The realization of brain-scale spiking neural networks (SNNs) is impeded by power constraints and low integration density. To address these challenges, multi-core SNNs are utilized to emulate numerous neurons with high energy efficiency, where spike packets are routed through a network-on-chip (NoC). However, the information can be lost in the NoC under high spike traffic conditions, leading to performance degradation. This work presents NEXUS, a 16-core SNN with a diamond-shaped NoC topology fabricated in 28-nm CMOS technology. It integrates 4096 leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) neurons with 1M 4-bit synaptic weights, occupying an area of 2.16 mm2. The proposed NoC architecture is scalable to any network size, ensuring no data loss due to contending packets with a maximum routing latency of 5.1μs for 16 cores. The proposed congestion management method eliminates the need for FIFO in routers, resulting in a compact router footprint of 0.001 mm2. The proposed neurosynaptic core allows for increasing the processing speed by up to 8.5× depending on input sparsity. The SNN achieves a peak throughput of 4.7 GSOP/s at 0.9 V, consuming a minimum energy per synaptic operation (SOP) of 3.3 pJ at 0.55 V. A 4-layer feed-forward network is mapped onto the chip, classifying MNIST digits with 92.3% accuracy at 8.4Kclassification/ s and consuming 2.7-μJ/classification. Fault currents emanating from inverter-based resources(IBRs)are controlled to follow specific references to support the power grid during ***,these fault currents differ from the typical fault currents fed by synchronous generators,resulting in an improper operation of conventional phase selection methods(PSMs).In this paper,the relative angles between sequence voltages measured at the relay location are determined analytically in two stages:(1)a short-circuit analysis is performed at the fault location to determine the relative angles between sequence voltages;and(2)an analysis of the impact of transmission line on the phase difference between the sequence voltages of relay and fault is conducted for different IBR ***,new PSM zones based on relative angles between sequence voltages are devised to facilitate accurate PSM regardless of the fault currents,resistances,or locations of *** time-domain simulations confirm the accuracy of the proposed PSM with different fault locations,resistances,types,and currents.

Perovskite solar cells have shown great potential in the field of underwater solar cells due to their excellent optoelectronic properties;however,their underwater performance and stability still hinder their practical *** this research,a 1H,1H,2H,2H-heptadecafluorodecyl acrylate(HFDA)anti-reflection coating(ARC)was introduced as a high-transparent material for encapsulating perovskite solar modules(PSMs).Optical characterization results revealed that HFDA can effectively reduce reflection of light below 800 nm,aiding in the absorption of light within this wavelength range by underwater solar ***,a remarkable efficiency of 14.65%was achieved even at a water depth of 50 ***,the concentration of Pb^(2+)for HFDA-encapsulated film is significantly reduced from 186 to 16.5 ppb after being immersed in water for 347 ***,the encapsulated PSMs still remained above 80%of their initial efficiency after continuous underwater illumination for 400 ***,being exposed to air,the encapsulated PSMs maintained 94%of their original efficiency after 1000 h light *** highly transparent ARC shows great potentials in enhancing the stability of perovskite devices,applicable not only to underwater cells but also extendable to land-based photovoltaic devices.
