Modern 3D reconstruction algorithms offer a wide range of methods and tools for building a model of the surrounding space. Most of the approaches require the use of additional equipment, such as: lidars, laser scanners, stereo cameras. At best, a video camera with high-definition resolution is required. The cost of auxiliary equipment limits the availability of these methods. In addition, using 3D reconstruction approaches for the task of obtaining a video surveillance scene leads to the problem of determining the location of the camera in the resulting model. To avoid this problem, the spatial information obtaining by the surveillance cameras itself is suggested. Since the cameras using in surveillance are usually not a stereo pairs and in a worst scenario placed without overlapping, the suggested approach is to extract the spatial information during the calibration. This article presents an algorithm for obtaining a 3D model of the camera scene using the reference points acquired during calibration. © 2021 IEEE.

Soil pH is very vital for all life on agriculture. For a farmer, knowing how much of soil pH (Potential of Hydrogen) is very important. By detecting of the soil pH, it will be easier for a farmer to decide for certain agriculture plants. This research aims at develop an automatic soil pH detecting system for Farmer to visualize the soil pH demand of smart farmer using the microcontroller and smartphone. The tool model is as an information for the farmer, which also includes the devices of suitable plants on the soil which could be used to decide the type of plants suitable for the soil. By detection results of this pH sensor will decide also whether or not to drain nutrients and whether to flush the air conditioner or not. We developed the tools model to detect pH in some of soil. We include a Google maps also in order to find out the pH value of the soil in a particular region. We have tested a number of soil samples area, namely humus soil, soil with a mixture of manure, fertilizer, compost, and soil mixed with sand. The research shows the soil pH based on android by online. Furthermore, the pH value and address of the coordinates tested are stored in the firebase database. In detecting of soil pH, the system only need about 2-5 seconds time during the processing to detect the pH of some soil. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Sparse representation and non-negative matrix fac.orization for image denoise

Recently, the problem of blind image separation has been widely investigated, especially the medical image denoise which is the main step in medical diag-nosis. Removing the noise without affecting relevant features of the image is the main goal. Sparse decomposition over redundant dictionaries become of the most used approaches to solve this problem. NMF codes naturally favor sparse, parts-based representations. In sparse representation, signals represented as a linear combination of a redundant dictionary atoms. In this paper, we propose an algorithm based on sparse representation over the redundant dictionary and Non-Negative Matrix fac.orization (N-NMF). The algorithm initializes a dic-tionary based on training samples constructed from noised image, then it searches for the best representation for the source by using the approximate matching pursuit (AMP). The proposed N-NMF gives a better reconstruction of an image from denoised one. We have compared our numerical results with different image denoising techniques and we have found the performance of the proposed technique is promising. Copyright © 2018, The Authors. Underweight is a nutritional status of toddlers characterized by a lack of weight based on anthropometric index weight-for-age. In Indonesia, the anthropometric index is recorded on a KMS (Card Towards Health) which refers to WHO-2005 Standard Growth Chart (WHO-2005 SGC). The toddler samples used by WHO-2005 SGC, i.e., from Ghana, Oman, Norway, the USA, Brazil, and India, are physically different from the Indonesian toddlers. This research aims to design Z-Score Standard Growth Chart (Z-Score SGC) of weight-for-age based on sample toddlers from East Java by using least square spline estimator in semiparametric regression model. The obtained Z-Score SGC would be used to assess the nutritional status of toddlers in East Java. Results showed that the highest average weight gain was achieved at interval of age 0 ≤ t < 6 for about 0.7045 kg, and growth of toddler boys was higher than girls with a difference of 0.4 kg. Also, Z-Score SGC gave a lower reference than WHO-2005 SGC such that percentage of malnutrition and less-nutrition status categories provided by Z-Score SGC was also lower than those by WHO-2005 SGC.

The complexity and approximability of the constraint satisfac.ion problem (CSP) has been actively studied over the last 20 years. A new version of the CSP, the promise CSP (PCSP) has recently been proposed, motivated by open questions about the approximability of variants of satisfiability and graph colouring. The PCSP significantly extends the standard decision CSP. The complexity of CSPs with a fixed constraint language on a finite domain has recently been fully classified, greatly guided by the algebraic approach, which uses polymorphisms ' high-dimensional symmetries of solution spaces ' to analyse the complexity of problems. The corresponding classification for PCSPs is wide open and includes some long-standing open questions, such as the complexity of approximate graph colouring, as special cases. The basic algebraic approach to PCSP was initiated by Brakensiek and Guruswami, and in this paper we significantly extend it and lift it from concrete properties of polymorphisms to their abstract properties. We introduce a new class of problems that can be viewed as algebraic versions of the (Gap) Label Cover problem, and show that every PCSP with a fixed constraint language is equivalent to a problem of this form. This allows us to identify a "measure of symmetry" that is well suited for comparing and relating the complexity of different PCSPs via the algebraic approach. We demonstrate how our theory can be applied by giving both general and specific hardness/tractability results. Among other things, we improve the state-of-the-art in approximate graph colouring by showing that, for any k ≥ 3, it is NP-hard to find a (2k − 1)-colouring of a given k-colourable graph. Sorption characteristic study of the prospective barrier materials will be used as safety barrier system on the disposal fac.lities such as bentonite, kaolinite, and quartz sandy has been done. Such barrier materials were contacted against 137 Cs with affected parameters were the functions of contact time, concentration of CsCl, ionic strength of solution, and the sorption isotherm, and all the experiments were done in batch method. Objective of the research is to obtain a specific sorption character data of radiocesium into some prospective barrier materials for radioactive waste disposal demonstration fac.lity at Serpong. The initial concentration of CsCl being used was 10 -8 M, and 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 M NaCl and also 10 -8 -10 -4 M CsCl for experiments of the effects of shaking time, ionic strength and concentration of CsCl in the solution, respectively. Sorption quantification of 137 Cs was predicted through their distribution coefficient (Kd). Equilibrium state were reached after 7, 5 days and 24 hours shaking time with Kd values 17000; 1100 and 130 mL/g for bentonite, kaolinite and quartz sandy samples, respectively. Increasing of NaCl and CsCl concentrations in solution caused Kd values decreased due to the competition between Na and Cs ions when interacting with the sample, and also due to the limited sorption capacity of the sample to 137 Cs.

In this paper we describe a novel framework for finding numerical solutions to a wide range of shape optimization problems. It is based on classical dynamic programming approach augmented with discretization of the space of trajectories and controls. This allows for straightforward algorithmic implementation. This method has been used to solve a well known problem called the "dividing tube problem", a state problem related to fluid mechanics, that requires simultaneous topology and shape optimization in case of elastic contact problems and involves solving the Navier-Stokes equations for viscous incompressible fluids. © 2013 IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.

This paper presents the modeling of 2D CSAMT responses generated by horizontal electric dipole using the separation of primary and secondary field technique. The primary field is calculated using 1D analytical solution for homogeneous earth and it is used to calculate the secondary electric field in the inhomogeneous Helmholtz Equation. Calculation of Helmholtz Equation is carried out using the finite element method. Validation of this modeling is conducted by comparison of numerical results with 1D analytical response for the case of homogeneous and layered earth. The comparison of CSAMT responses are also provided for 2D cases of vertical contact and anomalous conductive body with the 2D magnetotelluric (MT) responses. The results of this study are expected to provide better interpretation of the 2D CSAMT data.
