Driven by advances in generative artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and algorithms, the widespread adoption of AI-generated content (AIGC) has emerged, allowing for the generation of diverse and high-quality content. Especially, the diffusion model-based AIGC technique has been widely used to generate content in a variety of modalities. However, the real-world implementation of AIGC models, particularly on resource-constrained devices such as mobile phones, introduces significant challenges related to energy consumption and privacy concerns. To further promote the realization of ubiquitous AIGC services, we propose a novel collaborative distributed diffusion-based AIGC framework. By capitalizing on collaboration among devices in wireless networks, the proposed framework facilitates the efficient execution of AIGC tasks, optimizing edge computation resource utilization. Furthermore, we examine the practical implementation of the denoising steps on mobile phones, the impact of the proposed approach on the wireless network-aided AIGC landscape, and the future opportunities associated with its real-world integration. The contributions of this paper not only offer a promising solution to the existing limitations of AIGC services but also pave the way for future research in device collaboration, resource optimization, and the seamless delivery of AIGC services across various devices. A vast number of technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have proliferated into various application domains. As part of its objectives to develop agents which can behave and think like humans, some branches of AI have focused on developing various algorithms that can learn from input data without explicitly being programmed. In the food industry, notably in restaurants, smartphone technology is typically used to collect data from customers efficiently such as orders or feedback toward the services provided. The use of smartphones by some restaurants is motivated by their convenience and efficiency. Furthermore, various promotions, discounts, and membership benefits offered by cellular service providers have attracted the use of smartphones as devices for improving restaurant services to their customers. This study aimed to conduct a sentiment analysis related to multi-brand restaurants in Indonesia based on customer feedback. The data retrieved from the Google Play Store consists of 756 reviews from Boga, Champs, Hangry, Ismaya, Kulo, and Union groups. In this study, TF-IDF was used as a vectorizer to represent customer feedback as numeric vectors. The polarity sentiment of customer feedback was recognized using classifier models based on machine learning such as Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes (NB), Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classifier. The empirical results showed that SVM has the best accuracy of 93.10 % average accuracy followed by Logistic Regression with 92.41 %, Random Forest with 84.14 % average accuracy, and Naive Bayes with 76.55 % average accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

In modern edge systems, the demand for data processing for complex DNN tasks, is rapidly increasing. To address this, various compression schemes have been proposed to enable on-device AI while meeting the strictpower and storage constraints. However, despite these advancements, the compatibility of the compression methods with edge device memory(LPDDR), has not been thoroughly investigated. LPDDR operates at low voltage and faces reliability challenges, which is particularly concerning for applications where accuracy is critical, such as ADAS or medical devices. To address these concerns, ECC engine, known as IECC, is employed within each LPDDR bank. While IECC improves reliability, it also incurs performance penalties due to Read-Modify-Write(RMW) operations and parity storage overheads. This paper introduces RELIA, a DNN weight compression scheme with three-stage protection, aimed at enabling power-efficient and reliable DNN operations in mobile environments. RELIA reduces the operation granularity of the IECC engine from SEC(136,128) to SEC(72,64), eliminating RMW overhead. Additionally, it proposes SEC-FOEC(72,64) scheme that can correct 99.97% of LPDDR errors. To mitigate the added storage overhead, compression scheme based on DNN weight characteristics is introduced. Experimental results show RELIA reduces power, cycle, energy, and storage by 17.35%, 13.2%, 32.7%, and 23.6%, respectively, while offering superior reliability. © 2025, The Authors. Private fifth-generation mobile communication networks (5G) have garnered considerable attention for providing various communication services. In private 5G systems, such as those employed in smart factories, it is necessary to appropriately manage the interference power among diverse systems because each nonpublic operator deploys a gNodeB in the local area and utilizes a similar allocated frequency. Several researchers have discussed the use of a radio map, which stores the spatial distribution of received signal power values as a tool for managing intra-system interference. Radio maps are typically applied to television white space, where the location of the base station (BS) is fixed and the average value of the received signal power exhibits time-invariant characteristics. However, in private 5G networks, the estimation accuracy using a conventional radio map is lowered because the location of the BS may be changed when the factory is rearranged. In this study, a database server is used to infer a significant difference in the average values of the received signal power by means of Welch's ${t}$ -test;the server then updates the radio map based on the test results. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can detect changes in the BS location and update the radio map accurately. © 2015 IEEE.

In this paper we consider the filtering problem associated to partially observed McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations (SDEs). The model consists of data that are observed at regular and discrete times and the objective is to compute the conditional expectation of (functionals) of the solutions of the SDE at the current time. This problem, even the ordinary SDE case is challenging and requires numerical approximations. Based upon the ideas in [3, 12] we develop a new particle filter (PF) and multilevel particle filter (MLPF) to approximate the afore-mentioned expectations. We prove under assumptions that, for ϵ > 0, to obtain a mean square error of O(ϵ2) the PF has a cost per-observation time of O(ϵ−5) and the MLPF costs O(ϵ−4) (best case) or O(ϵ−4 log(ϵ)2) (worst case). This research aims to create a smart residential system that will improve parking management in residential areas using mini-server technology. Another aim is to provide a safe and effective smart parking solution for residential areas with limited capacity. This research method uses mini-server technology and control to create smart system ideas. Apart from that, this research also uses servo motor technology, proximity sensors, cameras, and IoT applications for smart parking management. The result is the creation of intelligent residential parking management, which uses a Raspberry Pi 5 Model B as a server and control to improve the parking management system in residential areas, and the use of number plate recognition technology to be applied to Smart City. This further research offers a new perspective on creating intelligent parking solutions using two input validation parameters simultaneously, namely facial and license plate recognition

This study presents an embedded system (ES) designed for fault detection and diagnosis in grid-connected photovoltaic (GCPV) systems using transient regime analysis. The primary aim of transient regime analysis is to facilitate real-time decision-making, especially during critical faults. A neural network classifier, incorporating a Genetic Algorithm for automated hyperparameter optimization, is developed for GCPV fault classification. These classifiers are seamlessly integrated into a Raspberry Pi 4 platform for fault diagnosis in GCPV systems. Both simulation and experimental results substantiate the ES's viability for fault diagnosis in the examined GCPV system, achieving high accuracy and enabling prompt decision-making to enhance the reliability and safety of GCPV systems.

Electric Vehicles (EV s) such as e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-skateboards become the most popular Eco-friendly personal modes of transportation in the United States. These EVs are mostly recharged via the power grid's stations. Grid power is generated through multiple means including hydroelectric, thermal, solar, and wind. Even with using EVs to reduce the dangerous effects of fuel burning, there is a real need to take major steps towards green charging approaches. Charging EVs through renewable energy resources is maximizing the ecologically friendly potentials. The aim of this work is to provide a green and sustainable charging system for personal electric vehicles. Hence, a solar-powered charging dock has been built and controlled by an Arduino Mega 2560 adding to a Raspberry Pi 4. Subsequently, solar panel tracker linear actuator has been applied to be integrated with the installed dock solar panel tracking system for delivering maximum precision while operating. To get economic and reliable dock, it has been constructed from wood.

Recent studies on modern wireless communication systems are focusing on Massive Multiple- Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology for its high potential. MIMO systems require high resolution Analog-to- Digital Converters (ADCs) in the Base Stations (BS) to reduce quantization noise. However, using high resolution ADCs causes higher power consumption at the BS and the hardware costs increase. Reducing the resolution of the ADCs at the BS causes severe non-linearity errors due to additional quantization noise. In other words, MIMO systems cannot achieve high performance without highly linear and low resolution ADCs. In this paper, a 3-bit highly linear Time- based ADC (T-ADC) is presented. The proposed circuit exhibits high linearity, simple design and low power which make it the best solution for the problems that limit the performance of the MIMO systems. The proposed ADC exhibits a linearity error of 0.56 % with a dynamic range equals to 800 mV and at small power consumption of 2.2 mW. The supply voltage used equals to 1.2 V using industrial 65 nm TSMC CMOS technology. The clock frequency equals to 4 GHz at a maximum input frequency of 2 GHz. © 2021 IEEE.

The Neural Networks (NN) model which is incorporated in the control system design has been studied, and the results show better performance than the mathematical model approach. However, some studies consider that only offline NN model learning and does not use the online NN model learning directly on the control system. As a result, the controller's performance decreases due to changes in the system environment from time to time. The Reinforcement Learning (RL) method has been investigated intensively, especially Model-based RL (Mb-RL) to predict system dynamics. It has been investigated and performs well in making the system more robust to environmental changes by enabling online learning. This paper proposes online learning of local dynamics using the Mb-RL method by utilizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model. We consider Model Predictive Control (MPC) scheme as an agent of the Mb-RL method to control the regulatory trajectory objectives with a random shooting policy to search for the minimum objective function. A nonlinear Mass Spring Damper (NMSD) system with parameter-varying linear inertia is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the system can effectively control high-oscillating nonlinear systems with good performance. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.
