In order to solve the problem of system performance degradation caused by the difficulty of communication between heterogeneous devices and the large scale of devices under the traditional industrial Internet, this paper proposes a cloud control platform architecture based on the industrial Internet combined with cloud control technology, and uses this architecture to build a cloud control platform. The data engine technology is used to parse different protocols, thus solving the problems of mutual communication and data synchronization between heterogeneous devices. In addition, the cloud control technology is used to dynamically adjust the computing power of the platform to avoid the degradation of platform performance due to the increase in the number of devices. Finally, based on the platform design and construction of an unmanned factory for intelligent manufacturing, the experiments show that the cloud control system architecture proposed in this paper is scientific and effective. © 2022 IEEE.

The penetration of photovoltaic (PV) power generation into the grid is increasing, but its intermittency and instability pose major challenges to grid operation. Among them, a crucial impacting the efficiency of PV power is the local shading resulting from contamination of PV panels, leading to power loss. Therefore, a method for detecting the degree of PV panel anomalies based on vision-transformer is proposed in this paper, the degree of PV panel anomalies is estimated using images captured by surveillance cameras. Specifically, in this paper, transforms the PV panel images captured by surveillance cameras into data. Secondly, constructs a vision-transformer PV panels surface defect assessment model to achieve the panel anomaly degree detection. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is illustrated by a case study. The test results show that the performance of the proposed method in this paper is 4.98% better than the F1 of the previous study. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Aiming at the task planning problem of multi-robot under linear temporal logic (LTL), this paper proposes an improved sampling planning algorithm based on Nondeterministic Büchi automaton (NBA) guidance. Firstly, this paper defines a kind of LTL task planning problem, which mainly focuses on the meaningful key nodes in the task execution of each robot, and there are many sequential dependencies of task constraints. Then, an improved sampling algorithm framework is proposed, which uses a more efficient way to build a search tree and reduces the number of nodes in the tree. Furthermore, the sampling points are guided by NBA to ensure that sampling is conducive to the advancement of time-series tasks. And considering the task feasible region of each robot, the auction algorithm is introduced to optimize the local matching relationship, which greatly improves the quality of sampling points. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out to solve the LTL task planning problem. The optimality and stability of the algorithm are obviously improved, and the time consumption of this algorithm is obviously better than that of the existing advanced algorithms. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Support vector data description (SVDD) is a machine learning method for one-class classification (OCC), which is widely used in anomaly detection. However, when faced with the problem of data nonlinearity, the kernel method has difficulty in kernel parameter selection, and the lack of non-target samples completely in strict OCC tasks makes the generalization ability of the model uncertain. In addition, the nonlinearity of the data is often manifested as multi-distribution in many applications, and the data set is also at risk of being mixed with noise. Aiming at the problems above, a three-stage learning multi-sphere and multi-kernel fuzzy support vector data description (MS-MK-FSVDD) is proposed. The main idea of the method is to replace the original single spherical boundary with a set of ellipsoid boundaries that can adapt to the distribution of the data. The method first clusters the data according to the maximum posterior probability in a Gaussian mixture model (GMM). Then, for the data in each cluster, centered kernel alignment (CKA) is used to calculate the combination coefficients of the multi-kernel functions. Finally, the joint probability density function in GMM is used for weights assigning. The experiments show that MS-MK-FSVDD not only overcomes the difficulty of kernel parameter selection and enhances the anti-noise ability of the model but also improves the classification performance, especially when the data has a specific distribution. © 2022 IEEE.

Enhancing industry engagement in vocational education is a crucial strategy for refining the quality of graduates to meet the continuously evolving job market needs. This article conducts a systematic review of the existing literature to identify the challenges and opportunities in industry involvement in vocational education. Through in-depth analysis of various sources, the article reveals that the skill gap between the vocational education curriculum and industry needs remains a significant issue. This challenge is exacerbated by assessment and certification systems that often do not accurately reflect the actual competencies required by the industry. Furthermore, the article explores opportunities through internship and work placement programs that enable students to gain relevant experience, as well as strategic partnerships between educational institutions and industries to develop responsive curricula. The article also recommends enhancing the synergy between vocational education and industry through policies that support this integration, which will not only improve the quality of vocational education but also expand employment opportunities for graduates. This research indicates that more integrated and sustained cooperation between vocational education and the industrial sector is key to ensuring the relevance of education with the dynamics of the global job market.

The rendezvous and proximity operations with respect to a tumbling non-cooperative target pose high requirement for the position and attitude control accuracy of servicing ***,multiple disturbances including parametric uncertainties,flexible vibration,and unknown nonlinear dynamics degrade the control performance *** order to enhance the system anti-disturbance ability,this paper proposes a composite anti-disturbance control law for the space-craft position and attitude ***,the relative position and attitude dynamic models with multiple disturbances are established,where the refined descriptions of multiple disturbances are accomplished based on their ***,by combining a dual Disturbance Observer-Based control(DOBC)and a sliding mode control,a composite controller with hierarchical archi-tecture is proposed,where the dual DOBC in the feedforward channel is used to reject the flexible vibration,environment disturbance,and complicated nonlinear dynamics,while the parametric uncertainties are attenuated by the sliding mode control in the feedback *** analysis is carried out for the closed-loop system by unifying the sliding mode dynamics and observer ***,the effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified via numerical simulation and hardware-in-the-loop test.

In the present paper, a new model describing neutron star dynamics is analysed. The system under consideration can be described as a modified vortex creep model. Two component model and the vortex creep model have been used successfully to describe post glitch relaxation phase. However, glitch behaviour is yet to be explained. There can be a possible stochastic mechanism that trigger glitches in neutron stars. To this aim, we propose a modification in the nonlinear vortex creep model. The significance of the modification is twofold, the dynamics of the system is able to generate intermittency, imitating the glitch behaviour of pulsars, and the system also show chaotic motion when the system parameters are set accordingly. The chaotic dynamics is verified by using nonlinear tools such as numerical phase portraits, Lyapunov exponents and bifurcation diagrams.

An important aspect of medium and large photovoltaic systems is the ability to predict future electricity generation based on predicted meteorological data as well as the technical and structural characteristics of the system. This prediction can be enabled by applying mathematical models or artificial intelligence. This study aims to develop a reliable and valid computational model using measurements from a real 119 kWp photovoltaic plant at the Federal Institute of Espirito Santo. The model considers meteorological data from a solarimetric station located in the same area, as well as system losses in both AC and DC components. The results indicate that the simulated generation closely aligned with the actual figures, achieving an acceptable low percentage error, less than 0.5%, during the period from September to December 2022.

Improved prescribed performance control of a fast steering mirror based on switching strategy

To meet the high-performance control requirements of a fast steering mirror in a laser communication system, an improved prescribed performance control method that combines a reduced-order nonlinear extended state observer and a fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode is proposed. First, a reduced-order nonlinear extended state observer is constructed to estimate the external disturbance of the system. The estimated value is then introduced into the controller for feedforward compensation. Subsequently, a prescribed performance control law is designed based on the prescribed performance function to achieve constrained control of the system’s tracking error. Second, to address the fragility issue of prescribed performance control, a switching fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode control law is established to avoid control singularity. The finite-time stability of the closed-loop system is then proved based on Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control method are verified by comparative experiments. This proposed method especially serves as a good guide for controller designs of other precision optical instruments.

The pinning of quantized magnetic vortices in superconducting YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-δ)(YBCO or Y123)thin films with Y_(2)BaCuO_(5)(Y211)nanoinclusions have been investigated over wide temperature range(4.2-77 K).The concentration of Y211 nanoinclusions has been systematically varied inside YBCO thin films prepared by laser ablation technique using surface modified target *** pinning force density values(Fp∼0.5 TNm^(−3)at 4.2 K,9 T)have been observed for the YBCO film with moderate concentration of Y211 nanoinclusions(3.6 area%on ablation target).In addition,uniform enhancement in critical current density(J_(c))was observed in the angular dependent J_(c)measurement of YBCO+Y211 nanocomposite films.Y211 nanoinclusions have been found to be very efficient in pinning the quantized vortices thereby enhancing the in‐field J_(c)values over a wide range of *** the concentration of Y211 secondary phase into Y123 film matrix results into agglomeration of Y211 phase and observed as increased Y211 nanoparticle *** larger secondary phase nanoparticles are not as efficient pinning centers at lower temperatures as they are at higher temperatures due to substantial reduction of the coherence length at lower *** of the temperature dependence of J_(c)for YBCO+Y211 nanocomposite films has been conducted and possible vortex pinning mechanism in these nanocomposite films has been discussed.
