The complete mitochondrial genome of the morotoge shrimp,Pandalopsis japonicawas determined by the high-throughput sequencing technique. The mitogenome ofP. japonica(15,909 bp) encoded the 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes as well as the non-coding control region (D-Loop). The mitochondrial genome ofP. japonicashowed an identical gene arrangement in its mitochondrial genome to its relative Pandalid shrimps includingP. borealis and P. *** 13 compared mitogenomes within order Suborder Pleocyemata,P. japonicawas most closely related toP. hypsinotuswith 86% sequence identity clustering together with three other shrimps in family Pandalidae.

The complete mitochondrial genome ofCoelorinchus multispinulosuswas determined using the MiSeq platform. The mitogenome ofC. multispinulosus(15,937 bp) contained 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, two ribosomal RNAs (12S and 16S), and a control region (D-Loop). The G + C content of its mitogenome was 44.69%, which was lower than A + T contents (55.31%). Unusual start codon (GTG) was identified in three protein-coding genes including COX1, ND2, and ND3. Incomplete stop codons (TA–/T–) were shown in six genes including COX1, COX2, COX3, ND3, ND4, and ATP6. Based on the phylogenetic tree with the currently reported mitogenomes in the family Macrouridae,C. multispinulosuswas most closely related toCoelorinchus kishinouyeiwith 85% nucleotide sequence identity.

The full mitogenome ofBothrocara hollandiwas determined by high-throughput sequencing (HTS) platform. The genome was 16,732 bp in length, which included 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, two ribosomal RNAs (12S and 16S), and a control region (D-Loop). The overall composition of G + C in the mitogenome was 45.90%, which was lower than A + T contents (54.10%). Except for COX1 (GTG), the other twelve protein-coding genes begin with typical start codon, ATG. The incomplete stop codon (TA − or T–) was identified in five genes, including COXI, COXII, COXIII, ND3, and ND4. The phylogenetic analysis with the currently reported mitogenome sequences showed thatB. hollandiwas most closely related toLycodes tanakae, suggesting that additional mitogenome sequences in genusBothrocaraare required for its clear evolutional relationship.

The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Dory snapper,Lutjanus fulviflamma,was determined by high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technique. The circular mitogenome ofL. fulviflammawas 16,512bp in length encoding 37 genes (13 proteins, 22 tRNAs, 2 ribosomal RNAs) and 2 conserved noncoding elements; the control region (D-Loop) and the origin of light strand synthesis (OL). Among the protein-coding genes, unusual start codons were identified in ND2, COX1 and ND3 genes and incomplete stop codons were identified in seven genes. Phylogenetic analysis with the currently known mitogenomes in genus Lutjanus revealed thatL. fulviflammawas most closely related toLutjanus russelliiwith 91% sequence identity.

The complete mitochondrial genome of the Staghorn damselfish,Amblyglyphidodon curacaowas determined by next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform. The circular mitochondrial genome ofA. curacao(16,612 bp) encoded the 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes,2rRNA genes, and 2 non-coding regions (origin of light strand replication (OL) and the control region (D-Loop)). All the tRNAs have typical clover-leaf structures except for tRNA-Ser. Phylogenetic analysis based on the currently reported mitochondrial genomes in Pomacentridae showed thatA. curacaowas most closely related toAmphiprion frenatus. The complete mitogenome sequence ofA. curacaowould provide essential genetic information of Pomacentrinae related to them for their scientific management in the coral-reef ecosystem in Indonesian waters.

The Performance of Convolutional Coding Based Cooperative Communication: Relay Position and Power Allocation Analysis

Wireless communication faces adversities due to noise, fading, and path loss. Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems are used to overcome individual fading effect by employing transmit diversity. Duo to user single-antenna, Cooperation between at least two users is able to provide spatial diversity. This paper presents the evaluation of the performances of the Amplify and Forward (AF) cooperative system for different relay positions using several network topologies over Rayleigh and Rician fading channel. Furthermore, we present the performances of AF cooperative system with various power allocation. The results show that cooperative communication with convolutional coding shows an outperformance compared to the non-convolutional, which is a promising solution for high data-rate networks such as (WSN), Ad hoc, (IoT), and even mobile networks. When topologies are compared, the simulation shows that, linear topology offers the best BER performance, in contrast when the relay acts as source and the source take the relay place, the analysis result shows that, equilateral triangle topology has the best BER performance and stability, and the system performance with inter-user Rician fading channel is better than the performance of the system with inter-user Rayleigh fading channel. Water is a chemical compound that is very important for living things on this earth. The function of mineral water for human life cannot be replaced by other compounds. To ensure that it can be used for needs, quality monitoring must be carried out continuously. This study aims at designing mineral water quality test equipment using the fuzzy logic algorithm method that is equipped with a pH sensor, TDS sensor, temperature sensor, LDR sensor, LCD, Wi-Fi module. The simulation results show that an average value of pH sensor of 8.5 - 12, TDS sensor of 300 - 350 ppm, sensor temperature of 22-25oC, and the resistance of the LDR of 110-170 Ohm sensor for daytime while the evenings of 920 - 970 Ohm. The several types of water tested was 5 areas around Bandung and Telkom University Dormitories. The accuracy of this tool reaches of 80%, it can be seen from the calibration results.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder that will affect children in terms of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and imaginative levels in play. Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child's imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Study Objectives: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most prevalent arrhythmia and is associated with a fivefold increase in stroke risk. Many individuals with AF go undetected and thus untreated. These individuals are often asymptomatic or have paroxysmal AF. There are ongoing debates on whether mass screening for AF in the general population is to be recommended. However, there is incentive in performing systematic screening for specific at risk groups such as individuals suspected of sleep-disordered breathing where an important association between AF and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has been demonstrated. In this research we introduce a new methodology leveraging digital biomarkers and recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) for the purpose of mass AF diagnosis from hours of single channel electrocardiogram (ECG) recording. We demonstrate the value of such methodology in a large population sample at risk of sleep disordered ***: Four databases, totaling n=3,088 patients and p=26,913 hours of continuous single channel electrocardiogram raw data were used. Three of the databases (n=125, p=2,513) were used for training a machine learning model in recognizing AF events from beat-to-beat interval time series. The visit 1 of the sleep heart health study database (SHHS1, n=2,963, p=24,400) consists of overnight polysomnographic (PSG) recordings, and was considered as the test set to evaluate the feasibility of identifying prominent AF rhythm from PSG recordings. In SHHS1, expert inspection identified a total of 70 patients with a prominent AF ***: Model prediction on the SHHS1 showed an overall Se = 0.97, Sp = 0.99, NPV = 0.99, PPV = 0.67 in classifying individuals with or without prominent AF. PPV was non-inferior (p=0.03) for individuals with an apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) ≥ 15 versus AHI Conclusions: Individuals with prominent AF can be automatically diagnosed from an overnight single channel ECG recording, with an accuracy unaffected b
