Big data refers to big data, fast data processing, diversity of data structures, and data values so that it is not possible to be processed with outdated methods. Big data technology is used in various industrial sectors. Big data technology is the whole technology that can handle Big Data. Some of the uses of big data are based on the largest significant data traffic sources such as social media, financial transactions, public data, sensor data, and corporate data. The same is the case with the status of so many villages in Indonesia, so it is better to use big data for the classification of village status based on the village index build by involving an algorithm process. This research aims to produce a description of the role of big data in supporting activities in a grouping. The method used is a qualitative approach related to data collection based on scientific work with the source of data information needed to study literature techniques from various studies that have been published in national and international journals. A decision is made that big data has been widely used in different circles to facilitate performance and speed up the decision-making process.

Accreditation is a form of quality and feasibility evaluation of higher education institutions or study programs conducted by independent organizations or bodies outside of tertiary institutions. To achieve the target of accreditation scores, universities and study programs must adjust their internal conditions in accordance with the standards given by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). In accordance with Permenristekdikti No 32/2016, BAN-PT develops accreditation instruments that are relevant to the development of the higher education sector in Indonesia and follows the global developments. study program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS 4.0) BAN-PT uses 9 criteria. The Accreditation Instrument of Monitoring Database of the study program UKI Paulus was built using a PHP interface and MySql database that can integrate the entire contents of the data and other supporting documents so that during the evaluation processes, the information of achievement determined by BAN-PT from each standard is obtained. The system development steps, uses the Waterfall method which starts from the analysis phase, system design, program code writing, system testing and system maintenance. From 30 respondents who joined the test using black box method, the user accessibility level reached 95.52%. It shows that the system run optimally. This system is able to provide easy access and management of study program accreditation documents.

The effect of artificial age time on crystal size, dislocation density, hardness and micro structure on Al 6061 materials alloy

Research on the effect of T6 heat treatment and artificial life time on crystal size, density dislocation, hardness, and microstructure of Al 6061 alloy material made from powder metallurgy. The T6 heat treatment starts with a solid solution which is heated at 530 ° C, held for 60 minutes, then quenching into the water media, and the artificial aging process at 200 ° C and variations in the holding time of 1h, 24h, and 30h. Crystal size, dislocation density and lattice microstructure testing using X-ray diffractometer, hardness testing with Vickers scale and surface microstructure with SEM-EDX. Test results of crystal size, dislocation density, and micro lattice strain on 4 phase α-Al at the miller index plane (111), (200), (220), and (311) show that the crystal size increases with the duration of heating time of artificial aging. While dislocation density and micro lattice strain increase over a heating period of 1h to 30h, dislocation density and lattice strain decrease at the Miller index plane (111) to (311). The hardness testing of Al 6061 as-cast material was 54 HV after quenching the water hardness value of 75 HV, but after artificial aging the hardness decreased with a longer holding time from 45.50 HV to 39.95 HV. Microstructure observations with SEM-EDX, showed that the Al 6061 test sample without heat treatment showed a dominant α-Al matrix, whereas in the Al 6061 sample after the T6 process it was seen that the Mg2Si phase functioned to harden the Al 6061 alloy.

The existence of lead (Pb) in soil has a significant ecological impact, resulting in a reduction in soil fertility. The present work effectively remediated soil contaminated with the heavy metal lead (Pb) through the application of biochar and Bacillus sp bacteria. Currently, there is ongoing research on the utilization of biochar amendments and Bacillus sp bacteria. The main objective is to assess the impact of these materials on the absorption of Pb and the activity of dehydrogenation enzymes. The findings indicate that both materials exhibit significant efficacy in absorbing Pb metal in contaminated soil over the incubation period from day 0 to day 42. The absorption capacity steadily increases until the concentration of Pb in the polluted soil reaches 1–2 ppm, using a biochar dosage of 10–30 ***⁻¹. Incorporating Bacillus sp bacteria at a concentration of 25 ***⁻¹ enhances the uptake of Pb metal. In terms of future prospects, the incorporation of biochar and Bacillus Sp has the potential to enhance the absorption of Pb metal, hence improving soil fertility in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner. © 2023

The effectiveness of Indonesia's fisheries policy to reduce illegal fishing

The sea has economic potential such as marine tourism, energy, maritime industry, marine transportation, marine building and services, and fisheries. Indonesia has fishery resources with high biodiversity and easily accessible (renewable resources). Indonesia's fishery production reached approximately 12.6 million tonnes, of which marine catch accounted for about 6.71 million tonnes, inland capture for 0.51 million tonnes and the rest is in aquacultures. In addition, Indonesia is facing the problem of illegal fishing by foreign fishing vessels from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan and Cambodia. Foreign fishing vessels conducting illegal fishing are not only found in the EEZ, but also in territorial and archipelagic waters. Based on the findings of this study, the illegal fishing policy has a positive impact by reducing illegal fishing activities in the short term and increasing fisheries stocks. However, negative impacts were also found, the national fisheries business has decreased by number, especially local fishermen business, so that fishermen are unable to optimize their capture fisheries activities. Some local fishermen benefit economically from illegal fishing, this is what causes illegal fishing activities to continue. The policies that have been implemented have not been optimal in ensuring that fishermen are more prosperous. A sovereign state not only owns the territory and defends it from foreign disturbances, but must realize the welfare of its people, including fishermen. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of fisheries policies in Indonesia to tackle illegal fisheries and improve fishermen's welfare. Analysis of small island environmental carrying capacity in Panggang Island, Jakarta, Indonesia

To support continuity of life, information on the availability of natural resources is needed. Natural resources need in a region must not exceed their availability. Panggang Island is a small island with an area of 13.76 ha and a population density up to 4,388 people in 2019. The land use of the island is intended as a residential area. With a small area and dense population, the ability of the environment to support life in Panggang Island is concerning. This study aims to determine the carrying capacity of water and land in Panggang Island. Water carrying capacity analysis is carried out by comparing the amount of water resource availability with standard water needs. The Thornthwaite Mather method is applied to calculate the water resource availability. Land carrying capacity analysis is based on a comparison of the amount of actual residential land with minimum space requirements of each individual according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 03-1733-2004). The results showed that Panggang Island has a very low carrying capacity for water and land. The water and land carrying capacity index reaches 0.12 and 0.98 respectively. This shows that the demands of residential land and water in Panggang Island are higher than the resources.

The digitalization in the 21st century has brought tremendous benefits in many aspects of human lives, including in education. It opens the door of observing the phenomena that are difficult to do in classrooms. As phenomena observation is a vital activity in learning science, the technology of augmented reality (AR) will help students digitally observe as many phenomena as possible during their learning process. In this study, a science book that is integrated with AR technology was developed. It aims to fill the gap in the literature of what components should be included in an AR-based science book, especially the learning resource that is suitable for STEAM education. The study was limited to environmental pollution and global warming topics. The results showed that the developed AR-based science book has met the eligibility criteria to be used in STEAM education. In terms of numerical viewpoint, the scores for the feasibility test were 96.09% and 97.65% respectively for the learning media and material validation. Therefore, the AR-based science book is considered as a valid learning resource from the expert assessment. In addition, teachers and students also showed positive perspectives towards the AR-integrated book.

Introduction: Current general-purpose artificial intelligence (AI) large language models (LLMs) have limited effectiveness in clinical medicine, often being restricted to question answering, documentation, and literature summarization roles. We developed GastroGPT, a proof-of-concept specialty-specific, multi-task clinical LLM, and evaluated it against leading general-purpose LLMs across key gastroenterology tasks and diverse case scenarios. Methods: In this structured analysis, GastroGPT was compared to three state-of-the-art general-purpose LLMs (LLM-A: GPT-4, LLM-B: Bard, LLM-C: Claude). Models were assessed on seven clinical tasks and overall performance across ten simulated gastroenterology cases varying in complexity, frequency, and patient demographics. Standardized prompts enabled structured comparisons. A blinded expert panel rated model outputs per task on a 10-point Likert scale judging clinical utility. Comprehensive statistical analyses were undertaken. Results: In total, 2,240 expert ratings were obtained. Parkia speciosa seeds, a widely consumed plant in Southeast Asia, are known for their rich bioactive compounds with potential health benefits. This study investigates the antioxidant properties of ethanol extracts from P. speciosa leaves (PSL) and seeds (PSS) to combat oxidative stress. Antioxidant activity was evaluated using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays, revealing that PSL exhibited higher antioxidant potential than PSS, with values of 14.34 ± 0.02 and 19.39 ± 0.04 μg ascorbic acid equivalent (AAE)/g extract, respectively. The ethanol extracts of PSL and PSS significantly protected HT22 cells from erastin-induced ferroptotic cell death and activated the antioxidant response element (ARE) pathway, enhancing endogenous antioxidant defense mechanisms. Furthermore, in silico molecular docking analysis identified 7,7′-Dihydroxy-5′‑methoxy-2′,2′-dimethyl-4-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-2′H,4H-3,6′-bichromen-5-yl hexopyranosiduronic acid as a promising bioactive compound with strong binding affinities to oxidative stress-related receptors (5i6x, 6cm4, 2f8a, 8bxn, and 8ivr). These findings suggest that P. speciosa ethanol extract, particularly from its leaves, exhibits strong antioxidant and neuroprotective properties, supporting its potential application as a natural therapeutic agent for oxidative stress-related disorders.

Train is one of transportation mode is increasingly polular in Indonesia nowdays, although in developed countries this transportation has long been a very advanced mode of mass transportation. Problems due to railroad tracks adjacent to densely populated settlements cannot be avoided. Problems such as noise levels can interfere with the health and comfort of the environment, vibrations in the surrounding environment due to passing trains cause some damage to civilian buildings such as residents' houses and high rise buildings as well. This field study shows the potential problem due to mass train loading (Babaranjang) in Bandar Lampung.
