This paper investigates the fixed-time inter-axis synchronization tracking control for n-degree of freedom (DOF) uncertain manipulators. First, a dynamic model for the manipulator is presented, and a fixed-time disturbance observer is designed to compensate for system uncertainties and external disturbances. Then, a non-singular fixed-time active disturbance rejection inter-axis synchronization controller is designed, which not only avoids the singularity problem in traditional terminal sliding mode control, but also realizes the active suppression of disturbances. It is proved that the tracking error of each joint of the uncertain manipulator converges synchronously to zero within a fixed time. Finally, simulations are conducted with a 2-DOF manipulator, and results demonstrate that the method can achieve fixed-time inter-axis synchronization control and possesses robustness against the lumped disturbances.

Balancing the convergence and diversity is a crucial aspect in solving multi-objective optimization ***, many optimization algorithms suffer from inefficient in maintaining diversity and the loss of selection pressure may occur when updating the swarm. Additionally, most diversity maintenance strategies cannot take the distance between the swarm and the true Pareto front(PF) into consideration, which will lead the non-dominated solutions away from the true PF. To address these issues, a multi-strategy multi-objective competitive swarm optimization algorithm based on adaptive swarm partition(aspmsMOCSO) is proposed. Firstly, swarm partition based on a fusion index is proposed to overcome the insufficient diversity. Secondly, the weight parameters are adaptively adjusted to enhance the feedback regulation ability of the algorithm for further balancing the convergence and diversity. Finally, a multi-strategy is conducted for the subswarms to enhance the evolution pressure towards the real PF. The performance of the proposed algorithm is validated using the ZDT test *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve favorable performance compared with other algorithms.

This paper investigates discretization chattering effects in a distributed-parameter process governed by the diffusion PDE and equipped with a sliding-mode-based boundary controller. The collocated measurement is sampled in time and the boundary control signal is applied through a zero-order-hold element. The limit cycle modes constituting the chattering effects are determined exactly by exploiting the difference equation method, yielding their period and spatially dependent amplitude. Simulation results show that the theoretically determined limit cycle modes occur in the closed-loop system.

Switching power supplies are widely used in aerospace, new energy and many other fields. During long-term operation, various electronic components in these supplies experience performance degradation due to continuous electrical and thermal stress, leading to changes in output characteristics. This is the fundamental reason affecting the reliability of switching power supplies. However, the current combination of physics of failure (PoF) models and simulation technique is imperfect, and most methods cannot achieve batch injection of multiple device failures. This paper proposes a reliability prediction simulation method for switching power supplies based on PoF model injection. By focusing on a switching circuit, the approach involves digital twin modeling and validation, failure mechanism and sensitivity analysis, key failure components degradation modeling, and batch degradation simulation. This method achieves continuous degradation data of multiple components based on the PoF model through batch injection, improving the efficiency and accuracy of reliability prediction for switching power supplies.
