Interpretable anomalous event detection plays a crucial role in proactive aviation safety by identifying anomalous patterns and explaining the occurrence of such events. However, varied-length time series in certain flight phases pose challenges for traditional modeling methods that require equal-length in-puts. To address this, we propose a uniform dynamic time warping with a uniform Scaling alignment method. This method combines global and local information, resolving the variable-length issue while minimizing information loss. Additionally, we perform error analysis on specific samples tot est t he detection model's capacity to identify different adverse samples with varied anomalous behaviors. Results in real flight data verify the proposed alignment method enhances the model performance and also shows a slight edge over other alignment methods.

With the increasing complexity and high reliability requirements of aircraft, researching more accurate anomaly detection methods and real-time monitoring of aircraft status is of great significance for ensuring equipment safety. This paper proposes a method based on multivariate LSTM and residual testing for anomaly detection in high-dimensional complex data. Firstly, by utilizing maximum mutual information to analyze the correlation of multidimensional data, a multivariate LSTM model is established based on high correlation parameters to predict the parameters. Then, combined with the idea of statistical hypothesis testing, test the statistical distribution of residuals on the training data of the prediction model using Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, and the dynamic threshold for anomaly detection is obtained through significance testing. Finally, real-time calculation of residuals between online monitoring data and predicted values is calculated, and anomaly detection is achieved by comparing the residual with threshold. The method proposed in this paper exhibits excellent anomaly detection performance on real flight data of aircraft. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents optimal dispatch of cogeneration with thermal energy storage (TES) and battery energy storage (BES) for Building Energy Management System (BEMS) subject to load demand uncertainty. The energy supply of BEMS consists of combined heat and power (CHP), an auxiliary boiler, an absorption chiller, battery energy storage (BES), spinning reserve (SR) and power grids. Previous research related to CHP for BEMS provides optimal operation to minimize total operating cost (TOC), but their operation has only CHP and TES for supply the electrical energy. In this paper, we propose to add BES and SR which aims to supply the electrical energy in the building subject to load demand uncertainty. The load demand uncertainty arises from the difference between the forecasted load demand and the actual load demand. We apply artificial neural network (ANN) to analyze the load demand uncertainty. BES and SR are utilized to tackle the load uncertainty. Then, we design economic optimal operationwith TOC as the objective function. We apply the proposed BEMS with a large shopping mall to demonstrate improvements in energy efficiency. The numerical results manifest that the proposed dispatch can reduce 12.52% of TOC compared to the previous BEMS without BES and SR. © 2022 IEEE.

This work looks into the quantized impulsive consensus challenges of nonlinear leader-following multi-agent *** graph theory,principle of differential dynamics,logarithmic quantizer,matrix theory,and the Lyapunov function,among other things,are used to investigate the key discoveries on *** appropriate consensus protocols which contain quantized all agents' relative state information and quantized a part of agents' relative state *** the sake of reducing communication consumption and energy,we combine two control strategies and design two control protocols according to the characteristics of quantized control and impulsive *** a series of deductions,we find that under quantized impulsive control,multi-agent systems can achieve consensus as long as certain sufficient conditions are ***,the simulation example demonstrates the validity and correctness of this papers theoretical approach.

In order to shorten the tracking interval of urban rail trains and improve the transportation capacity of the line, under the framework of the train control system of vehicle-to-vehicle communication, it is proposed to predict the running trajectory of the preceding train by constructing a time-domain convolutional network model TCN, which provides a basis for the generation of the driving permission of the rear train, forms a tracking mode based on relative position, and finally verifies the logical correctness of the driving permission function design based on the prediction of the preceding vehicle trajectory through the modeling and simulation of the nonferrous Petri network (CPN). © 2023 SPIE.

This paper studies the problem of multi-source opportunistic signal navigation of aircraft. Firstly, the paper provides the mathematical models for five types of opportunistic signals. Furthermore, the online evaluation algorithm based on T-test is proposed for seeking the biased opportunistic signals. By disposing of the opportunistic signals causing intolerant location error, an estimated location position is obtained by trusty opportunistic signals. Finally, to handle the unknown part of flight acceleration caused by external disturbances, the extended-state Kalman filter is constructed to promote the locating accuracy. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

Advances in renewable energy systems have inevitably created opportunities like realizing self-sufficient and carbon emission-free energy systems and challenges such as optimal scheduling and sizing of single or multiple energy storages in energy systems. This study discusses the technical and economic objective functions for optimum sizing of renewable energy storage in the urban energy system i.e. grid and solar photovoltaic as the main power generation sources. It is perceived that leveraging energy storage according to the capability of each storage technology is the intelligent approach, as each storage technology comes up with some merits and demerits such as battery storage has a rapid response i.e. less than one second and higher round trip efficiency i.e. greater than 90% but it has a self-discharge rate of around 1% and capacity loss of 20%. As far as hydrogen storage is concerned it has a higher energy density but cycle efficiency of hydrogen storage is merely 50%. So, using these renewable storage technologies individually does not result in an efficient, economical, and reliable system. Thus, this paper analyzes the different combinations of these storage technologies into hybrid optimization by implementing, volatile grid electricity rates, limiting battery operation, precise battery and hydrogen usage, and limiting grid operation to achieve lowest energy cost, capacity shortage, and net present cost objective functions.

To ensure the operation stability of DC Molded Case Circuit Breakers(MCCB), by analyzing the structure of DC MCCB and taking the internal electric field of DC MCCB as the research object, a finite element software Ansys Workbench is used to build and analyze the temperature field simulation model of DC MCCB;According to its internal the distribution of internal temperature and air flow, it is concluded that some plastic parts can hinder the internal air flow and affect the heat dissipation of circuit breaker. The simulation results show that the temperature rise of plastic parts and the maximum temperature of contacts can be effectively reduced by shortening the connecting plate of the upper cover and punching the bracket of the moving contact, so that the internal temperature will not be too high, which enhances the operation reliability of DC MCCB. © 2023 SPIE.

Aiming at the problems of traditional BDS/INS integrated navigation that affect the accuracy of train positionings, such as satellite reception signal loss and inertial navigation error accumulation over time, a hidden Markov model based on the train integrated positioning method is proposed. Firstly, establish a hidden Markov chain model using the geometric data and topological matrix of railway line nodes. Secondly, using the original positioning data as a sequence of observations, the output matrix and state transition matrix are calculated to match the orbital electronic map. Finally, the Viterbi algorithm obtains the optimal line link sequence for train trajectory matching and positioning. The simulation results show that the average position error of the train during operation is within 2m, which is smaller than using the BDS/INS combination positioning method directly. The positioning trajectory is continuous, and this algorithm can accurately predict the train's running trajectory, improving the accuracy and accuracy of train positioning. © 2023 IEEE.
