This paper present from result of research on prediction and made early warning system for occurrence of floods and landslides are frequently associated with high intensity rainfall and precipitation with a long duration in tropical climate. Raindrops the size of the large fall in the earth's surface even though in short duration or small fall long duration can be a big contributor for floods. Drop size distribution rain measured by acoustic disdrometer. The water level rises to the occurrence of rain varies greatly, according to the conditions of rain that fell in the direct measurement of water level in the river rises 0.01 per hours of the incident if stratiform. In convective the water level rise of 0.4 meters per hour in river downstream. Lognormal distribution model has an error rate condition or standard error fit small, amounting to 0,072 m-3mm-1. The path length of the Jangkok River is 47.1 km potential floods. Prediction floods can occur if the convective rains occur within the confines of more than 9 hours continuously.

In this paper, we present an extension of IEEE 802.11 power save mode standard to provide better performance for delivering broadcast and multicast traffic. The proposed protocol utilizes network coding and adaptive forward error correction to improve the performance in terms of delay and error rate. To employ the network coding and adaptive forward error correction, IEEE 802.11 frame format will be redefined. However, the proposed protocol is still compatible to legacy stations. The simulation in NS-3 has been implemented to illustrate the performance of the proposed protocol compared to the standard. It has been shown that the performance is better than the standard in terms of end-to-end delay and packet error rate.

Background: Decades of steady improvements in life expectancy in Europe slowed down from around 2011, well before the COVID-19 pandemic, for reasons which remain disputed. We aimed to assess how changes in risk factors and cause-specific death rates in different European countries related to changes in life expectancy in those countries before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We used data and methods from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study 2021 to compare changes in life expectancy at birth, causes of death, and population exposure to risk factors in 16 European Economic Area countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden) and the four UK nations (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales) for three time periods: 1990–2011, 2011–19, and 2019–21. Changes in life expectancy and causes of death were estimated with an established life expectancy cause-specific decomposition method, and compared with summary exposure values of risk factors for the major causes of death influencing life expectancy. Findings: All countries showed mean annual improvements in life expectancy in both 1990–2011 (overall mean 0·23 years [95% uncertainty interval [UI] 0·23 to 0·24]) and 2011–19 (overall mean 0·15 years [0·13 to 0·16]). The rate of improvement was lower in 2011–19 than in 1990–2011 in all countries except for Norway, where the mean annual increase in life expectancy rose from 0·21 years (95% UI 0·20 to 0·22) in 1990–2011 to 0·23 years (0·21 to 0·26) in 2011–19 (difference of 0·03 years). In other countries, the difference in mean annual improvement between these periods ranged from –0·01 years in Iceland (0·19 years [95% UI 0·16 to 0·21] vs 0·18 years [0·09 to 0·26]), to –0·18 years in England (0·25 years [0·24 to 0·25] vs 0·07 years [0·06 to 0·08]). This paper will be shown the problem and solve of the image interpolation by the directional inverse distance weighting (IDW). The anti-alias method which is the blurring kernel is used for solving on the IDW method. The problem of this method has occurred after this method is processed finish. The experiment results are shown the better performance than the conventional method.

In this paper, the salt-and-pepper noise is removed by Shepard interpolation method. Our method has three steps. The first step, the noise location of the noisy image is detected by applying the adaptive median filter. The second step, the corrupted image is split into sub-regions. The window size of each sub-region is defined by the noise density. Finally, the new pixel value of each noisy pixel which locates in each sub-regions is calculated by Shepard method. The experiment results demonstrate the good performance some recent methods.

The purpose of this research is to know how influence of mixture of pertamax with Tuak Nias (Tuonifaro) to fuel consumption at 125 cc engine To prove that Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro can be used as fuel mixture on motorcycle and examine how big influence of mix between Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro with Pertamax, conducting research by literature study method or literature study. Many authors use various supporting / input factors and supporting books related to the titles discussed. because Tuak Nias or tuonifaro contain low 4-5% ethanonic elements and contain 90% alcoholic elements so that the fuel easily burns easily in the combustion chamber and produces great power. The results of this research will be disseminated using the website

An approach for robustness analysis of non-dominated solutions to a multi-objective optimization model of an energy management system aggregator (EMSA) in face of uncertainty is presented. The EMSA is an intermediary entity between households and the System Operator (SO), capable of contributing to balance load and supply, and therefore coping with the intermittency of renewable energy sources (RES) and facilitating a load follows supply strategy in a Smart Grid environment. Household clusters provide load flexibility to satisfy system services requested by the SO, involving decreasing or increasing load in specific time slots. The EMSA multi-objective optimization model considers the maximization of profits and the minimization of the imbalance between the amounts of load flexibility provided by the end-user clusters to satisfy SO requests, taking into account revenues from the SO and payments to the clusters. A hybrid evolutionary approach combining Genetic Algorithms (GA) with Differential Evolution (DE) has been designed to deal with this model, and its behaviour subject to different scenarios of uncertainty is evaluated. The robustness analysis of non-dominated solutions produced by the hybrid evolutionary approach is based on the degree of robustness concept, taking into account the changes in the performance of the objective functions when small perturbations of the model nominal coefficients occur.

The development of information and communication technology at this time has touched all sides of life. Almost no side of human life is not touched by this information technology, which is more synonymous with the world of computerization. No exception also with the computerization that is popular in the corporate environment and government agencies. If in ancient times everything was still done manually. However, at this time all leaders and management have realized the importance of this information technology products that can facilitate them in carrying out the day-to-day corporate functions. Decision Making System of goods purchasing is one of the determinants of the accumulation of goods. If the decision is taken right then stockpiling of goods can be avoided. In this thesis the authors designed a web-based system that helps Management in making the decision of the purchase amount of goods. the system was developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and using SQL Server database processing applications. The end result of system design is expected to help minimize the accumulation of goods.
