The Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have reshaped educational technology, increasing the chances of developing more effective and engaging learning environments. This study proposes an architecture for asynchronous data communication with real-Time face recognition, a virtual and remote labs confluence. The architecture uses IoT hardware and software to comprise critical components such as IoT cameras, message brokers, FTP servers, and AI processing servers. The aim is to optimize resource usage and maximize response time efficiency. The architecture employs message queuing to manage high volumes of face image data, facilitating immediate verification and rapid access. Our findings demonstrate that the system can achieve face recognition with 91.7% accuracy and an average system communication latency of 2.631 seconds, effectively leveraging asynchronous communication to optimize resource usage and computational efficiency. The research comprehensively measures the data communication metrics and face recognition metrics. It also explains how asynchronous data communication can be strategically deployed in a hybrid lab environment to enhance educational and operational efficacy. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesian MSMEs in 2022 will begin to enter the transformational recovery phase. Various preparations must be made in order to adapt. One that has been done is to increase the number of MSMEs entering the digital ecosystem, such as the MSME marketplace. The MSME Marketplace is used for marketing various MSME products online. The MSME Marketplace must be supported by methods that are able to provide good and fast personal services, considering the types and variety of products offered are increasing in number and varying from time to time. Therefore, this study proposes the Porat_Rank method to produce product recommendations that match user interests quickly so that users are served well. The experimental results show that the Porat_Rank method is superior to the Copelan Score method both in producing recommendations and in processing speed. © 2022 IEEE.

Information technology support is desperately needed for higher education. Universities must use information technology to effectively and efficiently manage potential resources to compete with other institutions. Utilization of IT in Higher Education Governance, particularly the academic information system at Nusa Nipa University, lacks a structured architecture. The current IT infrastructure is insufficient to respond promptly and precisely to application and business change solutions. This study aims to simplify the process of developing information system architecture by developing an architectural model and an implementation roadmap. This study's design uses the TOGAF ADM model, The organization's initial condition analysis stage is the preliminary requirement management phase;architectural vision;and business architecture. The enterprise architecture design begins with the second stage's information system architecture and technology architecture phases. The subsequent phases of opportunities and solutions, migration planning, and change management, recommendations for implementing enterprise architecture are presented in the third section. The consequences of this study are IT outlines for each engineering stage given the TOGAF ADM structure for business processes in new understudy affirmations frameworks, scholastic cycles, graduated classes, and libraries to help data frameworks at Nusa Nipa College. This research can create a blueprint for IT development suggestions for expected business techniques at Nusa Nipa College. © 2023 IEEE.

SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model is a tool for diagnosing Supply Chain Management (SCM) that allows users to understand all processes in a business organization. This study aimed to analyze activities related to Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), especially in the palm oil sector, and to determine the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) at PT. Sutopo Lestari Jaya using the green score model. The results showed that the highest Green Objectives (GO) weight in environmentally friendly garden management was located on protected forest land used as plantation land by 38.82%, while waste minimization was found in Crude palm oil water content of 48%. Meanwhile, in minimizing and handling greenhouse gas emissions, the highest weight is found in the amount of fuel used in Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) shipments of 54.07%. For plantation management and palm oil management mills, the highest weight is in the percentage of water use per ton of FFB in PPKS 60.7%, while in waste management, the highest percentage lies in the standardized wastewater Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) of 38.8%. In maximizing the use of new and renewable energy, the highest weight lies in renewable energy per tonne of FFB and the use of solid waste (empty shells and shells) as a substitute for fossil fuels of 45.5% each. © 2022

Cloud computing has emerged as a transformative technology that offers numerous benefits to various industries, including the music industry. This paper presents a systematic literature review on cloud computing migration strategies specifically tailored for the music industry. The review aims to identify existing research, frameworks, and best practices related to cloud migration in the music industry, as well as highlight the challenges and opportunities associated with such migrations. The Tamblang Dam break analysis using HEC-RAS 5.0.7 and PenRis hazard classification in Indonesia

Tamblang Dam is one of the dams, north of Bali Island, with a capacity of 7.6 million m3, and the downstream areas are in the form of agricultural land, citizen settlements, schools, offices, and other public facilities for approximately 10 km2. Considering such a downstream and its large capacity, the Tamblang Dam would have a significant damage impact if it is a failure. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the failure of the Tamblang Dam. The study aims to analyze the areas affected by floods due to the dam’s failures and to measure the damage risk. The failures were simulated using HEC-RAS 5.0.7 with four scenarios, such as overtopping, upper-piping, middle-piping, and bottom-piping. The simulation result showed that the Tamblang Dam’s failure with the overtopping scenario had the worst impact as it has the highest velocity and discharge compared to the other scenarios. The overtopping scenario inundated 355 ha areas along the river. Six villages would become the victims, namely, Bengkala, Bila, Menyali, Jagaraga, Bungkulan, and Kubutambahan. Tamblang Dam failures’ danger level was figured out in this research according to the PenRis Hazard Classification of Dams in Indonesia. For this case, it is found that 2527 residents are at immediate risk of flooding caused by the failures. Therefore, following the Danger Classification from the Public Work and Housing Guidelines of Indonesia, it can be stated that the Tamblang Dam is a 4-class dam with an extremely high danger status level.

Purpose: With the increasing incidence of cardiac arrests in non-critical areas, it is crucial to provide comprehensive training to healthcare professionals. Simulation-based training using manikins offers a morally sound alternative to traditional methods and allows students to apply clinical skills in realistic scenarios. Usability evaluation, including assessment of efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction, is essential for ensuring the effectiveness of the training. This research focuses on evaluating the usability of the simulation manikin for teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation to medical students. Methods: Twenty-one volunteers participated in the experiments: 18 students and three teaching doctors (one instructor professor and two evaluator professors). The instructor professor was instructed to follow the same procedure used in the classroom setting. The evaluating professors were provided with appropriately labeled data collection instruments to evaluate the usability of manikins. The student performed the tasks as instructed, and after completion, they were directed to the debriefing room, where they filled out the feedback form. Results: The experimental data and the statistical analyses showed that regarding effectiveness, the study findings indicated that participants encountered difficulties in certain tasks, as evidenced by the need for significant intervention from the instructor professor. In relation to efficiency, the results demonstrated a clear correlation between the successful execution of tasks and the duration of instruction provided by the instructor, thereby indicating the presence of a usability problem associated with the simulation manikin. And users are not entirely satisfied with the manikin, considering the room for improvement indicated by the SUS score. The swift progression of industrial technology underscores the need for adept professionals capable of skillfully implementing and managing intricate systems. Vocational education assumes a pivotal role in cultivating competent intermediaries proficient in translating theoretical knowledge into practical applications. Elevators, integral to contemporary structures, mandate precision for secure vertical conveyance. Leveraging input signals from elevator buttons, sensors, and switches, the PLC orchestrates efficient motor control and dependable door operations. This hands-on application underscores the PLC's significance within real-time control contexts. Nonetheless, Vocational Higher Education graduates frequently grapple with the challenge of transitioning to industry settings due to limited practical exposure. In terms of planning aspect,nuclear power plant(NPP)development needs analyses,consideration,and right decision making due to multi criteria *** study prioritizes the best site development of Indonesian NPPs in terms of 21 social,economic,and technical perspectives which comprise transmission network,oper-ating cost,economic impact,geology,geotechnic,seismology,population density,environment,cooling water,meteorology,hydrology,proximity to hazardous facilities,topography,land use,proximity to wetland,evacu-ation route,security,transportation network,legal consideration,impact of tourism,land ownership,historical places,and public acceptance,all identified to be considerations for the best *** Fuzzy algorithms(Chang’s Extent Analysis and Buckley’s Fuzzy AHP)were used to determine the criteria priorities as well as NPP site feasibility of two locations in *** results found that geology,geotechnic,and seismology(SA1);security(SO1),population density(SA2),environment(SA3),and cooling water(SA4)had the highest priorities among the 21 *** on the 5 top priority criteria,West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan provinces serve as the best candidates for the NPP *** an innovative and novel multi criteria Fuzzy AHP–based decision making(MCDM)approach has been proven to become a useful reference to select NPP sites in Indonesia.
