Most of the research on rigid exoskeletons has focused on how to further improve the efficiency of the exoskeleton to further reduce the wearer's energy consumption, neglecting the wearer's experience. In this paper, we introduce a rigid-flexible exoskeleton based on active-passive control strategy. By switching the control strategy of the exoskeleton at different stages of the gait cycle, the suppleness of the exoskeleton's interaction with the wearer is improved. In addition, an experiment involving three testers validated the effectiveness of the presented rigid-flexible weight-bearing exoskeleton. The results of the experiment showed that the exoskeleton was able to reduce the wearer's metabolic expenditure by 13.1% when exercising with a weight of 30kg.

This article presents the mathematical model of a 2 KW DBI (Dual Buck Inverter) converter that can be used in renewable energy applications. The inverter operating modes are described with the equations that model their behavior with the activation signals of the MOSFETs. The switching model is built. Simulation results are presented by applying linear control through a PI controller and GPC (Generalized Predictive controller) hybridized in PID structure;simulation results are recorded in PSIM © verifying the control response due to changes in the load and the input DC voltage level.

Discrete state transition algorithm relies on the initial solution and can easily fall into the local optimum. This paper proposes an improved discrete state transition algorithm (CDSTA) for the above problem. Firstly, the genetic algorithm is used to initialize to obtain the initial solution with high quality and quickly approximate the optimal value. Secondly, the optimal recovery strategy reduces the number of iterations to accelerate the algorithm's convergence rate. Finally, the chaotic perturbation strategy is introduced. When the algorithm falls into the stagnation state, a chaotic sequence is generated by Tent mapping to get rid of the local extremum. Two single-peaked and three multi-peaked functions are used to experiment with the improved algorithm, and the performance is compared and analyzed with other algorithms. The results show that the improved algorithm's solution accuracy and convergence rate are better than other comparative algorithms. The application of the improved algorithm to the traveling salesman problem demon-strates that CDSTA has good practical engineering application potential. © 2022 IEEE.

Under the framework of the two-level market, the provincial market has perfect transaction market such as forward contract and spot market, but There is only forward contract market for inter provincial power transactions Shanghai and Zhejiang Province in East China face the risk that the regulation range of the generator in the province is less than the load variation range due to the high proportion of power supply from outside the province. In order to mitigate this kind of risk, this paper proposes a kind of pumped storage transaction, which uses the transaction of pumped storage right to realize the mutual support of the adjustable capacity of the generating units in each province. Based on the analysis of the use right cost of pumped storage units under the day ahead market condition, this paper gives the principle of market transaction and the basic market rules. The significance of the proposed method is explained by using market data. © 2022 IEEE.

Taking the latency, energy consumption and computing resource cost into consideration comprehensively, we construct a single-cell, multi-user cloud-edge collaborative system model and decompose the optimization problem of task offloading and resource allocation aiming at minimizing the total user overhead into three sub-problems: computing resource allocation, uplink power allocation and task offloading. Computing resource and uplink power allocation are optimized by using convex optimization technique and bisection method respectively. To optimize task offloading, we propose a simulated annealing-binary particle swarm optimization algorithm(SA-BPSO). Simulation results show that SA-BPSO can better reduce the total user overhead compared with the other three schemes and ensure user quality of service quality. © 2022 IEEE.

Iterative learning control (ILC) is a typical method for automatic high-speed train (HST) control. However, the existing ILC methods require that the operation/iteration number of the HST must approach infinity so as to guarantee perfect tracking. This requirement is unrealistic for practical automatic train control. In this paper, a new finite-iteration adaptive ILC (FIAILC) method is proposed and a new framework of composite energy function-based finite-iteration convergence theory is given for the first time. The proposed FIAILC can make the tracking error not only converge to zero as the iteration number go to infinity, but converge to an arbitrarily predefined tracking control precision after a finite number of iterations. This finite iteration number can be obtained theoretically according to the predefined tracking control precision as well as the tunable gain and initial values of the proposed controller. The result is further extended to the HST operation system with speed constraint and a constrained FIAILC is designed accordingly. Moreover, three simulation cases on a practical train operation system similar to China Railway High-speed (CRH)-3 HST are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed FIAILCs. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper mainly studies the estimation problem of lithium battery SOC with time-varying noises in battery systems. First, a state space model of the lithium battery is established, and the model parameters of the battery system are obtained through parameter identification methods. Subsequently, an adaptive noises-resistant noises estimator for time-varying noises was designed, and an adaptive unscented Kalman filter (AUKF) with high filtering accuracy is proposed to obtain a more accurate SOC. Finally, the proposed algorithm is validated to be effective and highly accurate through lithium-ion battery experiment. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to eliminate the impact of harmonic and unbalanced faults on the point of common coupling (PCC) and improve the fault ride-Through (FRT) capability of microgrid. In this paper, the cascaded H-bridge flexible fault current limiter (CHB-FFCL) is used to compensate the PCC voltage and realize the functions of voltage regulation, current limiting and active power filtering (APF). Under the multi synchronous reference coordinate system, the dq-Axis DC components of electrical quantities can be extracted without phase-locked loop (PLL) by giving the rotation angular frequency of the coordinate system, which overcomes the frequency oscillation problem of the traditional PLL. An improved harmonic voltage frequency dividing control strategy of CHB-FFCL based on amplitude feedback is proposed, which reduces the number of control loops of the traditional double loop control strategy and is beneficial to the parameter tuning and design of the controller. The simulation on MATLAB/Simulink verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and its ability to improve FRT of microgrid under complex grid conditions. © 2022 IEEE.

Constrained multi-objective optimization problems (CMOPs) involves both conflicting objective function and various constraints. Numerous constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (CMOEAs) have been proposed to deal with CMOPs. Accordingly, this paper adopts a co-evolutionary framework for constrained multi-objective optimization. The main population is responsible for the original constrained multi-objective optimization. The help population search the unconstrained derived from the original CMOP. Dual population coevolution is helpful to promote the convergence of the algorithm. To further improve the performance of the algorithm, this article proposes dual environment selection strategies. The two populations adopt different environment selection strategies to improve the diversity of the individuals. The proposed algorithm is compared with four advanced constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms on 24 bench-mark CMOPs. The experimental results demonstrate the competitiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

Electro-hydraulic actuator (EHA) system is a key component of the ship's electro-hydraulic control system, but the internal failure mechanism of EHA is extremely complex, and it is limited by insufficient detection methods in practical systems, making fault diagnosis of EHA a great challenge. To address this issue, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer. Firstly, the collected one-dimensional time series signal of the sensor is converted into a two-dimensional time-frequency map through CWT. Then, a hybrid module of CNN-Transformer is used to extract local and global fault features, and finally the classification results are output through softmax. Conduct EHA fault simulation experiments to validate the proposed method. The research results indicate that the proposed method has a fault diagnosis accuracy of 96.33%, achieving high-precision diagnosis of EHA faults. © 2024 SPIE.
