The fragmentation of health information systems has hindered seamless data exchange in healthcare services, posing challenges in achieving efficient, real-time access to patient health data. This study addresses these issues by evaluating the implementation of a semi-real-time transcription system using a distributed architecture with a message broker to enhance the documentation of clinical examination processes in primary health services. The research focuses on assessing the feasibility of this approach by measuring key performance indicators such as latency and word error rate (WER) during clinical conversation transcription. Audio recordings were segmented into shorter fragments to simulate real-time transcription, and data transmission was conducted through the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP). The findings demonstrate that the average latencys achieved by semi-real-time transcription system is 7.7s, indicating its potential suitability for clinical documentation applications that do not require strict real-time processing. However, glitches observed in the message broker's forwarding mechanism suggest the need for further optimization to ensure consistent performance. Future work aims to develop strategies to minimize transcription errors, enhance reliability, and improve the overall integration of this system in healthcare settings. This study contributes to the advancement of health information systems by offering architecture into scalable and effective methods for semi-real-time data transcription and interoperability.

This paper presents the Partial Discharge (PD) investigation of defective medium voltage (3.6/6(7.2) kV) cable terminations and the impact of using different voltage sources namely AC 50 Hz and Very Low Frequency (VLF) voltage source of 0.1 Hz as supply voltage. The PD is detected by High Frequency Current Transformer (HFCT). Electric field stress investigation is carried out by using Finite Element Method Magnetic (FEMM) simulation tool. The defective cable terminations used are no-stress control, needle tip on insulation screen and sandpaper scrubbed termination. PD investigation is carried out by applying 50 Hz and 0.1 Hz voltage sources and Partial Discharge Inception Voltage (PDIV), Partial Discharge Extinction Voltage (PDEV), PD magnitude and Pulse Repetition Rate are recorded. The comparison of PDIV values demonstrates the impact of different voltage sources. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper showcases the development of a wideband Dual-polarized horn antenna for mm-wave applications. It can be used for reflector feeding, imaging, satellite communication and power transmission due to its enhanced parameters. The working bandwidth is 10 GHz from 4 GHz to 14 GHz (VSWR $\lt1.9)$. This design is formed of three parts: 1) the waveguide is designed to support the entire bandwidth and to improve the impedance matching 2) four ridges to enable Dual-polarized antenna 3) the flared part is corrugated to enhance the side lobe level (SLL). The insertion between the two ports is less than -25 dB for most frequencies. The SLL is less than -25 dB for the low frequencies and -30 dB for the high frequencies. The co- and cross-pol radiation pattern simulation shows that the cross-pol magnitude is 20-30 dB less than the co-pol magnitude. These results have been proved using the CST MWS and Ansys HFSS software.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with a high mortality rate among women. Therefore, it is necessary to develop novel therapies to effectively treat this disease. In this study, iron selenide nanorods (FeSe2 NRs) were designed for use in magnetic hyperthermic, photothermal, and chemodynamic therapy (MHT/PTT/CDT) for breast cancer. To illustrate their efficacy, FeSe2 NRs were modified with the chemotherapeutic agent methotrexate (MTX). MTX-modified FeSe2 (FeSe2-MTX) exhibited excellent controlled drug release properties. Fe2+ released from FeSe2 NRs induced the release of •OH from H2O2 via a Fenton/Fenton-like reaction, enhancing the efficacy of CDT. Under alternating magnetic field (AMF) stimulation and 808 nm laser irradiation, FeSe2-MTX exerted potent hyperthermic and photothermal effects by suppressing tumor growth in a breast cancer nude mouse model. In addition, FeSe2 NRs can be used for magnetic resonance imaging in vivo by incorporating their superparamagnetic characteristics into a single nanomaterial. Overall, we presented a novel technique for the precise delivery of functional nanosystems to tumors that can enhance the efficacy of breast cancer treatment. © 2024 The Authors. This paper presents a method for building Coordinated-axis Weight (CW) that has the advantage can be used to increase the speed for converting image data into the domain of real-time trace transforms. The main idea for this method is to use a feature reduction method for image data that must be used in cooperation with supervised machine learning outcome predictions. But the obtained result still retains the distinctive features of the data image in the form of a trace transform. Start by reducing the number of features from the image data, which will be used to reduce the size of the image to the appropriate image size, which in this article will reduce the image size to 45x45 pixels. The next step is to train the data using a Decision Tree (DT) method by aligning the reduced image data in a 1D model. In addition to the image data, two more features are added, i.e. the $\phi$ and $\rho$ positions, to inform the prediction that each position has a different value. And the last step is to bring the data to create a model for predicting the answer. The weights obtained from the model are called Coordinated-axis Weights (CW). The experiments within this paper were experimented using the Caltech-256 database, which was able to measure the MSE, RMSE, and PNSR of the images compared to the original trace transform response images at 4.1, 2.02, and 42.00, respectively, including the highest predictive speed of 0.2 ms per image.

A volatile organic compound (VOCs) classification system is developed for non-invasive biomarker screening tests. The developed system utilizes a preconcentrator, which contains an absorbent material for trapping VOCs at low temperatures and thermally desorbing at specific elevated temperatures. This system is especially useful for detection of odor mixture at low concentration and target VOCs biomarkers in the odor sample can also be measured with enhanced selectivity. All sensing processes, including a PID temperature controller for heating preconcentrator, odor sensor interface, and solenoid valve control, are performed using only a single embedded microcontroller. An odor mixture with low concentration is measured and classified in order to investigate the developed system. The result of the experiment and the principal component analysis (PCA) shows that the system with the preconcentrator can measure the VOCs mixture of odor sample in terms of sensitivity and selectivity. This system prototype is useful for screening tests of exhaled breath biomarker.

Classification of objects using YOLO deep learning is currently very popular. When the discovered object is rotated, however, the pre-trained YOLO model frequently generates incorrect answer predictions. In order to improve the accuracy of the YOLO deep learning pre-trained model, we present in this paper a method for rotating an object's image back to its initial gain using the DFTF algorithm. The DFTF algorithm is designed to take the results of the trace transform and accumulate the values for each column in order to predict the object's degree of rotation. The results of this calculation are then used to rotate the object back to its normal axis. The experiment is therefore a collaboration between YOLO and DFTF with the aim of more accurately predicting the object's responses. Five groups of data will be chosen for experimentation, each of which can be used to determine the precision of the experimental image with rotational issues. The average of accuracy is 98.56%.

Nowadays, industrial processes are creating increasing demands for optimized and efficient sensing systems and require high reliability and a short time interval for information delivery. This paper presents an embedded sensor system that uses the ESP-NOW protocol with a Mesh and Ad Hoc network, in order to provide an auto mesh configuration upon failure at some point in the network. This system was implemented to monitor the variables of an induction motor, after which, before sending the data to the cloud, local processing is performed to reduce the volume of data. Finally, a computer simulation of the WROOM-32 module is performed for a thermal analysis during its operation, where the heating points of the plate are identified and analyzed, in order to validate that the system, even processing a large amount of data, maintains a high reliability during its operation.

Tailoring morphology and composition of metal organic frameworks (MOF) can improve energy storage by establishing high surface area, large porosity and multiple redox states. Structure directing agents (SDA) is functional of designing surface properties of electroactive materials. Ammonium fluoride has functional abilities for designing MOF derivatives with excellent energy storage abilities. Systematic design of MOF derivatives using ammonia fluoride-based complex as SDA can essentially create efficient electroactive materials. Metal species can also play significant roles on redox reactions, which are the main energy storage mechanism for battery-type electrodes. In this work, 2-methylimidazole, two novel SDAs of NH4BF4 and NH4HF2, and six metal species of Al, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn are coupled to synthesize MOF derivatives for energy storage. Metal species-dependent compositions including hydroxides, oxides, and hydroxide nitrates are observed. The nickel-based derivative (Ni-HBF) shows the highest specific capacitance (CF) of 698.0F/g at 20 mV/s, due to multiple redox states and advanced flower-like surface properties. The diffusion and capacitive-control contributions of MOF derivatives are also analyzed. The battery supercapacitor hybrid with Ni-HBF electrode shows a maximum energy density of 27.9 Wh/kg at 325 W/kg. The CF retention of 170.9% and Coulombic efficiency of 93.2% are achieved after 10,000 cycles. © 2023 Elsevier Inc.
