Recently, cooking oil has been widely discussed on social media. Many people ask how to analyze this phenomenon, one of which is using a sentiment analysis application on Twitter that performs a scientific analysis of the tweets of this media user. This study aims to test the performance of the sentiment analysis algorithm utilizing the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) algorithm from Twitter, which is used to classify the types of tweets processed in 2000 tweets. The study shows the results of the confusion matrix, accuracy, and precision. The study obtained a fairly good accuracy and precision performance of 84%, which occurred at a learning rate of 1e-6 and epoch 5. The author also discusses the factors that affect the performance of BERT, such as;pre-processing, data quantity, and data variation. © 2022 IEEE.

Our goal is to develop real-time vehicle detection and tracking schemes for fisheye traffic monitoring video using the temporal information in the compressed domain without decoding the entire video. Two algorithms are proposed. The first algorithm starts with a conventional single-frame detector, but we introduce a multi-frame information fusion stage to improve the final detection and tracking accuracy, which is implemented using multi-modal bi-directional LSTM (MM bi-LSTM) network. The second algorithm first constructs multi-frame motion trail image, and then a single-image multi-head detector is designed to produce bounding boxes of an individual frame. The first scheme can be viewed as a detect-to-track design, and the second scheme is track-to-detect. We tested our proposals on the ICIP2020 VIP Cup dataset in H.265 video format. The aforementioned algorithms are applied to the motion fields and residual images in the H.265 compressed data set. It turns out that their detection and tracking performances are on par with their pixel-domain counterparts, and they can achieve the state-of-the-art accuracy of conventional video object detectors and trackers. If the decoding process for video compression is not counted, their computational complexities are much lower than the conventional pixel-domain video object detectors and trackers. © 2023 S. The development of the internet is getting faster, participating in encouraging the emergence of new and innovative information. In filtering the various information that appears, we need a recommended system to perform well for users in today's internet era. A well-performing recommendation system in question is a reliable recommendation algorithm. This algorithm is fundamental to analyzing various information, such as responses on social media based on user behavior data related to the topic of COVID. This data is crawled from tweets on social media Twitter. The data analysis algorithm obtained uses Python, which is then visualized in the form of a diagram. The processed data is user comments on Twitter, and the text data is analyzed using Python, using more than 60000 data sets taken to form visualizations and conclusions. From sentiment analysis, polarity and subjectivity data are obtained to be analyzed, which are negative, neutral, or positive. The result is show positive tweets with 29.2%, negative tweets is 13%, and 57.8% neutral tweets. Lastly, sentiment analysis can help people effectively infer vast and complex data from social media like Twitter. © 2022 IEEE.

Based on the classic 1,1′:4′,1″-terphenyl fluorophore, a novel near-ultraviolet (NUV) fluorescent BB4Ph (4,4″′-bis(2,3,4,5-tetraphenylphen-1-yl)(1,1′:4′,1″-terphenyl) is designed, synthesized, and characterized. BB4Ph exhibits a NUV fluorescence with a λmax of 373 and 380 nm in solution and as a thin film, respectively. The grazing incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS) reveals BB4Ph having a high value of order parameter (SGIWAXS) of 0.59 for a molecular layer array normal to the substrate;the angle-dependent photoluminescence (ADPL) measurement shows Θ (horizontal–dipole ratios) as high as 95% with the neat film. The non-doped BB4Ph organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) show external quantum efficiency (EQE) up to 5.24% with 1931 Commission internationale de l’ Eclairage coordinates (CIEx,y) of (0.16, 0.04), a NUV electroluminescence. With 4P-Cz (9,9′-(1,1′:4′,1″:4″,1′″-quaterphenyl-4,4′″-diyl)dicarbazole) as a dopant emitter, doped BB4Ph OLEDs show the highest EQE of 6.99% and a NUV 1931 CIEx,y (0.16, 0.04). The photoluminescence quantum yield is measured for the thin film of BB4Ph and 4P-Cz:BB4Ph as 68% and 96%, respectively. Hence, the low limits of light outcoupling efficiency (ηout) of the two individual OLEDs are estimated as 31% and 29%, respectively. © 2023 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an acute viral infectious disease caused by the dengue virus. Transmitted through the bite of Aedes Mosquitoes and divided into 4 severity. Severity 1 and 2 are characterized by a decrease in platelet levels below normal and there is a change in hemoconcentration, while Severity 3 and 4 are included in Dengue Shock Syndrome (DSS). The purpose of the study was to classify the severity of dengue, based on age, gender, platelets, body temperature, bleeding, and also doctor's recommendation. The advancement of information technology is the reason for the development of medical science, especially with artificial intelligence. Abundant medical data becomes a source that can be processed in improving the quality of medical information. The method chosen is Random Forest, kNN, Decision Tree and Naïve Bayes. The dataset used is the medical records of all DHF patients for 30 months in the period Jan 2019 to June 2021, at the Nadhifa Al Ghiffari Clinic in Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. © 2022 IEEE.

Increasing amounts of data are being generated every year. Sustainable computing systems have become capable of extracting and learning information from the underlying data. Edge and AI (artificial intelligence) are expanding into industrial systems requiring new computing and networking infrastructure. Due to this, SLA computing is becoming increasingly challenging to handle in these emerging cloud environments. The cloud is a service that provides virtual resources to users. Qualitative and quantitative findings in market-oriented approaches are one of the most common methods for managing virtual and physical machines in a network. When allocating services, price is an important factor to consider. In this study, we aim to determine the initial price of VMs while considering the dynamic pricing model in a competitive, sustainable computing system. Besides negotiation-based trading, a multifactor architecture is used for trading in the marketplace. Based on the simulation results, it was found that the performance could be improved by categorizing the VMs based on regression. According to the simulation results, the cloud market system provides a better service-level agreement (SLA) and response time when assigning virtual machines to the market. Based on the results, we found that using the regression method for categorizing the VMs to manage the market improved the SLA. © 2023, The Author(s).

In this paper, we study the transmission strategy of a ground-based beyond diagonal reconfigurable intelligent surface (BD-RIS), a.k.a RIS 2.0, in a network where multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) simultaneously transmit signals to the respective groups of users. It is assumed that each group is assigned subcarriers orthogonal to those assigned to other groups and rate splitting multiple access (RSMA) is adopted within each group. A corresponding mixed integer nonlinear programming problem (MINLP) is formulated, which aims to jointly optimize 1) allocation of BD-RIS elements to groups, 2) BD-RIS phase rotations, 3) rate allocation in RSMA, and 4) precoders. To solve the problem, we propose using generalized benders decomposition (GBD) augmented with a manifold-based algorithm. GBD splits the MINLP problem into two sub-problems, namely the primal and the relaxed master problem, which are solved alternately and iteratively. In the primal problem, we apply block coordinate descent (BCD) to manage the coupling of variables effectively. Moreover, we recognize the manifold structure in the phase rotation constraint of BD-RIS, enabling the Riemannian conjugate gradient (RCG). Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in maximizing spectral efficiency.

Hypertension is a noncommunicable disease (NCD) that causes global concern, high costs and a high number of deaths. Internet of Things, Ubiquitous Computing, and Cloud Computing enable the development of systems for remote and real-time monitoring of patients affected with NCDs like hypertension. This paper reports on a system for monitoring hypertension patients that was built by employing these techniques. This system allows the vital signs of a patient (blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature) to be captured via sensors built in a wearable device similar to a wristwatch. These signals are transmitted to the patient's mobile device for processing, and the generated clinical data are sent to the cloud to be properly presented and analysed by the health professionals responsible for the patient. To deal with semantic interoperability issues that arise when multiple different devices and system components must interoperate, a semantic model was conceived for this system in terms of ontologies for diseases and devices. This paper also presents the semantic module that we developed and implemented in the cloud to perform reasoning based on this model, demonstrating the potential benefits of incorporating semantic technologies in our system. In this paper, the overall health index of underground cable system is determined using Fuzzy Logic and Scoring and Weighting Average methods. The relevant data of 73 feeders has been collected in the prepared evaluation forms, divided into five major component groups: cable, joint, termination, manhole, and ductbank. In each component, various testing methods and diagnostic techniques are applied, and then the numerical score is determined according to the technical criteria for condition assessment. Subsequently, the obtained overall health index is multiplied with the conditional factor to incorporate the differences in installation type and configuration as well as the operating and environmental conditions. Finally, the overall health index based on these two methods is compared to verify the accuracy of the obtained results to properly plan the preventive and condition-based maintenance and to improve the reliability of the underground cable system. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper provides an examination of the impact of lightning strikes on a 220 kV double circuit (D/C) high voltage transmission line in Bhutan. The study employs the ATP-EMTP software to identify the leading causes of transmission line faults, which are primarily attributed to lightning strikes. Since the transmission lines run through areas in Bhutan that are prone to severe weather conditions and lightning strikes, they are vulnerable to damage, leading to an unreliable power supply. To address this issue, the author proposes several solutions, such as enhancing the tower footing resistance and installing line surge arresters. The author also created models of different transmission towers and analyzed an 18 km stretch of the transmission line that is highly susceptible to lightning strikes. © 2023 IEEE.
