Diabetes, especially T2DM, continues to be a significant health problem. One of the major concerns associated with diabetes is the development of its complications. Diabetic nephropathy, one of the chronic complication of diabetes, adversely affects the kidneys, leading to kidney damage. Diagnosing diabetic nephropathy involves considering various criteria, one of which is the presence of a pathologically significant quantity of albumin in urine, known as albuminuria. Thus, early prediction of albuminuria in diabetic patients holds the potential for timely preventive measures. This study aimed to develop a supervised learning model to predict the risk of developing albuminuria in T2DM patients. The selected supervised learning algorithms included Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), decision tree, random forest, AdaBoost, XGBoost, and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). Our private dataset, comprising 184 entries of diabetes complications risk factors, was used to train the algorithms. It consisted of 10 attributes as features and 1 attribute as the target (albuminuria). Upon conducting the experiments, the MLP demonstrated superior performance compared to the other algorithms. It achieved accuracy and f1-score values as high as 0.74 and 0.75, respectively, making it suitable for screening purposes in predicting albuminuria in T2DM. Nonetheless, further studies are warranted to enhance the model's performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Diabetes is a disease that affects many people in the world. Diabetes mellitus is a type of metabolic disease in a person who suffers from blood glucose levels with extreme conditions, namely insufficient insulin production in the human body. Monitoring diabetes is an important concern for researchers because it can be useful for improving the quality of the nursing service system. One of the common conditions in diabetic patients is ulceration which is difficult to detect on time. Technology can minimize the total cost of monitoring chronic diseases such as Diabetes continuously and on time. This research focuses on solutions to produce IoT-based smart diabetic shoes that utilize pressure sensors and the temperature of the feet of people with diabetic feet. Smart diabetic shoes are made using the Lora E32 module to be applied to areas with poor internet connections. The results of the testing carried out for 60 seconds in this study succeeded in detecting the area of the foot that experienced the greatest pressure, which was located on the rear footrest with a portion of pressure of around 25 - 28% of the total body weight. The patient's foot temperature increases when the pedestal load is greater. The Lora E32 module also functions as a media transmitter and receiver at a distance of 2.2 km in sending sensor data. © 2023 IEEE.

Video compression is commonly studied, and several standards have been established from multimedia companies. The 3D video signal contains of the conventional 2D video signal and depth video. In order to equip 3D video, depth video compression has been explored to unveil geometric information for synthesis virtual views. Conventional video compression is not allowed directly employed into genuine depth video because its characteristics which may influence in compression ratio and synthesis representation. Depth information is able to be implemented for several images processing implementations such as identification, segmentation and so on. Unfortunately, the problem happens in original depth video begins from acquisition process of depth video. This depth video is needed to be compressed for efficient network transmission, storage and power. In this working, will be shown utilizing median filter as pre-processing method dues to its unstable pixel values. Then, the output of pre-processing was submitted into H.264/AVC encoding tool. From experimental results, utilizing median filter as a preprocessing approached the quality of video compression up to 20 % compared to the output depth video without using median filter at all. © 2020 IEEE.

Human creativity originates from brain cortical networks that are specialized in idea generation, processing, and evaluation. The concurrent verbalization of our inner thoughts during the execution of a design task enables the use of dynamic semantic networks as a tool for investigating, evaluating, and monitoring creative thought. The primary advantage of using lexical databases such as WordNet for reproducible information-theoretic quantification of convergence or divergence of design ideas in creative problem solving is the simultaneous handling of both words and meanings, which enables interpretation of the constructed dynamic semantic networks in terms of underlying functionally active brain cortical regions involved in concept comprehension and production. In this study, the quantitative dynamics of semantic measures computed with a moving time window is investigated empirically in the DTRS10 dataset with design review conversations and detected divergent thinking is shown to predict success of design ideas. Thus, dynamic semantic networks present an opportunity for real-time computer-assisted detection of critical events during creative problem solving, with the goal of employing this knowledge to artificially augment human creativity. Database lectures in the informatics engineering study program teach the life cycle of database system development, both in terms of concepts, utilization, administration to database application systems to be studied, practiced and understood by students. Database teaching in the informatics engineering department of a private university with very diverse student participants, the ability to master computer and information technology and skills requires teaching material, lecturing strategies, lecturer quality, and facilities must also be able to adjust toward challenges, concept development, and database technology. This database design research model used Hevner's information systems research framework, starting with reference research, database lecture analysis, rigor and research relevance. This research covered the steps of constructing artifacts in the form of constructs, models, methods, instantiation, and evaluation of artifacts. The use of the framework intended to support business strategies and processes in study programs and ensure the relevance of research. The benefits of this research will produce a database lecture model that can be used as a reference and lecture development in the informatics engineering study program. Reference to produce graduates with understanding and skills in database design, the use of Database Management System (DBMS), the ability in administration and professional capability in the database field. The main road that connects the city of Sidoarjo to Surabaya is the intersection of Gedangan. By 2018 it has reached saturation by having a poor service level. More severe conditions will occur in the next 10-20 years. One of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of congestion, damage structure is the construction of flyover or other alternatives by widening the road. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the traffic and to save vehicle operating costs before and after the construction of a flyover at the Gedangan intersection. The method for predicting Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) is to use PCI method. This study predicts Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) to determine cost savings. The scenario for predicting BOK is that 80% of the vehicle volume will pass the Fly Over, and 20% still use the existing road. The results showed that the cost savings of Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) of existing roads compared to the use of flyover in 2019 was IDR 15 Billion. In 2039 the savings are IDR 77 Billion. Another discussion is that if the road is only widened without flyover, then the BOK cost savings in 2019 will be IDR 4 Billion and in 2039 it will be IDR 27 Billion. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With establishment of fracture toughness test for advance ceramic according ISO/FDIS 23146:2008(E) with the sample test of Single-edge V-Notch Beam/SEVNB, then the researcher related this activity should understand and able to realize how to prepare the sample of advance ceramic in order the requirements of the standard are fulfilled. In contrary with metals and polymers that usually easy to cut as the standard size for testing, the advance ceramics are found much more difficult to prepare since it is very hard and brittles. More even, specifically for fracture toughness test, the level of difficulty is added since the sharp initial crack should be introduced in the edge of the sample. This article introduce method on preparation of advance ceramic for the purpose of fracture toughness test completed with method to introduce the initial sharp V-notch crack which is valid and possible to be measured its length and diameter of the tip that yield valid result of fracture toughness test. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. Organic-inorganic halide perovskites have become notable for their efficiency in light harvesting. Nonetheless, the incorporation of organic cations like $\mathbf{M A}^{+}$and $\mathrm{FA}^{+}$presents stability challenges when exposed to environmental factors. This study explores the potential of replacing organic components with inorganic $\mathrm{Cs}^{+}$to enhance stability and efficiency in PSCs, focusing on CsPbBr 3 as the light harvester. We compare spin-coating and spray-coating techniques for depositing SnO 2 as the electron transport layer, revealing that spray-coating 7 cycles achieves higher PCE. Through detailed characterization, including UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM, I-V, and IPCE analyses, we optimized the manufacture of $\mathrm{SnO}_{2}, \mathrm{CsPbBr}_{3}$, and carbon deposition at room temperature, resulting in a PCE of $\mathbf{2. 2 1 \%}$ using the spray-coating process, demonstrating significant improvements over the spin-coating method.

COVID-19 is an acute respiratory disease that has become a pandemic worldwide. Many studies have been conducted to enhance our understanding of COVID-19. However, the abundance of information obtained from these studies has resulted in information overload. In this study, we purposed a simple COVID-19 Knowledge Graph in Bahasa Indonesia as a way to reconstruct knowledge to combat this information overload. We used Bahasa Indonesia in our study to explore its potential for constructing a Knowledge Graph (KG). The construction of our KG involved manual curation of medical literatures and annotation of entities and relationships by the domain experts. The KG was implemented using Neo4J version 5. We successfully demonstrated our COVID-19 KG, which consists of 240 nodes and 276 relationships with 15 and 14 node and relationship labels, respectively. Accessing the information within the KG is made effortless through the use of Cypher queries in Neo4J. Further research is still needed to develop the KG into a larger and better one. However, our COVID-19 KG can serve as a basis for further development.

In high-voltage underground cable systems, current carrying capacity and power losses vary according to the screen bonding type, the phase sequence, the distance between the cables, and the number of parallel systems. In this study, electrical and thermal analyses of a system consisting of two parallel cables were carried out according to different design parameters, and the performances were evaluated. Trefoil and flat layouts were used in the analyzed systems. In addition, the structure of the single-side and solidly bonded systems was also examined. While carrying out the investigations, the variation of the distance between the cables according to three different parameters was also discussed. In total, 56 different scenarios were created, and the systems' performances were examined. Screen currents, screen voltages, cable temperatures, and power losses were considered while conducting the investigations. In this context, coupled electrical and thermal calculations were performed in the Ansys Electronics Suite finite element software. Additionally, the study utilized the CymCap program to verify the finite element model created, with analytical analyses conducted in accordance with IEC 60287 standards. The significance of these calculations cannot be overstated, as the analysis results demonstrate the direct impact of various design parameters on the system's overall performance. © 2023, The Authors.
