The Internet has grown in importance and impact over the years, causing people to become more reliant on it. The Internet has evolved into a major vector for cybercrime because to its ever-increasing user base. Over the last decade, the number of these computing systems - including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and the Internet of Things (IoT) - has skyrocketed. Among them, cell phones are practically integral to modern life. The popularity of web-based assaults has skyrocketed with the exponential growth in the number of individuals using the Internet. These web-based assaults are increasingly being combatted by security corporations. Unfortunately, new forms of these assaults are appearing all the time, making it hard for older security measures to stay up. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a source of optimism in the current cybersecurity landscape, offering a potential solution to the ever-changing digital dangers. The fast development of AI over the last decade has given rise to this optimism, because it is now impacting the expansion of every industry. With AI bringing so many advantages in every field, online security is one sector that just cannot afford to ignore it. This planned effort's work represents an advance in that direction. Critical online security issues have been the focus of this proposed work's study, which aims to address these issues using AI. Web security issues for desktop and mobile devices have been addressed in the proposed work. The planned work's contributions to online security are as follows: The 'MalCrawler' web crawler is a targeted tool for finding and exploring the web. This crawler makes it easy to gather websites, particularly ones that are harmful. It does a better job of collecting dangerous websites than a typical crawler. Additionally, it is built to circumvent the evasion strategies used by rogue websites. A line-fed Modified Hexagon shaped 2-port planar antenna is presented for 5G application. The MIMO antenna is designed through combining the techniques of a modifying the radiator and defected ground structure. In the MIMO configuration, two replicas of the MIMO element are arranged orthogonal to ensure the pattern diversity. A cross shaped structure is integrated with the ground to enhance interelement isolation. The size and operating bandwidth of the MIMO antenna are 28×56 mm2 and 2.54 GHz to 5.46 GHz, respectively. This design advantageously offers a wide -15 dB bandwidth from 3.3 GHz to 5.0 GHz with a percentage bandwidth of 40.96% and a peak realized gain of 3.1 dBi at 3.3 GHz. Heart diseases, a primary cause of global fatalities, represent a growing social matter on a worldwide scale. The integration of machine learning with advancing technology has greatly benefited the medical field, resulting in the provision of seamless solutions characterized by high accuracy, consistency and toughness. These advancements help the patient society through early detection and reduced medical care costs. They also offer the medical fraternity capable, accessible, precise and consistent prediction systems. This paper provides a comprehensive enquiry of machine learning algorithms engaged for the prediction and classification of several cardiovascular diseases, we explore several modalities, including physiological signals, heart sounds and electronic health records, to achieve effective heart disease recognition. We also provide insights into popular machine learning systems, hybrid systems and fuzzy systems in this context. It is noted in this review that Support Vector Machines (SVM) have gained popularity and widespread usage, with neural networks and ensemble techniques following closely behind in terms of their application. All these approaches are compared based on accuracy metrics. © 2024 IEEE.

Floods cause immense damage worldwide, resulting in significant financial losses and loss of life. Existing flood detection methods often face limitations, including delays and errors due to manual data interpretation and limited coverage. In this study, we propose a novel flood detection system that leverages deep learning techniques for semantic segmentation. Our system employs a U-Net architecture to analyze aerial and satellite images, identifying flood-affected areas at a pixel level. Trained on a diverse dataset of labeled flood images from various regions, our model is both robust and adaptable. Notably, our system achieves an Intersection over Union (IoU) score of 0.85, surpassing traditional methods in accuracy. This advanced system offers the potential to provide real-time flood information, enhancing disaster response and management. With real-time flood mapping, emergency services can better understand the disaster's scope and plan rescue operations more effectively. Improved emergency response and resource management become possible with timely, precise data on flooded areas, allowing for informed decisions regarding evacuation, relief distribution, and infrastructure maintenance. Future work will focus on integrating additional data sources, such as weather conditions and water flow rates, to further enhance system performance. © 2024 IEEE.

This review aims to comprehensively assess the recent advancements in flood mapping methodologies and technologies. By analyzing diverse techniques and approaches employed in flood mapping, this review seeks to present an in-depth overview of the current landscape of this field. The primary focus is on evaluating the strengths and limitations inherent in various flood mapping methods. Special attention will be given to exploring the integration of remote sensing technologies and geographic information systems (GIS) in flood mapping. Additionally, the review will delve into the transformative impact of machine learning and artificial intelligence on enhancing the precision and efficiency of flood mapping processes. Recent developments in flood mapping have significantly elevated the accuracy and reliability of the techniques employed. The integration of AI technologies with remote sensing methods has notably contributed to this advancement. Conventional approaches to flood mapping have traditionally relied on multiple methodologies to comprehend potential flood impacts. However, these methods often prove laborious, resource-intensive, and may lack access to real-time data, posing limitations for precise flood mapping and prediction. These identified limitations underscore the critical need for the development of more robust flood mapping techniques. Addressing these challenges is essential for enhancing flood risk assessment, improving management strategies, and ensuring better preparedness for future flood events. © 2024 IEEE.

Short-packet communication (SPC) is essentially synonymous with ultra-reliable low-latency communication (uRLLC), which must meet stringent latency and reliability requirements. However, achieving efficient hybrid beamforming (HBF) in SPC-based millimeter wave (mmWave) systems is challenging due to the constraints of finite block lengths, limited number of radio frequency chains (RFCs), and owing to the complex optimization of transmit precoders (TPCs). In this work, we investigate the achievable rate region of an SPC-based mmWave downlink system. We harness the HBF for finite block lengths low-latency communication, relying on a low number of RFCs. We formulate a Pareto optimization problem for characterizing the achievable rate region, while considering the transmit power, mmWave hardware, and block length constraints. To solve this highly non-convex problem, we propose a bisection search-based block coordinate descent (Bi-BCD) algorithm, in which we optimize the RF TPC, the baseband (BB) TPC, and the block length. Specifically, we jointly optimize the RF and BB TPCs for a fixed block length, which involves both Remanian conjugate gradient (RCG) and second-order cone programming (SOCP) techniques, and then we optimize the block length by the mixed integer programming method. Subsequently, we update the achievable rate via the bisection search method. Finally, we present simulation results and quantify the efficiency of the proposed scheme. © 2025 IEEE.

In response to the escalating global energy demand driven by population growth and technological advancements, solar PV emerges as a competitive and viable renewable energy source. [9] With the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) projecting a significant increase in solar PV capacity by 2030 and a dramatic reduction in installation costs, the importance of strategic site selection for solar installations cannot be overstated. This paper emphasizes the necessity of conducting a thorough land suitability analysis to optimize energy output and minimize costs, taking into account environmental, economic, and social factors. To achieve this, the study employs Analytic hierarchy process within an Multicriteria decision making framework, coupled with GIS analysis, to systematically evaluate potential sites for large-scale solar power projects. This paper contributes to the field by providing a comprehensive approach to selecting optimal sites for solar PV installations, combining spatial analysis with evaluative and ranking capabilities. Through this integrated approach, the study underscores the potential of solar PV technology as a cornerstone of future energy systems, highlighting the critical role of precise site selection in realizing the full benefits of solar energy deployment. © 2024 IEEE.

Underwater surveillance has become a crucial area of research, particularly for marine exploration and environmental monitoring, with marine robots playing a vital role. These robots, equipped with sensors and cameras, capture real-time data and images from underwater environments, reducing the need for human intervention in hazardous areas. However, a major challenge in this field is developing reliable communication networks, as underwater environments face limitations in bandwidth, range, and signal attenuation, hindering real-time data transmission. This paper presents a simple marine robot prototype based on the Raspberry Pi Model 4B, utilizing Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs) and brushless motors for efficient movement. The robot's body is manually designed using 3D printing technology, with PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) material chosen for its water resistance, durability, and buoyancy. The design ensures the robot's stability and functionality underwater, offering a cost-effective solution for marine robotics while underscoring the need for improved underwater communication technologies. © 2025 IEEE.

Vehicular ad hoc Networks (VANETs) can be designed in a way to organize road protection with no specific need for any fixed infrastructure. Accordingly, the movement of all vehicles can be planned according to perceived information, and Quality of Services Routing (QoSR) algorithms can be pressured according to its available options, paths, and links, and according to the criteria and reliability of the QoSR. Ensure that QoSR is aware of the environment of the network of vehicles, including location of vehicles, direction, and speed. This study is to reduce the effects of unpredictable problems on the best pathway to replace the broken path/link. A QoSR with Particle Swarm Optimization (QoSR-PSO) is used in this article for improving QoSs in vehicular ad hoc networks. By modeling the behavior of a group of particles, particle swarm optimization algorithms find the best possible solution to the problem. In order to perform simulation experiments, NS2 simulator and VanetMobisim have been used.
