Till today, we are using conventional technologies for memory-related applications. However, as the size of the electronic devices are shrinking day by day, such conventional memory devices will not be compatible with emerging applications like artificial intelligence, cloud storage, data mining, Internet of Things, etc. After the coronavirus outburst, these technologies are more needed as now all work is online. Henceforth, high data storage and fast information processing is one of the vital requirements which is to be researched. So, the researchers are now approaching the new memory technologies such as resistive random access memory (RRAM) which is superior than conventional memory devices in terms of scalability, speed, power consumption, design structure and many more other advantages. With all the pros, RRAM also has some cons like higher level of variability and reliability issues. In the era of wireless communication, satellites play a very important role in making wireless communication feasible. Satellite comprises many subsystems such as On-Board Computing, Power, Telemetry Tracking and Control, Structure, Payload, Thermal, etc. On-Board Computing handles all communication between each subsystem and is also responsible for data processing and data handling. The Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-based On-board Computing (OBC) boards are being designed with the microcontroller instead of the traditional OBC design which included a single standard microcontroller. These FPGAs also provide lower power consumption and are also fault-tolerant. Different interface protocols can be designed within the FPGA such as Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Inter-integrated Circuits (I2C) for interfacing different sensors into the OBC board. The limitations of manual inspection and simple algorithms highlight the need for advanced insect detection systems in agriculture. The study presents the Modified Artificial Hummingbird Algorithm with Deep Learning (MAHADL), a significant breakthrough in pest detection. MAHADL combines the speed and efficacy of the Artificial Hummingbird Algorithm (AHA) with deep learning models such as Recurrent and Convolutional Neural Networks. Combining pattern recognition with the fusion approach improves pest detection accuracy while reducing false positives and negatives. Accurate pest identification is essential for effective agricultural management, which MAHADL provides through data collection, preprocessing, and algorithmic integration. MAHADL outperforms existing systems in terms of accuracy (0.94), recall (0.95), precision (0.92), computational economy (12 hours of training time, 0.5 seconds/image inference time), and decrease in false positives and negatives. The innovative technique provides enhanced agricultural output and sustainability, representing a significant leap in intelligent pest management. © 2024 IEEE.

Deep learning, a cutting-edge approach of machine learning, surpasses classical machine learning when it comes to detecting particular structures in complicated, high-dimensional data in the area of computer vision. The fast improvement of neuroimaging technologies and the associated creation of huge volumes of multimodal neuroimaging data have led in a noteworthy surge in interest in the application of deep learning for automated categorization and early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The idea of separating the management plane from the data-forwarding gear was first introduced by Software-Defined Networking (SDN), which has brought about a revolutionary new age in networking. This innovation makes networks programmable, flexible, and dynamically reconfigurable. These characteristics have great potential for the field of computer science in the cloud, where dynamic adjustments and reconfiguration are essential owing to on-demand consumption patterns. The many simulation and empirical assessment techniques that have been created expressly for SDN-enabled cloud settings are also highlighted by us. Harassment is a kind of act that annoys or upsets someone. Harassment can be classified into different categories. Sexual harassment is one of them. Sexual harassment is a type of harassment that involves the use of implicit or explicit sexual overtones, including the inappropriate and unwelcome promises of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. At present time, the technology has become more advance and spread all over the place. That gave the toxic people a huge opportunity to spread toxicity in online platforms. Because of the increasing amount Bangla text in different social media platforms, we also need to filter such kinds of offensive Bangla texts. The objective of this research is to detect sexual harassment from Bangla text and classify them by using machine learning and deep learning algorithms as well as prevents them. In the experiment, we combined TF-IDF with different machine learning algorithms like Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest, AdaBoost, SGD, Logistic Regression, KNN, SVM and got accuracy of 74.9%, 75.6%, 70.0%, 70.1%, 75.2%, 75.7%, 65.2%, 76.5% respectively. Deep learning algorithms like CNN, LSTM, hybrid CNN-LSTM were also used and achieved accuracy of 89% for all of them which is comparatively better than machine learning techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

An IoT-driven Contactless Solution for Temple Bell Ringing in the Pandemic Era is an innovative research work that aims to address concerns regarding the transmission of diseases similar to COVID-19 and enable individuals to safely engage in religious practices. By employing Arduino UNO R3 and ESP8266 boards, this work presents a distinctive solution that allows individuals to ring temple bells without the need for physical contact. The system incorporates an ultrasonic sensor that is connected to one of the ESP8266 boards. This sensor effectively detects individuals within a specific distance range. By establishing a Wi-Fi connection between two ES P8266 boards, the ultrasonic sensor transmits a message to a relay connected to the Arduino UNO. Consequently, the relay activates a motor, which, in turn, triggers the ringing of the temple bell in an automated fashion. Through this contactless approach, the system effectively eliminates the necessity for individuals to physically touch the temple bell, thereby significantly reducing the risk of disease transmission within public spaces. By leveraging the power of IoT technology, this system ensures that individuals can fulfill their religious obligations without any constraints while simultaneously prioritizing their safety. This research serves as a testament to the remarkable potential of IoT in effectively mitigating the challenges posed by the pandemic and facilitating safer religious practices. It exemplifies technology's ability to adapt to and overcome public health crises, presenting innovative solutions that empower individuals to continue their devotional activities in a completely contactless manner. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has been an attractive solution to address the issues of spectrum shortage and hardware overhead through the coexistence of sensing and communication function. In ISAC, one of the most meaningful topics is communication-assisted sensing, namely, sensing-centered ISAC, where the sensing performance is enhanced by the improvement of communication efficiency between multiple sensing nodes. As a classic architecture of distributed sensing, federated learning (FL) based communication-assisted sensing is continuously discussed. Note that the huge number of parameters in deep neural network (DNN) applied to FL brings a heavy burden to the communication link between sensing node and central server, which even leads to the disconnecting of training clients. In this paper, a novel federated transfer learning (FTL) framework is proposed to address the above issue. More specifically, a task-general sub-model of DNN is pre-trained as feature extractor to accelerate learning and only the task-specific sub-model is aggregated to reduce the communication overhead in the framework. The performance of our proposed scheme is evaluated and the simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm outperforms the benchmark in terms of communication overhead and average test accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

- Underwater image enhancement has been employed in a variety of areas, such as terrain scanning, underwater microscopic detection, telecommunication cables, mine detection, and autonomous underwater vehicles. However, underwater imagery suffers from strong scattering, noise, color distortion, and absorption from artificial light sources, causing haziness, image blur, and a greenish or bluish texture. To address these issues, the proposed work introduces a new enhancement approach based on Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) used for images taken underwater. The proposed method employs CLAHE to adaptively enhance local contrast while constraining the amplification of noise and artifacts. The fusion method is proposed to enhance the complementary advantages of different color spaces in YIQ and HSI color models. The YIQ color space separates intensity from chrominance, allowing for independent processing of luminance information, which is crucial for preserving image details and contrast. The proposed algorithm improves low-contrast underwater images with intact color and a natural appearance with reliability according to the results of the qualitative analysis. The proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in terms of image performance measures like GMSD, VSI, MCSD, and PSNR. ©2024 IEEE.

The rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have enabled the development of intelligent systems for personalized travel recommendations. This study proposes a novel framework, Generative Adversarial Networks with Real-Time Analytics for Travel Experience (GAN-RATE), designed to enhance user satisfaction by integrating synthetic data generation and real-time feedback mechanisms. The GAN component addresses the challenge of sparsely rated travel attributes by generating high-quality synthetic data, while the Real- Time Analytics module evaluates user interactions and feedback to refine the recommendation process dynamically. The proposed framework considers multiple dimensions, including comfort, cleanliness, timeliness, entertainment amenities, and customer feedback, ensuring a holistic approach to travel rating prediction. Simulation analysis is conducted to compare the performance of GAN-RATE with existing algorithms. Metrics such as accuracy, mean absolute error (MAE), precision, recall, and computational efficiency are employed to evaluate system performance. Results indicate that GAN-RATE outperforms baseline models in prediction accuracy and adaptability to sparse datasets while demonstrating superior real-time response capabilities. The findings highlight the potential of GAN-RATE in improving user experience through personalized, data-driven recommendations, setting a new benchmark for AI-based travel recommendation systems. © 2025 IEEE.
