Microinjection for Zebrafish heart is one of the most efficient methods to transfer foreign materials into Zebrafish circulation system. Automated microinjection for Zebrafish heart not only reduces personal involvement during the operation,but also frees technicians from laborious and time-consuming work. However, traditional visual-based detections are in twodimensions, lacking the precise vertical measurement manner for three-dimensional spatial accessibility. Further, the application of the force sensors would lead to complicated mechanical structure to the end-effectors and are extremely sensitive to ***, the contour of the heart is irregular and is difficult to capture, compared to contours of cells and embryos. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposed a reinforced approaching motion detection method for three-dimensional Zebrafish heart detection. The proposed method is composed of two parts, the in-plane heart detection and the approaching motion detection.A local-enhanced consecutive-frame motion-accumulated in-plane motion detection is developed for 2D heart locolization. The height detection of the heart is achieved with the injection pipette approaching the detecting area. The reinforced approach motion detection algorithm is verified not only on the Zebrafish heart area, but also on other important areas, such as brain, ear,tail muscle, and yolk. Experimental results demonstrate the enhanced accuracy, efficiency, and lowered computation time of the tailored visual solutions, which can significantly contribute to the microinjection automation.

Our article deals with the Edge device model focusing on high-availability of Long-Range Wide Area (LoRaWAN) sensors for business-critical applications. We focus on creating a suitable Edge device model that ensures the high availability of sensor data for specific critical applications. The model was implemented in Node-RED software, based on the MQTT protocol, and subsequently validated to confirm the required duplication of LoRaWAN sensors values for application. In case of single failure, Edge model enables uninterrupted flow of sensors data for their processing by critical applications.

With the increasing need for sustainable energy sources, wind power has gained prominence as a clean and renewable option. Nevertheless, incorporating wind power into the electrical grid at a significant scale can have a considerable impact on the dynamic behavior of the power system, leading to heightened operational uncertainties. The expanding requirement for power network connection to wind farms has led to the occurrence of rotor angle fluctuations and frequency instability. This paper utilizes a Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) along with a multi-band power system stabilizer (MB-PSS) to assess the transient stability of a power grid. To demonstrate the system's efficiency under fault conditions, such as triple line-to-ground faults (LLLG), a nine-bus, three-machine test network incorporating a Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) has been employed. The system's performance has been evaluated through MATLAB/Simulink simulations, which reveal that the combination of STATCOM with MB-PSS produces superior results in enhancing transient stability when compared to the scenarios of using STATCOM alone or not using it at all.

To design active analog, discrete-analog and digital filters a new method is suggested, taking into account the conditions of selective invariance and using the internal models principle of the dynamic systems. For this purpose, the structure of each basic filter ensures the presence of an explicit spectral model of the filtered signal. Such a filter is selectively invariant, and this property depend only on the spectrum-setting parameters and do not depend on other parameters. It is suggest-ed to carry out the design of the combined selective filters by integration of the suggested basic second-order filters, focusing on the log magnitude plot of the latter. This makes possible to minimize the order of the combined both analog and digital filters. The combined selective filters are distinguished by high stability of selective properties and can be used in the systems for measurement, signal processing, data transmission, as well as automatic and automated control of various social, production and special facilities.
