Molecular communication (MC) conveys information via chemical signals between nanomachines, which lays the foundation for the Internet of Bio-Nano Things. Based on the fact that probabilistic constellation shaping (PCS) enables reliable communication by improving energy efficiency, in this paper, we propose molecular shell mapping (MSM) to implement PCS for MC systems. The MSM method employs the concentration se-quences with the lowest sum sequence weight to construct energy-efficient signal constellations, and designs a sorting principle for sequences with the same sequence weight to mitigate inter-symbol interference (ISI). We design a Genie-aided maximum-likelihood (ML) detector and a realistic ML detector to leverage the constructive effect of ISI from the current concentration sequence, and derive their achievable rates. Numerical simulation results confirm that the shaped signaling using the MSM method is more energy-efficient than the equiprobable signaling, achieving an up to 1.5 dB gain at an ultra-short blocklength. © 2023 IEEE.

When it comes to information, the internet is a gold mine. Whether you need data for your business, school, or personal use, you may uncover a wealth of information by performing an internet search. Web Scraping (WS) is a computerized method of obtaining big amounts of information from internet sites. The bulk of this information is in the form of unstructured HTML that would be transformed to structured data in a digital document before use in diverse applications. Although web scraping is not illegal, it might go against the ethics. This paper contains research-based findings of different methods of web scraping techniques used to extract data from websites. The various approaches used in this paper to obtain the results include requests library, selenium and other external libraries. Using the results obtained the findings are visualized through different graphs having contrasting parameters as measurements. Results obtained from our paper show that there is a lot of improvement needed to protect websites from web scraping bots. © 2022 IEEE.

This work aims to improve the accuracy of landslide detection with single satellite imagery by using slope factor extraction and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) extraction and by combining three semantic segmentation models based on a convolutional neural network with a decision tree. The proposed method uses three semantic segmentation models with a decision tree. The first model is trained by a training set of color images. The second model is trained by a training set of slope factor images. The third model is trained by a training set of NDVI images. The slope factor and NDVI are extracted from color images that contain red, green, and blue bands. The results from three models are used to generate features for training the classification decision tree. Evaluation metrics (precision, recall, and F2 score) can be improved by using slope factor and NDVI. In combining three models, the F1 score and F2 score are increased more than using single of color images 16.71% and 24.15%, respectively. Moreover, the slope factor detection model and NDVI detection model can support some areas that color image detection model cannot detect. © 2022 IEEE.

The increasing population in developing countries is putting pressure on the demand for more food production, and modernization efforts are being made in the agricultural sector. In many developing countries, rainwater is heavily relied upon for agricultural practices, but the government and regional authorities have implemented various measures to enhance the accessibility of water for agriculture throughout the year. The majority of farmers depend on groundwater as their main water source, but the increasing prices of fossil fuels and inadequate electric grids in remote areas pose challenges to traditional water pumping methods. One solution to achieving sustainable and profitable agriculture is using renewable energy sources like solar energy for water pumping, which offers advantages such as reduced pollution and no fuel costs in the long term. Developing countries have widely adopted solar pumps, but the success of this technology depends on various elements like climatic conditions, crop type, groundwater availability, government support, and the cost and availability of conventional electricity. © 2023 IEEE.

New Product Development (NPD) is to stay competitive;it is seen as one of the finest techniques to cope with quick changes in the goods confronting the market. Researchers have adjusted the measurements to become some NPD so that research variables may impact the firm, but they have not attempted to measure. The measuring component is crucial to give proper control over product development operations. It will employ a web-based tool for monitoring the growth of NPD skills in the field area. If the organization has identified an essential mastering function, you may create long-term objectives. To suggest the networks are employed in two phases, the second Neural Network (NN) model output is the value of the capacity level as NPD. Test and train data is utilized to select the NN. One technique to cope with uncertainty and risk in a NPD process is understanding the success of NPD in Critical Success Factors (CSFs). The relationship between the selection of key metrics and the accumulation of factors contributing to success is necessary in order to train a neural network to accurately predict the results of an NPD. Entering the data is acquired by a corporation in the electronics sector. Companies have adopted a new product development process and do not have a new process;however, these items may be changed. Recent efforts in network measurement place measurement tasks on programmable switches to measure high-speed traffic. These tasks extract flow data, i.e., events, from packets and send events to the control plane. However, the tasks may generate massive events in a short time. In this context, the links transferring events to the control plane and the control plane servers that handle events may be overloaded, i.e., control plane overload. None of existing solutions can eliminate control plane overload. In this paper, we propose MTP, a framework that eliminates control plane overload via careful measurement task placement. Our key idea is to allocate enough resources for each task during task placement to avoid control plane overload at runtime. For each task, MTP estimates its maximum possible rate of sending events to the control plane. Then its optimization framework addresses the resource restrictions of both switches and the control plane. The experiments on Tofino switches indicate that MTP outperforms existing solutions with higher accuracy in several use cases. © 2022 IEEE.

The next-generation wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) equipment requires signal processing with low battery usage in order to transmit signals when harmful rhythms are recognized and to capture signals when anomalous rhythms are discovered. The visual deflections that are frequently visible on an ECG make up the QRS complex. This research suggests a real-time QRS recognition and R point detection system that is extremely accurate and simple. The recommended ECG signal modification eliminates baseline wandering while also enhancing QRS intervals and controlling P and T waves. In this work, the peaks and valleys of the converted signal were used to calculate the fiducial point for the QR. The R point could then be determined using four QRS waveform templates, and the initial categorization of cardiac rhythms could be completed simultaneously. On two benchmark datasets, the proposed method's effectiveness is shown. Positive prediction (+P) and detected sensitivity (Se) values for QRS are 99.82 and 99.81 percent, respectively, according to the standard. The outcome demonstrates that the method has a low processing complexity and that real-time software may be successfully executed on both an embedded system and a mobile device. © 2022 IEEE.
