Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance.

The existence of fine-grained image classification supporting smart retail provides effectiveness in recognizing products with high similarity. However, the generic classification method performs poorly in identifying products from a subordinate category. This paper aims to identify augmentation techniques to leverage the Vision Transformer (ViT) model to classify the fine-grained grocery product, which involves embedding patches and transformer encoders to extract the main features. First, we develop a fine-grained image dataset with ColorJitter, CutOut, and combining both augmentations. Secondly, we perform experiments and analysis of ViT size, embedded patch size and image size in the patch embedding process. Lastly, the ViT model are evaluated according to the image sizes 224, 384, and 512 in accuracy, loss, and confusion matrix. The highest accuracy was obtained at 0.9922. The ColorJitter and CutOut improved the confusion matrix in ViT-B/16 and ViT-L/16 with an image size of 384 and 512. The results show that both augmentations in the ViT model are able to distinguish fine-grained grocery products.

The popularity of Metaverse as an entertainment, social, and work platform has led to a great need for seamless avatar integration in the virtual world. In Metaverse, avatars must be updated and rendered to reflect users' behaviour. Achieving real-time synchronization between the virtual bilocation and the user is complex, placing high demands on the Metaverse Service Provider (MSP)'s rendering resource allocation scheme. To tackle this issue, we propose a semantic communication framework that leverages contest theory to model the interactions between users and MSPs and determine optimal resource allocation for each user. To reduce the consumption of network resources in wireless transmission, we use the semantic communication technique to reduce the amount of data to be transmitted. Under our simulation settings, the encoded semantic data only contains 51 bytes of skeleton coordinates instead of the image size of 8.243 megabytes. Moreover, we implement Deep Q-Network to optimize reward settings for maximum performance and efficient resource allocation. With the optimal reward setting, users are incentivized to select their respective suitable uploading frequency, reducing down-sampling loss due to rendering resource constraints by 66.076% compared with the traditional average distribution method. The framework provides a novel solution to resource allocation for avatar association in VR environments, ensuring a smooth and immersive experience for all users.

In this paper we consider the filtering problem associated to partially observed McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations (SDEs). The model consists of data that are observed at regular and discrete times and the objective is to compute the conditional expectation of (functionals) of the solutions of the SDE at the current time. This problem, even the ordinary SDE case is challenging and requires numerical approximations. Based upon the ideas in [3, 12] we develop a new particle filter (PF) and multilevel particle filter (MLPF) to approximate the afore-mentioned expectations. We prove under assumptions that, for ϵ > 0, to obtain a mean square error of O(ϵ2) the PF has a cost per-observation time of O(ϵ−5) and the MLPF costs O(ϵ−4) (best case) or O(ϵ−4 log(ϵ)2) (worst case). The manufacturing process of all-solid-state batteries necessitates the use of polymer ***,these binders,being ionic insulators by nature,can adversely affect charge transport within composite cathodes,thereby impacting the rate performance of the *** this work,we aim to investigate the impact of fabrication methods,specifically the solvent-free dry process versus the slurry-cast wet process,on binder distribution and charge transport in composite cathodes of solid-state *** the dry process,the binder forms a fibrous network,while the wet process results in binder coverage on the surface of cathode active *** difference in microstructure leads to a notable 20-fold increase in ionic conductivity in the dry-processed ***,the cells processed via the dry method exhibit higher capacity retention of 89%and 83%at C/3 and C/2 rates,respectively,in comparison to 68%and 58%for the wet-processed cells at the same *** findings provide valuable insights into the influence of fabrication methods on binder distribution and charge transport,contributing to a better understanding of the binder’s role in manufacturing of all-solid-state batteries.

Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) have become the go-to method for medical imaging classification on various imaging modalities for binary and multiclass problems. Deep CNNs extract spatial features from image data hierarchically, with deeper layers learning more relevant features for the classification application. Despite the high predictive accuracy, usability lags in practical applications due to the black-box model perception. Model explainability and interpretability are essential for successfully integrating artificial intelligence into healthcare practice. This work addresses the challenge of an explainable deep learning model for the prediction of the severity of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). AD diagnosis and prognosis heavily rely on neuroimaging information, particularly magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). We present a deep learning model framework that integrates a local data-driven interpretation method that explains the relationship between the predicted AD severity from the CNN and the input MR brain image. The deep explainer uses SHapley Additive exPlanation values to quantity the contribution of different brain regions utilized by the CNN to predict outcomes. We conduct a comparative analysis of three high-performing CNN models: DenseNet121, DenseNet169, and Inception-ResNet-v2. The framework shows high sensitivity and specificity in the test sample of subjects with varying levels of AD severity. We also correlated five key AD neurocognitive assessment outcome measures and the APOE genotype biomarker with model misclassifications to facilitate a better understanding of model performance.

Digital image processing aims to improve the quality of an original image so that it can display an image that is relatively better than the original image, so as to obtain the detailed information needed for an analysis need. Quality degradation Biomedical images in computerization usually experience changes in brightness, blur, and contrast stretching. Because of the deterioration in the image quality, doctors and patients cannot obtain the information needed for analysis, therefore the need for biomedical image processing techniques with spatial domain methods to improve the quality and details of information in the image so that it helps doctors in diagnosing. Data analysis is biomedical images like X-ray images, CT-Scan (computer Tomographic Scan) images, and USG (Ultrasound Graphic) images. A focused study on improving image quality can be done with digital spatial domain image processing techniques. Digital domain image processing is digital image processing based on the manipulation of pixel values in the image directly, in the form of point processing and mask processing. Process testing for each image for Blur level is CT-scan images with a value of 0.98436, ultrasound images with a value of 0.9875, X-ray images with a value of 0.9836. This value is blur level value get near to 1 which means the image becomes clearer. The analysis results prove that the spatial domain method can clarify the object image in this study. The biomedical image quality processing model is proven to be able to improve the quality of the image that is declining due to the digitization process and assist the user in analyzing the biomedical image. © 2021 IEEE.

Good air quality is very important in human health. However, air pollution has been polluted everywhere, whether in the house, in cities. This is caused by a growing industry that produces air pollution. Room air pollution and various cities will contribute to air pollution, which will cause problems for human health. This work measures the carbon monoxide level using the MQ-7 sensor and measures the air's carbon dioxide level with the CCS811 sensor and MH-Z19 sensor. All three sensors are connected to the NodeMCU ESPS266, and we call it a NodeMCU module. Tests are carried out in three rooms in the house, and then three NodeMCU modules are used so that the three modules will send data alternately. Raspberry Pi3 (RPi3) functions as a server that collects data and acquires information data from sensors. Data from the CCS811 (TCOV) sensor, MH-Z19 (co2), will be processed first with fuzzy logic rules to make decisions about CO2, which are right, moderate, nasty conditions. The process is carried out on the Raspberry Pi 3 server with MQTT using publication, customer, fuzzy logic, and broker services. The value of the sensor's measurement results can be accessed via a smartphone and provides good air control values. © 2021 IEEE.

Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology.

Aims this study to analyze rehabilitation exercises using sensor data embedded in smartphones is widely used to recognize human activities regularly to gain a better understanding of human behavior. However, it is rarely used to measure accelerators of patient movement in hospital wards. This paper proposes an optimized neural network-based feature extraction approach based on the Long Short Term Memory technique to recognize human activity using data from a tri-axial accelerometer. The activity to be measured is the Range of Motion for patient rehabilitation, and rehabilitation exercises are one of the most important steps for recovery. The results of the softmax regression trained on the dataset set have 1, 076, 105 records and 12 class attributes (class distribution). The experimental results on the SAR dataset show that our Long Short Term Memory-based approach is practical and successful, with an accuracy of 89.74%. © 2021 IEEE.
