With the development of Internet technology,the computing power of data has increased,and the development of machine learning has become faster and *** the industrial production of industrial control systems,quality inspection and safety production of process products have always been our *** at the low accuracy of anomaly detection in process data in industrial control system,this paper proposes an anomaly detection method based on stacking integration using the machine learning *** are collected from the industrial site and processed by feature *** component analysis(PCA)and integrated rule tree method are adopted to reduce the dimension of the process data,which can restore the original feature information of the data to the maximum *** forest(RF),Adaboost,XGboost,SVM were selected as the first layer of basic *** regression(LR)was used as the secondary learner to build the exception detection model based on stacking integrated *** data was used to train the base learner model and the integrated *** comparing and analyzing the experimental results of between integrated model and each basic learning *** comparing and analyzing the experimental results of the constructed anomaly detection model and the basic learning model,the accuracy of process data anomaly detection is effectively improved,and the false alarm rate of process data anomaly detection is effectively reduced.

The article defines the conditions of self-excitation of an inductive generator with capacitor excitation as part of an autonomous power source. Recommendations for the design of an autonomous power source based on an asynchronous machine in terms of the implementation of self-excitation conditions and optimal operating modes are formulated. A simulation model of an autonomous inductive generator and a solar battery for the analysis of transient, static and dynamic modes of operation has been developed. The conducted theoretical studies of capacitive self-excitation of inductive machines have created a good basis for solving problems related to the practical use of autonomous sources based on an inductive generator. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This paper addresses the control design of a current mode control for a three-phase voltage source converter. A variant of the Active Disturbance Rejection control (ADRC) scheme is proposed for comparison with the classical inner control approach. The ADRC method has a straightforward design procedure and has well-known abilities for disturbance rejection and robustness to parametric uncertainties of the system. Theoretical studies are presented and simulation results are discussed by using EMTP-RV environment considering the system Synchronous Reference Frame control, whose modeling was extracted from the analysis performed in a classical refer-ence. © 2021 IEEE.

Motivated by current sharing in power networks, we consider a class of output consensus (also called agreement) problems for nonlinear systems, where the consensus value is determined by external disturbances, e.g., power demand. This output consensus problem is solved by a simple distributed output feedback controller if a system is either Krasovskii or shifted passive, which is the only essential requirement. This paper investigates the velocity and altitude tracking control problem for airbreathing hypersonic vehicle(AHV)in the presence of external disturbances and parameter uncertainties.A composite controller containing improved lines cluster approaching mode control(LCAMC)and nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO)is developed to guarantee the tracking errors converge to zero and enhance the robustness of control ***,considering the multiple uncertain parameters,a genetic algorithm(GA)based Pareto uncertainty estimation is employed to predict the parameter uncertainties of the AHV ***,the mathematical proofs of proposed method are analyzed by utilizing Lyapunov *** results demonstrate the effective tracking performance,excellent disturbance estimation and uncertainty estimation ability of the composite method.

Structural reduction of CRNs with linear sub-CRNs

A novel systems theory-based structural reduction method is proposed in this paper that can be applied to chemical reaction networks (CRNs) including subsystems consisting of linear reactions, i.e. a linear sub-CRN. The reduced model is a delayed CRN with distributed delays having less complexes (monomials) and reactions than the original model. The reduction is based on the fact that the input/output response of a linear sub-CNR can be seen as a time-delayed input to output relationship, therefore linear sub-CNRs can be interpreted as reactions with distributed delay from their input to their output complexes. The practically important example of a kinetic model describing the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic is used as a case study to illustrate the basic concepts and the computation method.

To address the problem of aeroengine PID parameter optimization and tuning, this work employs the excellent performance of the sparrow search algorithm (SSA) with high convergence accuracy and fast convergence speed to propose a self-tuning PID control method (SSA-PID) for aeroengine parameters. Considering that the oil supply output by the actuator may have a substantial overshoot, the proposed technique adds a penalty mechanism for the overshoot at the output, designs and improves the fitness function weighted by performance indicators, and effectively avoids the possible excessive overshoot and sharp oil supply phenomenon of the engine oil supply. The SSA-PID simulates and verifies the mathematical models of the turbofan engine’ s steady-state operating points on the ground and at high altitudes. The results show that the SSA-PID control method has better parameter tuning and optimization effects, a faster speed step response, and generates a fuel supply that does not have a targe overshoot, thereby proving its effectiveness and feasibility.

With the development of multi-electrochemical aircraft, the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHA) in aircraft actuator system is increasing. The dynamic stiffness of the actuator has a non-negligible effect on the fluttering characteristics of the rudder surface. So it is necessary to study the dynamic stiffness of EHA. In this research, a method for calculating the dynamic stiffness of EHA is proposed. The mathematical model of EHA is established. The bulk modulus of hydraulic oil affected by gas content and pressure is added to the model. Build the simulation model in Simulink. The dynamic stiffness of EHA is simulated in frequency domain. Analyze the simulation results. The EHA dynamic stiffness decreases with the increase of hydraulic oil gas content in the whole frequency range. The trough frequency of dynamic stiffness amplitude decreases with the increase of hydraulic oil gas content. The EHA dynamic stiffness decreases with the increase of pump leakage coefficient in low frequency band. Therefore, in order to improve the dynamic stiffness of EHA, the hydraulic oil gas content and the piston pump leakage coefficient should be reduced.

Multi-Rate Data Distillation for Deep Process Monitoring

The feature of multiple data sampling rates is among the most common natures in data-driven industrial process monitoring, which may have a significant impact on its performance, in terms of false alarm, monitoring sensitivity, computational complexity, and manpower resources. Instead of continuously polishing the model structure as usual, this article proposes a cumulative data distillation strategy under the deep monitoring framework. Without increasing the number of training samples, data distillation explores more effective information through compressing various data samples into a condensed new data point. Based on two industrial case studies, both feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-rate data distillation strategy have been well evaluated and confirmed. Besides, it can be inferred that the requirement for the deep model complexity can be lowered with the introduction of the data distillation strategy, thus a relatively simpler model structure can obtain a satisfactory monitoring performance. This is actually of great significance in pursuing green artificial intelligence and lightweight deep learning models, particularly for those real-time industrial applications.

Utility coupling promotes cooperation in multiplayer snowdrift games on interdependent simplicial networks

Real-world social networks often contain not only one-to-one pairwise interactions, but also multi-person group interactions involving more than two individuals. To reveal the important role of such group interactions (i.e., higher order topology) for the evolution of cooperation, we here use interdependent simplicial network topologies, where the evolutionary interactions, governed by the snowdrift game, are thus explored beyond pairwise links. We also consider utility coupling between two network layers in an uncorrelated interdependence. Systematic Monte Carlo simulations lead us to two main conclusions. First, we find that the level of cooperation can be elevated by increasing the utility coupling value. And second, cooperation tends to decline when we increase the number of 2-simplex interactions. However, despite the later result, the overall cooperation level on both interdependent networks is still higher than that on any isolated network. We hope that these results will inspire future research on cooperation among unrelated individuals in higher order networks.
