In this paper we consider the estimation of unknown parameters in Bayesian inverse problems. In most cases of practical interest, there are several barriers to performing such estimation, This includes a numerical approximation of a solution of a differential equation and, even if exact solutions are available, an analytical intractability of the marginal likelihood and its associated gradient, which is used for parameter estimation. The focus of this article is to deliver unbiased estimates of the unknown parameters, that is, stochastic estimators that, in expectation, are equal to the maximizer of the marginal likelihood, and possess no numerical approximation error. Based upon the ideas of [4] we develop a new approach for unbiased parameter estimation for Bayesian inverse problems. We prove unbiasedness and establish numerically that the associated estimation procedure is faster than the current state-of-the-art methodology for this problem. When non-Hermitian eigenvalue surfaces form intertwined Riemann surfaces, the corresponding non-Hermitian singularities, also know as exceptional points (EPs), are located at the center of this specific topology. Various experimental platforms have recently been presented in which interesting new physics associated with these branch point singularities can be explored. In particular, it has been shown that dynamically encircling EPs may lead to a so-called chiral state transfer. The chirality in this context refers to the fact that in such an encircling protocol, the final state at the end of an EP-enclosing loop solely depends on the encircling direction (clockwise or counterclockwise), but not on the initial state. Such a chiral behavior is intrinsically linked to the state vector deviating from adiabatically following the system's eigenstates associated with the eigenvalue surfaces;instead, due to the non-Hermitian violation of the adiabatic theorem, non-adiabatic jumps let the system undergo transitions from lossy eigenstates to eigenstates with gain. Here, we present two experiments that implement concepts that go beyond this established paradigm. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, the performance of the police in Indonesia is often in the spotlight of the public with cases that occur, both on a national and regional scale, including personal experiences who also feel disappointed with the performance of the police. The cases, such as the rape of three children by a biological father in East Luwu, and the barrage of other cases that have occurred, in their handling have left the public disappointed, giving rise to the hashtag percumlaporpolisi on social media, especially on twitter. This hashtag became trending and was widely responded to by the public. Using free hashtag keywords, tweet data is collected using Twitter’s API for sentiment analysis. The datasets obtained from the crawling results is the latest data with a total of 100 datasets. This study applies the naïve bayes algorithm using textblob which aims to determine the value of polarity and subjectivity. From the results of the analysis carried out, the words that appear most often are useless police, police chief, and policeman. While the results of the sentiment analysis that has been carried out are 40 percent positive sentiment, 40 percent are neutral sentiment and 10 percent are negative sentiment from the hashtags used. From these results, according to the keywords used, the percentage of negative sentiment should be greater than positive and neutral sentiment. It is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study related to the model used in the next research.

Capital market transactions provide an opportunity for investors to acquire ownership of company shares and capital gains, as well as dividends. However, alongside the benefits, there are risks of capital loss and liquidation, leading to stress and depression due to profit targets and decision-making errors. To mitigate the risk of decision-making errors in investment, data analysis is needed, including sentiment analysis, which influences stock prices. This study aims to develop a new deep learning model to classify Indonesian public opinion on JCI stocks, especially the Energy sector, obtained from the Twitter social media platform. The model will perform sentiment analysis and categorize opinions as negative, neutral, or positive. We created a dataset that was trained using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to summarize the analysis of public sentiment above so that it can assist investors in studying public sentiment as a reference for investing with a yield precision of 76%, Recall of 77%, and F1-score on 76%.

In this work, a thorough assessment of the robustness of complementary channel HfO2 ferroelectric FET (FeFET) against total ionizing dose (TID) radiation is conducted, with the goal of determining its suitability for use as high-performance and energy-efficient embedded nonvolatile memory (eNVM) for space applications. We demonstrate that: i) ferroelectric HfO2 thin film is robust against X-ray and proton irradiation;ii) FeFET exhibits a polarization state dependent radiation sensitivity where the high-VTH (HVT) state sees noticeable negative VTH shift and low-VTH (LVT) is immune to irradiation, irrespective of the channel type;iii) the state dependence is ascribed to the depolarization field in the HVT, which points toward the channel and facilitates the transport and trapping of radiation-generated holes close to the channel. This research investigates the prospective performance of SiC/SiO2 as front transparent passivated contacts in industrial bifacial passivated contacts (biPC) solar cells using Sentaurus TCAD for optical raytracing and electrical simulations. Our simulations suggest an estimated efficiency improvement of approximately 1.9 % abs for front $\text{SiC}/\text{SiO}_{2}$ passivated contacts as compared to poly-Si/SiO2 front contacts. The simulations further indicate the possibility of achieving a remarkable performance of 25% through industrial-compatible processes with the proposed bifacial passivated contact structure.

Wireless communication has connected millions of people across the world to internet to enable them to reap benefits of digital economy in present scenario. Almost all the sectors of economy including healthcare, agriculture and transportation nowadays rely largely upon wireless communications. In the present context, the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 has caused governments to impose restrictions on various activities and employees have been directed to work from their homes to ensure safety. In such a situation, wireless communication has made it possible to connect with each other via the internet. Apart from this, Smart healthcare-system has been developed through utilisation of wireless communication systems. During this pandemic situation, delivery of healthcare services in remote areas has gained huge momentum and wireless communication plays a vital role in this regard. Aim of current critical assessment is to provide an in-depth analysis of the role played by wireless communication in establishment of a well-structured digital economy in present scenario. In literature-review, different applications of wireless technology via ICT in various sectors and aspects of life have been discussed through a conceptual and a theoretical framework. The Method section of current study has provided an in-depth insight into the ways required information have been collected in this study. As found in the results and discussion section, a positive relation exists between wireless-communication and establishment of digital economy in current situation. This study has concluded that there are certain challenges associated with wireless communication;however, it has significant influence in making processes smarter and faster as compared to earlier. © 2022 IEEE.

In the current practical science, the accuracy in the formability of metal alloys being the goal when using electromagnetic forming (EMF) technology, which is a high-speed processing technology that uses Lorentz forces to achieve plastic deformation of sheet metal;according to the previous analysis, the results have shown that in most cases, the Lorentz force acting on the workpiece (metal) is not uniform, there are uneven axial deformations of the metal plates which prevent the rapid advancement of today’s technology. In this article, we presented some advanced analyzes which will lead us to improve the technical solution for the problems of non-uniform axial deformations of the metals in the traditional tube electromagnetic forming technology (EMF). A field shaper is used as a practical forming tool to influence the magnetic field and magnetic pressure distribution, thereby improving the forming ability and result during the electromagnetic forming (EMF) process and we see that induced eddy current control is realized by changing the structural parameters of the magnetic field shaper;which improves the strength and controllability of the magnetic force that acts on the workpiece;thereby a greater radial magnetic pressure can be achieved with field shaper than the case without it;the field shaper regulates the electromagnetic force, the distribution of the magnetic pressure decreases, and the uniform force area of the tube increases which effectively enhances the uniform range of the pipe electromagnetic bulging and the electromagnetic induction coupling between the coil and the metallic workpiece is generally required to produce the Lorentz forces. Using COMSOL Multiphysics® simulation software helped us to accurately represent the real world, simulating multiple physical effects that happened in this model during the process.

This research aims to help the user monitor their heart’s condition and notify other people in case of an emergency due to an abnormal heartbeat (normal heartbeat around 60-100 beats per minute). From the heart rate graph, the user could do a consultation with an expert in the nearest hospital using a map feature that will show the nearest hospital with a 1 KM radius from the user’s current location. The heart is undeniably an essential part of the human body system. The heart's missions are to pump blood to the lungs to expel the waste carbon dioxide that resulted from the respiration and pump blood that will deliver oxygen throughout the human body's circulation system. While the blood that carries oxygen being pumped throughout the human body, the heart will provide the oxygen to all cells. Body cells need to use oxygen to get the energy from food through a process called cellular respiration. Monitoring our heartbeat and pulse rate can increase people’s awareness about their heart’s health, motivating, and encouraging people to maintain a healthy eating plan and exercise. This research will be implemented ECG Sensor. The sensor will then send the data to the android application via HC-06 Bluetooth module. Monitoring the heart rate and analyzing the user’s heartbeat will be done in the android with a microcontroller device's help. © 2020 IEEE.

Crop Yield Analysis and Prediction is a fast-expanding discipline that is critical for optimizing agricultural methods. A lack of trustworthy data is one of the challenges in estimating crop yields. We develop predictive models for 22 different fruits and vegetables data. The goals of this study are to create accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models. We used multiple machine learning (ML) models for multi-class crop production prediction to fulfill our research goal. We thoroughly examined the influence of climate and nutrient factors on crop yield, considering their complex interactions. To improve the dataset, augmented data techniques were applied. Configuring the parameters and fine-tuning the hyperparameters is our technique to increase the model performance. Furthermore, we employ explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques and interpretability tools like Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) to improve the interpretability of our prediction model. Our findings reveal that the XGBoost model has the best performance model with 99.86% accuracy, followed by SVM Poly Kernel with 99.32% and Random Forest with 98.82%. Feature selection and analysis are emphasized, particularly in regional agricultural contexts. This study contributes to the creation of accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models while also addressing the issue of untrustworthy data, providing useful insights for optimizing agricultural practices.
