The increasing number of servers used to support all the activities that assist the production of a company. Usually, it will be a waste, because a physical server cannot share resources such as CPU, RAM, and network. It will force the company to buy a new server each time to implement a new system. Therefore, we examined and analyzed the comparison of performance on a physical server with a virtual server that is built as an IP camera server to answer the needs of the company. After testing and getting the data, we conclude that in the testing of a turn on, restart and shut down servers, virtual servers have very much superior performance compared to physical servers. While in terms of performance of the CPU, RAM, and network, both physical servers and virtual servers do not have a significant difference. However, the important notes are in virtualization, it can perform resource sharing, and this technology is needed by companies in this era.

His research work comprises construction of brand personality scale for media aesthetics and phenomenological design. His recent publications are on philosophy of a photograph hermeneutic reality of product and on philosophy of intimate spaces. R. Dhanuskodi has nearly 40 years of R&D experience at BHEL India in technical areas applicable for thermal power plants. He is a life member of The Institution of Engineers (India) and The Combustion Institute. He has won two BHEL’s Excel awards under the best author category for technical papers. He has visited France Netherlands and Germany under Indo-Europe Clean Coal Development Program. He has guided 42 UG PG and PhD project works. He holds 11 patents 40 copyrights and 2 design registrations. He has presented papers in 20 conferences and published in 10 national and international journals. R. Kaliappan completed his bachelors in electrical and electronics engineering and Masters in Computer Science. He has 36 years of research experience in different fields of power generation and power plant subsystems such as heat transfer studies on boiler circulation efficiency improvements of boiler subsystems product improvements/ enhancements and setting up test facilities for research studies. He has published a number of technical papers on MHD power generation and heat transfer studies in various national and international journals. Nowadays major interest in the field of Dynamic Telecytology is growing rapidly. The need of the pathologist to analyze the specimens remotely both hardware and software[1][2]. Therefore, authors are trying to do a study to examine the Quality of Service (QoS) feasibility of the Telecytology system using Wireshark, Essential NetTools and Ping Plotter. This research was conducted in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. There are 2 (two) systems that will be examined for this research. The first system is the Raspberry Pi 2 and WebCam. The second system is the Android smartphone and Universal Microscope Adapter. The purpose of this study is to prove that the Telecytology system can be implemented by displaying images captured by a microscope and displayed at a remote location with an image resolution, frame rate, delay, latency, jitter, throughput and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) are desired and with the expectations as follow : The minimum of the video image resolution is at least 320 × 240 pixels, the best frame rate is 30 fps, the latency is below 400 ms, the packet loss is below 1%. The value of MOS are between 3 and 4, expected to prove that the system is feasible to be applied on Broadband and 3G/4G network in Indonesia. © 2016 IEEE.

On signal reconstruction from frog measurements

Phase retrieval refers to recovering a signal from its Fourier magnitude. This problem arises naturally in many scientific applications, such as ultra-short laser pulse characterization and diffraction imaging. Unfortunately, phase retrieval is ill-posed for almost all one-dimensional signals. In order to characterize a laser pulse and overcome the ill-posedness, it is common to use a technique called Frequency-Resolved Optical Gating (FROG). In FROG, the measured data, referred to as FROG trace, is the Fourier magnitude of the product of the underlying signal with several translated versions of itself. The FROG trace results in a system of phaseless quartic Fourier measurements. In this paper, we prove that it suffices to consider only three translations of the signal to determine almost all bandlimited signals, up to trivial ambiguities. In practice, one usually also has access to the signal’s Fourier magnitude. We show that in this case only two translations suffice. Our results significantly improve upon earlier work. Forecasting has always been at the forefront of decision making and planning. The uncertainty that surrounds the future is both exciting and challenging, with individuals and organisations seeking to minimise risks and maximise utilities. The large number of forecasting applications calls for a diverse set of forecasting methods to tackle real-life challenges. This article provides a non-systematic review of the theory and the practice of forecasting. We provide an overview of a wide range of theoretical, state-of-the-art models, methods, principles, and approaches to prepare, produce, organise, and evaluate forecasts. We then demonstrate how such theoretical concepts are applied in a variety of real-life contexts. We do not claim that this review is an exhaustive list of methods and applications. However, we wish that our encyclopedic presentation will offer a point of reference for the rich work that has been undertaken over the last decades, with some key insights for the future of forecasting theory and practice. Given its encyclopedic nature, the intended mode of reading is non-linear. We offer cross-references to allow the readers to navigate through the various topics. We complement the theoretical concepts and applications covered by large lists of free or open-source software implementations and publicly-available databases. © 2020, CC BY.

The molecular identification and phylogenetic reconstruction of Palaemonid and Penaeid shrimp from the southern part of Bangladesh

The study aimed to reveal the molecular identification and relationships between Palaemonid prawns and Penaeid shrimp in Bangladesh. Combined, they form an important economic part of tropical and subtropical fisheries. These species have a wide distribution range around the mangrove ecosystems, rivers, estuaries, flood plains, inundated natural depression water bodies, rice fields and other inland water bodies. Some of these species have a lack of information available about their biological and molecular characteristics. This study revealed the identification of prawn and shrimp species based on the molecular approach employed using mitochondrial COI gene markers, PCR, sequencing and matching the sequence to that stored in the NCBI database; four Palaemonid species (Macrobrachiumrosenbergii, M. lamarrei, M. kistnense,Palaemonstyliferus) and one Penaeid shrimp (Penaeus monodon) were confirmed with 99-100% confirmation of identity with multiple sequencing alignments. The inter-specific genetic divergence (K2P distance) among the family Palaemonid (Macrobrachium and Palaemon) is 0.171-0.257 %, and intraspecific genetic distance was revealed to be 0.243-0.302%. This result will be useful for obtaining the basic genetic information of these species and it will be helpful for future studies looking into the genetic biodiversity of the population structure, and finally, for the conservation and management of these resources in the southern part of Bangladesh.

Reporting-Guidelines in Medicine play an important role in promoting the quality of reports in health-related research. For instance, a poorly reported research may induce misinterpretation and inappropriate clinical settings. Basically, three major issues regarding Reporting-Guidelines in Medicine has to be addressed: (1) the existence of lots of reporting guidelines covering a broad spectrum of medical research increases the difficulties when reporting a medical research because it may not be clear which guidelines are applicable, or if all related guidelines are considered; (2) most guideline developers have not described how their guidance was developed, consequently tracking guidelines and features for evaluation, or even for correcting, may be not possible; (3) few guideline developers have evaluated the effectiveness of their guidance, then the real value that the guideline brings to reporting the research is not assured. Hence, we propose a solution to these three issues based on the Model-View-Controller Evolutionary Acquisition Interdisciplinary Research Project Management (MVC EA-IRPM) that is simultaneously a strategy and a web system for the development and management of reporting guidelines.
