The development of natural language processing algorithms and the explosive growth of conversational data are encouraging researches on the human-computer conversation. Still, getting qualified conversational data on a large scale is difficult and expensive. In this paper, we verify the feasibility of constructing a data-driven chatbot with processed online community posts by using them as pseudo-conversational data. We argue that chatbots for various purposes can be built extensively through the pipeline exploiting the common structure of community posts. Our experiment demonstrates that chatbots created along the pipeline can yield the proper responses. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The complete mitochondrial genome ofSilurus soldatovifirstly collected from a native Korean river was determined by the bioinformatics assembly of the next-generation sequencing (NGS) reads. The circular mitogenome was 16,525 bp in length which harbored canonical 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, and 2 rRNAs, which was identical to those of family Siluridae. Twenty-eight genes were located on H strand, whereas the remaining nine genes were on L strand. Except for COX1 gene (GTG), other 12 protein-coding genes were predicted typical start codons (ATG). Among the currently known mitogenome sequences, S. soldatovishowed highest identity (99.38%) to the Chinese haplotype ofS. soldatovi(NC022723) followed by the Chinese haplotype ofSilurus asotus(JX087351). Interestingly, intraspecies variations ofS. asotusare higher than those of interspecies and further study should be made to elucidate the evolutional relationship between twoSilurusspecies.

Integrated constructive and virtual simulations are becoming popular for tactical training in the military domain. An important aspect concerning the integration of these simulation models in the construction of virtual tactical simulations is the modelling and implementation of different kinds of semi-autonomous agents. A fundamental feature of these agents is the capability of intelligently and realistically modelling task-oriented navigation activities in large virtual terrain simulation environments, while following underlying military doctrine and tactics. This paper reviews important navigation issues that emerge in such simulation systems and prominent Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques that have been explored to solve them. From this analysis, a hybrid, semi-autonomous navigation framework is proposed aiming to fulfil the needs of virtual tactical training simulations, more specifically, in the military domain. As implemented in a system for the virtual tactical simulation of artillery battery tasks, the framework shows how to overcome the challenges of implementing realistic global and local navigation behaviours for military units and, at the same time, it shows that the semi-autonomous behaviours implemented are of primary importance to allow interaction with users for learning purposes in the simulation exercises. We have studied the magnetic response of transverse optical phonons in Pb1−xSnxTe films. Polarization-dependent terahertz magnetospectroscopy measurements revealed Zeeman splittings and diamagnetic shifts, demonstrating that these phonon modes become chiral in magnetic fields. Despite recent advances in active metaoptics, efficient wide dynamic range combined with highspeed reconfigurable solutions is still elusive. Phase-change materials (PCMs) offer a compelling platform for metasurface optical elements, owing to the large index contrast and fast yet stable phase transition properties. Here, we experimentally demonstrate an in situ electrically driven reprogrammable metasurface by harnessing the unique properties of a phase-change chalcogenide alloy, Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST), in order to realize non-volatile, reversible, multilevel, fast, and pronounced optical modulation in the near-infrared spectral range. Co-optimized through a multiphysics analysis, we integrate an efficient heterostructure resistive microheater that indirectly heats and transforms the embedded GST film without compromising the optical performance of the metasurface even after several reversible phase transitions. A hybrid plasmonic-PCM meta-switch with a record eleven-fold change in the reectance (an absolute reectance contrast reaching 80%), unprecedented quasi-continuous spectral tuning over 250 nm, and operation speed that can potentially reach a few kHz is presented. The increasing prevalence of diabetes has become a global public health concern in the 21st *** 2021,it was estimated that 537 million people had diabetes,and this number is projected to reach 643 million by 2030,and 783 million by 2045[1].Such a huge burden of diabetes brings great challenges in its prevention and management,including early diagnosis,timely interventions,and regular monitoring of risk factor control and complications *** self-care support and patient empowerment can enhance clinical and psychobehavioural outcomes[2],although these require additional resources including manpower,infrastructure(hard and technology),and *** emergence of digital health technologies(DHTs),especially artificial intelligence(AI),may help address these obstacles and alleviate the burden of diabetes[3].Large language models(LLMs),a generative AI that can accept image and text inputs and produce text outputs,have shown promise in various aspects of medical care.

There have been many studies conducted related to Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. In this study aims to find out how the relationship between the three and how to form a framework to explain it. The methodology used is qualitative by looking for some literature on smart city framework, IT Governance framework, and a Big Data framework. From these results, an overall picture of the relationship between the three is concluded, where Big Data has a role in IT Governance. and also the relationship of IT Governance to the realization of Smart City. And the final results of this study produce a framework to explain the relationship between Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data.

In organic solar cells (OSC) hole transport layers (HTL) are essential for boosting the power conversion efficiency (PCE); therefore, it is crucial to determine the underlying mechanisms. In the present manuscript, we report a study that examines the effects of two HTL such as PEDOT:PSS and MoO 3 , on the electrical characteristics of P3HT:PC 61 BM (active layer) based bulk heterojunction (BHJ) in normal (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Al) and inverted (ITO/ZnO/P3HT:PCBM/MoO 3 /Ag) configurations. Current density-voltage ( J-V ) and illumination intensity dependent capacitance-voltage ( C-V) measurements have been performed and compared for with and without HTL (PEDOT:PSS in normal and MoO 3 in inverted) devices. Results suggest that the extracted photovoltaic parameters (short circuit current density ( J sc ), open circuit voltage ( V oc ) and fill factor ( FF )) of HTL containing devices are superior to without HTL devices in both normal and inverted OSC, due to unfavourable charge carrier accumulation and band bending in HTL free devices. Such charge build-up at active layer/anode interface generates photovoltage contributing as loss factor to PCE and has been investigated in C-V characteristics measured under varied illumination intensities (0/dark, 50 and 100 mWcm −2 ). Parameters such as built-in-voltage (V bi ), effective built-in-voltage (V bi, eff ), accumulated carrier concentration and surface photovoltage (V spv = V bi, eff - V bi ) are extracted as a function of illumination intensity. Our findings reveal that HTL free devices, in both conventional and inverted OSCs structures, marked with low J sc , V oc and FF values generate higher SPV . The SPV calculation method used here has been proven to be crucial in recommending a suitable HTL for OSC device architectures.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms. © 2018 IEEE.
