Leading commodity development area is a developed area for one or a combination of superior commodities that comply with the land use characteristics that provide the highest farm household's income, communities, and the region. This research was aimed to determine and describe the factors which have a significant effect on the superiority of Tanjung Api-Api (TAA) area, measure and analyze of the superiority of TAA cultivation area for food crops,and formulate a grand strategy matrix for food crops development based on its regional. The descriptive methods, Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM), and Grand Strategy Analysis. The factors which affect the superiority of TAA cultivation area include ecological, socio-cultural, and economic factors. The result shows, rice and corn plants included in the SI category or suitable for cultivation in the TAA region with Soil Mapping Unit (SPT) value of 20.70%. Socio-cultural aspects that affect the development of food agriculture such as the labors, Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), and Farmers Group that support agricultural development. Rice and corn crops have 0.69 and 0.97 on the competitive advantage (PCR) value respectively, therefore the rice and corn plants are concluded to have a competitive advantage. The comparative advantages (DRCR) value shows 0.68 and 0.65 for rice and corn plants respectively, which have comparative advantages and have the potential to develop in TAA area. Food crops in the TAA area are in a good competitive position. The strategy that must be applied under these conditions is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth-oriented strategy). © The Authors, published by EDP sciences, 2020.

Game development in 3D is mostly done by characters, items and the environment. Game items such as character weapons modeled in 3D will be the attraction of a game. In this paper, spear motion as a game items is modeled in 3D. Nonlinear Equations Six Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) are used for mathematical models of spear motion. The parameters studied in the motion model are: geometry, mass and aerodynamics. Spear aerodynamic parameters were analyzed using the Datcom method. Numerical simulation of mathematical models of spear motion with variations in the initial velocity of the throw and the direction of the throw. From the results of numerical simulation, the maximum range R = 131.7 m at the initial velocity V0 = 40 m/s, the direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 10 deg, ψ0 = 0 deg). And the maximum height Hmax = 12.18 m is achieved at the initial velocity V0 = 20 m/s, direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 40 deg, angle ψ0 = 0 deg). © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a semiconductor material with many applications, such as surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), photocatalysts, water treatment, and photoelectrochemicals. Controlling the properties of anatase TiO2 is typically challenging during TiO2 synthesis. Generally, achieving this control necessitates intricate conditions and processes. The solvothermal method is expected to be easier to control the formation of TiO2 with well-defined morphology and good crystallinity, hence, the band gap can be tuned well. However, there has been a lack of research on the effect of solvents in the solvothermal method of TiO2 synthesis on the optical band gap. Herewith, we report an easy-controlled solvothermal method by varying the type and composition of the solvent to modify the band gap of anatase TiO2. Interestingly, ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) analysis reveals an anatase TiO2 optical band gap between 1.66 to 3.60 eV, indicating that TiO2 obtained can be operated in the UV to visible light region. The solvents utilized for the titanium (IV) isopropoxide (TTIP) precursor in TiO2 synthesis are isopropanol (IPA), methanol (META), and ethanol (ETA). X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy show anatase TiO2 single crystalline phases synthesized by IPA and ETA solvents and the combination of polycrystalline and amorphous morphology TiO2 synthesized by META solvent. Anatase single crystalline phases are achieved for the solvent mixture with a composition ratio of IPA:ETA solvents of 1:2, 1:1, and 2:1. Our result shows that the optical band gap of single crystalline phase TiO2 can be engineered in a wide range via solvothermal method for green and sustainable material. © 2024, The Authors. In this study the physical, structural, optical and radiation shielding characteristics of (50-x)SiO2–40Li2O–05BaO:05Gd2O3-xCeF3 (x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 mol%) were investigated. The x-ray diffraction analysis confirms the amorphous nature of S-sample. The density and refractive index increase with Ce3+ concentration in host glasses. The molar volume is rised with Ce3+ contents in host glass from S1–S6 confirm the less compact glass structure. The shielding parameters were determined using MCNPX simulation. The linear attenuation of glass samples increase with increase of cerium oxide contents while decrease with increase of energy from 0.01 to 15 MeV. The Half Value Layer (HVL) and Tenth Value Layer (TVL) values increase with energy, indicating more thicker glass is needed to reduce radiation flux at higher energy. The effective atomic number varies randomly with energy representing different photon matter interactions in specific energy ranges. The mean free path is increased with rise of energy. Under λexc = 275 nm, two emission spectra were observed that are positioned at 312 nm and 375 nm and belong to Gd3+-ions (6P7/2 to 8S7/2) and Ce3+-ions (5d-4f) transition, respectively. The results of XEL spectra are similar to PL spectra. The integral-scintillation efficiency of LBS-Gd/Ce0.1 glass is 10.01 % that of BGO scintillator. Based on these results the developed glasses can be employed as a choice of radiation shielding material for x-rays and γ-rays in the field of medicine, hospitals, nuclear physics and has the potential for scintillator applications. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

The preparation method of cellulose films plays a vital role in their properties. This work aims to characterize 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO)-oxidized bacterial cellulose powder (TOBCP) films prepared with three different methods (casting, boiling-casting, and boiling-vacuum). It is found that film by casting (CT film) shows the best electrical properties. A light-emitting diode (LED) in a direct current circuit connected to the CT film glows the most brightly. However, this film had lower tensile strength and thermal stability than films from boiling and boiling-vacuum techniques. The boiling-vacuum film presents the most compact fiber structure and the highest tensile and thermal properties. This film also shows the lowest electrical properties and the dimmest LED light. These results demonstrate the TOBCP properties from different methods that can be used to prepare film with desirable properties. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Several studies have examined the connection between innovation, technology, and organizational culture in recent years. Management of technology and innovation is crucial to an organization's expansion and success. The development of an innovative organizational culture comes before technology and innovation management. This study's primary goal was to assess how organizational culture affects innovation in the Indian service sector. The study made use of a paradigm for understanding organisational culture created by Cameron and Quinn, which looks at culture as a collection of conflicting values from four angles. A descriptive survey research design was used in the investigation. Employees of service industries made up the study's population. More than twenty IT organizations participated in the survey, and 120 out of 180 respondents returned completed questionnaires. This indicated a response rate of 66%.The collected data was analyzed using inferential data analysis techniques and descriptive statistics. Tables and figures were created after analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results demonstrated that the strongest associations with innovation and technology were found in companies with flexible, collaborative, and employee-friendly cultures. Lastly, the study suggests areas for additional research, such as employing a new organizational culture model for the study or qualitative techniques for data collecting and analysis to reveal deeper cultural features.

Vibration analysis is very important in predictive maintenance in the industry today. In this paper, has designed a vibration detection system that can identify the condition of the induction motor by online. Induction motor vibration data is read from two vibration sensors, accelerometer1 and accelerometer2, displayed using ATMEGA16 microcontroller and can directly identify the condition of the induction motor by using artificial intelligence-based analysis that is Backpropagation-Neural Network (B-NN). After testing, the system managed to perform fault identification induction motor with the rank of success of 95 percent.

This study aimed at investigating productive practicums of various competencies and the competences of Machining engineering department students of Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul Vocational High School. It is a descriptive study which employed both quantitative and qualitative research designs. The practicums of various competencies consisted of seven stages led by two teachers. Those stages are opening, presenting the introductory theory, demonstrating, conducting productive practicums of various competencies, evaluating, giving feedback, and closing. Based on the data analysis, the percentage of students' response is 70%, and it is categorized as good. The average score of the students' competences is 81.67, and it is also categorized as good. Finally, the percentage of students' activity aspect is 90%, and it is also categorized as very good. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A vast number of technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have proliferated into various application domains. As part of its objectives to develop agents which can behave and think like humans, some branches of AI have focused on developing various algorithms that can learn from input data without explicitly being programmed. In the food industry, notably in restaurants, smartphone technology is typically used to collect data from customers efficiently such as orders or feedback toward the services provided. The use of smartphones by some restaurants is motivated by their convenience and efficiency. Furthermore, various promotions, discounts, and membership benefits offered by cellular service providers have attracted the use of smartphones as devices for improving restaurant services to their customers. This study aimed to conduct a sentiment analysis related to multi-brand restaurants in Indonesia based on customer feedback. The data retrieved from the Google Play Store consists of 756 reviews from Boga, Champs, Hangry, Ismaya, Kulo, and Union groups. In this study, TF-IDF was used as a vectorizer to represent customer feedback as numeric vectors. The polarity sentiment of customer feedback was recognized using classifier models based on machine learning such as Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes (NB), Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classifier. The empirical results showed that SVM has the best accuracy of 93.10 % average accuracy followed by Logistic Regression with 92.41 %, Random Forest with 84.14 % average accuracy, and Naive Bayes with 76.55 % average accuracy.

The mandatory carbon reduction guidelines and regulations in Indonesia encourage all industrial sectors particularly the petroleum industry to implement decarbonization programs by systematically reducing carbon emissions as part of climate action. Unlike existing carbon emission studies in the petroleum industry, the literature lacks studies on the decarbonization patterns. In addition, the effectiveness of carbon mitigation in the upstream oil and gas field has not been studied so far. This study developed short panel data models to understand the current decarbonization efforts and patterns during 2015–2018. The results indicate that the considered variables are significantly impactful in carbon reduction with different coefficient patterns. It is suggested to associate decarbonization with oil and gas production and highlight energy efficiency optimization to stabilize production. The impact of financial, human, and administrative resources on the supporting facility is critical for executing sustainable carbon mitigation projects. © 2024 The Authors
