. Offshore floating photovoltaic (FPV) inverters face more severe heat accumulation and temperature rise problems due to the upgrade of protection level. Current research mainly focuses on the structural changes of the heat sinks, but this can exacerbate water accumulation and salt deposition, accelerating corrosion and limiting its heat dissipation performance. Therefore, this paper proposes a single-phase immersion cooling scheme. The proposed scheme involved the selection of three coolants: FC-40, Novec-7700, and PMX561, which are subjected to rigorous thermal simulation analyses under 35 C. Compared with the original inverter model, the junction temperature of the IGBT module in the new models is reduced by 3.0 C, 3.1 C and 2.2 C, respectively. Meanwhile, the junction temperature of the bus capacitor is reduced by 15.5 C, 15.9 C and 12.0 C, respectively. The temperature of the remaining components is also improved significantly. This result validates the effectiveness of the scheme proposed in this paper. © 2024 IEEE.

Considering the high energy consumption problem in the wastewater treatment process, this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization control scheme based on NSGA-II algorithm. The proposed scheme can not only ensures meet effluent quality requirements but also can achieves energy cost savings. This method takes the aeration energy consumption and pumping energy consumption of the system as the optimization goal with the effluent water quality being the constraint condition. At the same time, the adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed to ensure the control accuracy and stability of the controlled system. The results of simulation experiments validated in benchmark simulation platform, BSM1, show that, compared with PI control and single-objective optimization control, the proposed optimization scheme in this paper can achieve the desired quality of the effluent water withmore energy-saving. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, an automatic measurement method for the length and width information of irregular slender strip with bifurcated structures is proposed. This method is based on morphology, performing pixel extraction and computation, and has the characteristics of fully considering structural features in the measurement process, being unaffected by bifurcation interference, and outputting quantitative measurement results. By utilizing distance transformation, skeleton extraction, topological structure construction of nodes, generation of connection graph models, calculation of the longest path, and superimposition of distance information, the length and width of irregular structures are obtained. After practical application of this method to image measurement cases, it is evident that this method can effectively obtain key structural information of irregular slender strip bifurcated structures. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Accurate prediction of solar irradiance is crucial for the effective utilization of solar energy. However, in real-world scenarios, complex irradiance patterns and prevalent incomplete data pose challenges to precise forecasting, resulting in additional uncertainties and instability. To address these issues, this study proposes a novel irradiance forecasting model that integrates a Mask-Transformer data imputation module and a prediction module centered around the typical patterns representation mechanism. The Mask-Transformer leverages a mask modeling mechanism to model the context of missing data, facilitating accurate estimation of missing values and reducing noise and uncertainty in the input data. The typical patterns representation mechanism comprises a series decomposition module and a feature fusion module, providing the module with the capability to mitigate nonlinearity and nonstationarity in solar irradiance data. This enhancement leads to improved short-term forecasting performance while maintaining long-term forecasting capabilities. Experimental results on two datasets demonstrate that the proposed model exhibits sufficient robustness and accuracy, making it effective in scenarios with incomplete data. © 2005-2012 IEEE.
