In article number 2006629, Hongsen Li, Yunze Long, Qiang Li, and co‐workers use an advanced operando magnetometry technique to probe the charge‐storage mechanism of CoO lithium‐ion batteries, showing that the anomalous discharge capacity in this particular system is associated with both the reversible formation of a spin capacitor and the growth of a polymeric film at low voltages. The key catalytic role of metallic Co in assisting the polymeric film formation is demonstrated, which is helpful for the design of new types of energy‐storage devices and improving the energy density for future battery designs.

In the context of achieving Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in hospitals, among others, it is carried out with control and supervision, including in the case of hospital facility maintenance installations. Besides that, the hospital needs to improve its services. The asset reporting system is one of the high needs in this field, so it requires a solution that can deal with existing problems. Unfortunately, the current reporting system so far is more likely to be conventional, such as by telephone. This study proposes a new solution to the hospital facility maintenance reporting process, namely by utilising smartphone-based applications that directly connected to the server. So, the information distributed to the competent parties. This solution can speed up the reporting process and actions. This work investigates the use of meta-learning for optimization tasks when a classic operational research problem (flowshop) is considered at the base level. It involves sequencing a set of jobs to be processed by machines in series aiming to minimize the time spent. There are various algorithms or metaheuristics proposed to solve flowshop instances and the choice of the best one usually demands time and resources. Meta-learning applied to algorithm recommendation can simulate specialists' choices as it provides a mapping between the problem characteristics (called meta-features) and the algorithm performance. This work proposes an approach for knowledge discovery operating on the performance of four metaheuristics (Hill Climbing, Tabu Search, Simulated Annealing, and Iterated Local Search) while solving several flowshop instances. Besides recommending the best metaheuristic for each instance, the proposed approach can also recommend well suited parameters values using an Irace-based training process. Despite the possibility of using complex meta-features and powerful machine learning technique, the first experiments have been conducted using simple low and high-level meta-features and a classic machine learning model called Classification and Regression Trees (CART) for the recommendation. Results show that the proposed approach is promising as the induced rules indicate that some metaheuristic parameters are preferable. Nevertheless, regarding the algorithm recommendation there is a lot of room for improvement.

Data clustering is a well-known data mining approach that usually used to minimizes the intra distance but maximizes inter distance of each data center. The cluster problem has been proved to be an NP-hard problem. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm based on Whole optimization algorithm (WOA) and Crow search algorithm (CSA) is proposed, namely HWCA. The HWCA algorithm has the advantages of the search strategy of the WOA and CSA. In addition to, there are two operators used to improve the quality of solution, namely hybrid individual operator and enhance diversity operator. The hybrid individual operator is used to exchanges individuals from the WOA and CSA systems by using the roulette wheel approach. In other hand, the HWCA performs enhance diversity operator to improve the quality of each system. More over, the HWCA is incorporated with center optimization strategy to enhance diversity of each system. In the performance evaluation, the proposed MPGO algorithm was comparison WOA and CSA algorithm with six well-known UCI benchmarks. The results show that the proposed algorithm has a higher measure of accuracy rate with comparison algorithms.
