Emphasizing the focus on recycling and sustainability is one of the hot topics all over the world. In this work, a long, non-electrical board was transformed into an electrical board. Hence, the battery management system was created to effectively balance 18,650 cells during charge and discharge cycles as well as a wireless remote control to control the electrical long panel. To do that, the skateboard has been fitted with a brushless DC motor to drive a single wheel located on the rear truck to allow the user to use controllers for sending analog signals to drive the motor with variable speed outputs. A better battery management system has been designed to make the power system more affordable, and ecological. Moreover, hot swap battery system using 18650 interchanged Lithium-Ion battery cells has been built. Besides, it is proven that this system is more robust and reliable than the ordinary two-piece AA battery system. The new proposed system has the capability of having a large battery grid that can be rearranged to satisfy the user's needs. It allows the user to change between the speed function and the torque function.

Photovoltaic (PV) generation systems that are partially shaded have a non-linear operating curve that is highly dependent on temperature and irradiance conditions. Shading from surrounding objects like clouds, trees, and buildings creates partial shading conditions (PSC) that can cause hot spot formation on PV panels. To prevent this, bypass diodes are installed in parallel across each panel, resulting in a global maximum power point (GMPP) and multiple local maximum power points (LMPPs) on the power-voltage (P-V) curve. Traditional methods for maximum power point tracking (MPPT), such as perturb and observe (P&O) and incremental conductance (INC), converge for LMPPs on the P-V curve, but metaheuristic algorithms can track the GMPP effectively. This paper proposes a new, efficient, and robust GMPP tracking technique based on a nature-inspired algorithm called Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves (AFT). Utilizing the AFT algorithm for MPPT in PV systems has several novel features and advantages, including its adaptability, exploration-exploitation balance, simplicity, efficiency, and innovative approach. These characteristics make AFT a promising choice for enhancing the efficiency of PV systems under varied circumstances. The performance of the proposed method in tracking the GMPP is evaluated using a simulation model under MATLAB/Simulink environment, the achieved simulation results are compared to particle swarm optimization (PSO). The proposed method is also tested in real-time using the Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) emulator to validate the achieved simulation results. The findings indicate that the proposed AFT-based GMPP tracking method performs better under complex partial irradiance conditions than PSO. © 2023 by the authors.

Surveillance server technology was growth with new technology, effective, extra new features, human friendly, and human deals with big amount data, can't view and collect the data in the short time, and took time to analyze, playback video/picture to determine machine, human, vehicle or environment issues or performance, Surveillance Server Systems now which has the ability to face recognition, face detection, human detection, motion detection, license plate recognition, The authors perform this study that still new this research has never been done before to determine the efficacy of the LSTM in predicting human behavior (Long Short Term Memory) Face Detection on Server surveillance system, by taking log view data with a total of 91501 Face detection data downloaded from 10/18/2022~11/9/2022, the data will be processed using Python programming and training so that it can be used to predict the future regarding human activities that vary utilizing time series prediction LSTM include the number of daily activities, the highest and lowest numbers of days, and the maximum and minimum numbers of days. from the results of this study it was found to help to find out the days with the lowest number of humans and the days with the highest number of human activities, so that the owner can predict with sequence of the data the service would be provided when human activity is high in certain area or certain day, it can also can find out the maximum or minimum amount human counting day by day, and compare able some different date and location, the author will continue to do more in-depth research the others data related with prediction with deep learning server surveillance machine system interaction with human, vehicle behavior in the future studies.

Opinion has always affected businesses and individuals especially from the Public. People react through social media and spread it incompletely. The situation was then accepted as public opinion. There are three categories of opinion i.e., positive, negative, and neutral. To investigate public opinion on a particular issue of interest, sentiment analysis might be employed. By offering a solution to the text classification challenge, this experiment focuses on the perception of airline tweets among the American public. We offer a method to classify tweets as positive, negative, or neutral using three machine learning classifiers: Random Forest Classifier, Naive Bayes Classifier, and K-Nearest Neighbors Classifier. We examined the performance of three machine learning classifiers in terms of accuracy, average precision, average recall, and average f-1 score. The results demonstrate that the Random Forest Classifier, which produces 82% accuracy, 80% average precision, 82% average recall, and 80% average f1-score, performs the best among the machine learning classifiers.

A peristaltic soft, wearable robot for compression and massage therapy

Soft robotics is attractive for wearable applications that require conformal interactions with the human body. Soft wearable robotic garments hold promise for supplying dynamic compression or massage therapies, such as are applied for disorders affecting lymphatic and blood circulation. In this paper, we present a wearable robot capable of supplying dynamic compression and massage therapy via peristaltic motion of finger-sized soft, fluidic actuators. We show that this peristaltic wearable robot can supply dynamic compression pressures exceeding 22 kPa at frequencies of 14 Hz or more, meeting requirements for compression and massage therapy. A large variety of software-programmable compression wave patterns can be generated by varying frequency, amplitude, phase delay, and duration parameters. We first demonstrate the utility of this peristaltic wearable robot for compression therapy, showing fluid transport in a laboratory model of the upper limb. We theoretically and empirically identify driving regimes that optimize fluid transport. We second demonstrate the utility of this garment for dynamic massage therapy. These findings show the potential of such a wearable robot for the treatment of several health disorders associated with lymphatic and blood circulation, such as lymphedema and blood clots. © 2022, CC BY.

A systematic study of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric on p-Ga2O3 is carried out including the effect of the forming gas annealing. Capacitance-voltage (C-V) curve of the Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack shows a large hysteresis and sweep-to-sweep C-V shift compared to SiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 case, which suggests SiO2 interlayer reduces the defect density in Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. In addition, forming gas annealing further suppresses the interface and border traps density in both Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 and SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stacks. A thin film transistor (TFT) with annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric has an on-off ratio of ~106, a subthreshold swing (SS) of ~ 0.75 V/decade, and a hysteresis width $(\mathrm{V}_{\text{Hy}})$ of~ 0.5 V compared to an on-off ratio of~105, a SS of ~1.2 V/decade, and a VHy of ~2 V in the controlled TFT with unannealed Al 2 O 3 dielectric. The increased on-off ratio by one order, reduced SS by > 400 mV/decade, and $\mathrm{V}_{\text{Hy}}$ by >1.5 V is attributed to decreased interface and border traps in annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 compared to unannealed Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. Interface trap density is calculated by $\mathbf{V}_{\text{Hy}}$ of the transistor, which showed a five-time reduction in annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 compared to the unannealed A;2O3/Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. This study suggests that annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric stack is promising for $\boldsymbol{\upbeta}-\text{Ga}_2 \mathrm{O}_3$ transistors.

Objective: Glucose homeostasis is the only way to manage diabetic progression as all medications used do not cure diabetes. This study was aimed at verifying the feasibility of lowering glucose with non-invasive ultrasonic stimulation. Methods: The ultrasonic device was homemade and controlled via a mobile application on the smartphone. Diabetes was induced in Sprague–Dawley rats through high-fat diets followed by streptozotocin injection. The treated acupoint CV12 was at the middle of the xiphoid and umbilicus of the diabetic rats. Parameters of ultrasonic stimulation were an operating frequency of 1 MHz, pulse repetition frequency of 15 Hz, duty cycle of 10% and sonication time of 30 min for a single treatment. In this paper we demonstrated the UWBG Ga 2 O 3 trigate transistors heterogeneously integrated on silicon substrate. This trigate transistor operates in depletion mode having decent Ion/Ioff ratio (10 5 ) and high transconductance (1 μS). Followed by the mobility is around 1.2 cm 2 /V. s. This work suggests that the ultrawide bandgap oxide transistors can be fabricated on various heterogenous substrates to achieve highly integrated, low cost, and robust electronics.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with a high mortality rate among women. Therefore, it is necessary to develop novel therapies to effectively treat this disease. In this study, iron selenide nanorods (FeSe2 NRs) were designed for use in magnetic hyperthermic, photothermal, and chemodynamic therapy (MHT/PTT/CDT) for breast cancer. To illustrate their efficacy, FeSe2 NRs were modified with the chemotherapeutic agent methotrexate (MTX). MTX-modified FeSe2 (FeSe2-MTX) exhibited excellent controlled drug release properties. Fe2+ released from FeSe2 NRs induced the release of •OH from H2O2 via a Fenton/Fenton-like reaction, enhancing the efficacy of CDT. Under alternating magnetic field (AMF) stimulation and 808 nm laser irradiation, FeSe2-MTX exerted potent hyperthermic and photothermal effects by suppressing tumor growth in a breast cancer nude mouse model. In addition, FeSe2 NRs can be used for magnetic resonance imaging in vivo by incorporating their superparamagnetic characteristics into a single nanomaterial. Overall, we presented a novel technique for the precise delivery of functional nanosystems to tumors that can enhance the efficacy of breast cancer treatment. © 2024 The Authors. Carbon nanotube field effect transistor (CNFET) performance is primarily influenced by a variety of characteristics, such as nanotube diameter, operating voltage, pitch, the number of tubes, dielectric constant, and contact materials. In this study, the dielectric constant and the number of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were emphasized to analyze the propagation delay and average power dissipation of basic logic gates. Zirconium dioxide (ZrO 2 ), hafnium oxide (HfO 2 ), and silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) were used as dielectric materials. In this experiment, the Stanford CNFET model was utilized, and variable factors such as the number of CNTs and the dielectric constant $(K_{ox})$ accumulated on the nanotube gate's surface were diversified. The correlation coefficients of the delay, the average power, and the CNT numbers were also presented. Furthermore, the multi-objective genetic algorithm and the Rmethod were utilized to find the optimal K ox and the number of CNTs for minimizing the average dissipation power and the propagation delay of some logic gates designed with CNFET. For all the gates considered, the optimal number of CNTs is 4 while the dielectric constant is within the ranges of 19 to 24.
