Recent studies on modern wireless communication systems are focusing on Massive Multiple- Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology for its high potential. MIMO systems require high resolution Analog-to- Digital Converters (ADCs) in the Base Stations (BS) to reduce quantization noise. However, using high resolution ADCs causes higher power consumption at the BS and the hardware costs increase. Reducing the resolution of the ADCs at the BS causes severe non-linearity errors due to additional quantization noise. In other words, MIMO systems cannot achieve high performance without highly linear and low resolution ADCs. In this paper, a 3-bit highly linear Time- based ADC (T-ADC) is presented. The proposed circuit exhibits high linearity, simple design and low power which make it the best solution for the problems that limit the performance of the MIMO systems. The proposed ADC exhibits a linearity error of 0.56 % with a dynamic range equals to 800 mV and at small power consumption of 2.2 mW. The supply voltage used equals to 1.2 V using industrial 65 nm TSMC CMOS technology. The clock frequency equals to 4 GHz at a maximum input frequency of 2 GHz.

E-learning is a system or concept of education or learning process that utilizes information technology in the teaching and learning process anywhere and anytime. E-learning is widely applied in various fields of science. In this study, we draw scientific efforts on e-learning and entrepreneurship from publications in the Scopus database. We reviewed 218 academic documents published over the last 10 years, from 2011 to 2020. Our method is a global bibliometric analysis by visualizing connected networks using Vosviewer. The method used consists of five stages: determining search keywords, initial search results, refinement of search results, initial compilation, and data analysis. We researched several countries, affiliations, authors, subject areas, to types of publications that have relations in this field. Among the most published and indexed articles by Scopus, papers published by researchers in the China have the highest number of publications is 36 academic documents, followed by United States 18 academic publications, and Italy with 16 academic publications. The results showed that it had a limited impact, and through visualization, the network presented research gaps that future researchers should fill. The processed data shows the pattern and trend of increasing the number of international publications on E-learning in the field of entrepreneurship indexed by Scopus. Finally, we address the limitations of this study. © 2021 IEEE.

The application of single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)in biomedical research has advanced our understanding of the pathogenesis of disease and provided valuable insights into new diagnostic and therapeutic *** the expansion of capacity for high-throughput scRNA-seq,including clinical samples,the analysis of these huge volumes of data has become a daunting prospect for researchers entering this ***,we review the workflow for typical scRNA-seq data analysis,covering raw data processing and quality control,basic data analysis applicable for almost all scRNA-seq data sets,and advanced data analysis that should be tailored to specific scientific *** summarizing the current methods for each analysis step,we also provide an online repository of software and wrapped-up scripts to support the *** and caveats are pointed out for some specific analysis tasks and *** hope this resource will be helpful to researchers engaging with scRNA-seq,in particular for emerging clinical applications.

Experimental Analyses of the Combustion Instability Parameters in an Ammonia/Methane Fuelled Low Eddy Premix Burner for Gas Turbine Power Generation

The main factor that directs scientists to work on alternative energy sources is the environmental damage caused by the waste gases generated by the use of fossil fuels. Since ammonia is a carbonless substance and contains hydrogen atoms per unit volume, it can be used as an alternative fuel. In this study, experimental analyzes were carried out to examine the combustion instability properties of methane-ammonia mixed fuels for a low eddy and premix burner. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of ammonia addition on combustion instability with different compelling acoustic frequencies, dynamic pressure amplitude and light emission intensity. In addition, the effects of ammonia addition to methane fuel gas on temperature and emissions were also investigated. Pure methane and three different methane-ammonia mixtures (by volume 100% CH4, 90% CH 4 - 10 NH3, 80% CH4 - 20% NH3 and 70% CH4-30 NH3) as fuel at 0.7 equivalents and with three different acoustics have been used for analyzes. The burner power was determined as 5 kW and the excitation frequencies of the combustion chamber were determined as 95, 160 and 300 Hz. In this study, as the ammonia addition increased, there was an increase in the flame instability values up to 30% NH3, especially at the 95 Hz frequency, where the highest distortion effect occurred. It was observed that there was no significant change in the combustion performance with the addition of ammonia to methane fuel. The predicted NOX emission levels were found to increase significantly due to nitrogen bound to ammonia. However, it is seen that the NOx emission levels in the exhaust measurements are not very high (Maximum 560 ppm). Therefore, it can be concluded that ammonia supplemented methane fuels have significant potential as an alternative fuel. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this study,a micro in-plane p-type thermoelectric generator(TEG),which consists of thin-film Si_(1-x-y)Ge_(x)Sn_(y) ternary alloy semiconductor on insulator,is developed to make efficient use of waste heat such as human body.A power factor value as high as 1095 mWm^(-1) K^(-2) had been achieved using Bion implanted and short-term rapid thermal annealing(RTA)*** addition,a measuring scheme for micro TEG without external load resistance was *** one measuring session,multiple parameters can be *** micro single-arm TEG prepared by semiconductor process can output 0.29 nW power at a temperature difference of 15 K,and a cross-sectional power density has reached up to 0.58 mW/cm^(2),which is a superior value for wearable *** findings of this study have important reference value for wearable device performance improvement and output power measuring of micro TEG.

The present study presents a regression function for optimum tilt angle for fixed mode flat-plate solar harvesters suitable for different locations in Libya, sky conditions and albedo values. The research based on 14 years -15 minutes time series solar irradiation components which provided by Solargis database platform for 24 different locations in Libya, based on the contract signed between the Solargis Company and Wadi AlShatti University. Several transposition models are applied - corresponding to each location - for estimating the tilted global solar irradiance components according to recommendation of a local recent study. The proposed model corrects the optimum tilt angle by involving the three components of the solar irradiation: direct beam, sky-diffused and ground reflected solar irradiances. The results proved the applicability and reliability of the obtained regression model. In addition, results showed the high potential of the proposed model for use in engineering design, eco-energetic analysis and optimum design processes.

Sujud (prostration) is one of the main pillars of a Muslim's prayer. It involves seven limbs as derived from the sayings or the acts of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) or the hadiths. However, the correct way in pertaining to sujud has received different opinions from Muslim scholars. The differences are based on the hadiths and there are two different ways of acts interpreted by Muslim scholars which are: preceding by hands or preceding by knees. Thus, this study investigated the differences in terms of statistical analysis using electromyography signals (EMG) of the lower limbs muscles, specifically the Gastrocnemius and Tibialis Anterior Muscles. Here, it was shown that there was no significant difference between the muscles on these postures of solat, although there are different opinions on the way of pertaining to sujud based on the authenticity of the hadiths and also their interpretation by the scholars. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Smart cities promise a lot of well-being to their users in all areas of life through millions of applications and services. Smart services rely heavily on collecting data and the preferences of users. But on the dark side, the users' information is posed to threat and penetration during transmission or stored far in the clouds. Depending on encryption only is not sufficient if the attacker has strong resources or if the attacker is the service provider (SP) itself. In addition, changing data before sending is not a practical solution in many systems because of the adverse impact on the quality of a main service. This research presented a new idea to address the issue of protection. The proposed method enhanced the privacy and security of users' data without affecting the accuracy of service. The core of the suggested solution relies on a knowledge base of services that are managed by experts. Also, the solution depends on fog nodes to measure the level of security and privacy of users' queries without delay. Moreover, the fog nodes manage contact with SPs. Finally, the proposed method divided the SP into two, one for user queries and the other for user data. The simulation and analytical discussion on a practical case in smart cities demonstrated the superiority of the proposed approach over previous methods in the level of protection by maintaining the quality of services, and the resistance to attacks.
