A 2⊗2 unitary operation is called a perfect entangler if it can generate a maximally entangled state from some unentangled input. We study the following question: How many runs of a given two-qubit entangling unitary operation are required to simulate some perfect entangler with one-qubit unitary operations as free resources? We completely solve this problem by presenting an analytical formula for the optimal number of runs of the entangling operation. Our result reveals an entanglement strength of two-qubit unitary operations.

Technology-mediated learning has become a valuable tool, especially in the English language classroom. Nowadays, mobile learning is considered a significant educational tool for promoting education among learners. Several recent studies have attempted to examine different aspects of mobile learning. The size of the experimental group, and the duration and suitability of the assessment methods are important aspects in designing experimental studies in the context of mobile English language learning. Yet, very few studies have paid attention to these aspects. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the utilisation of state-of-the-art mobile technology in English language learning, especially in terms of the size of the experimental groups, and the duration and suitability of the assessment methods. Following a systematic review protocol, 151 articles published between 2010 and 2017 were selected for analysis. Furthermore, this study considered, separately, three factors addressed in the reviewed studies: language acquisition problems, types of participants, and targeted English skills. The findings showed that thegroup sizeandstudy durationsignificantly differed among the studies based on the above factors. Questionnaires and tests were found to be the most common methods ofassessmentfor each factor, whether used separately or in combination. The results of this review can assist in the formulation of experimental designs to mitigate the challenges and facilitate the effective use of mobile learning in English language learning.

E-learning has been practiced for over last two decades, and thanks to Internet penetration and free software it has spread all over the world. EMS is nowadays available everywhere from high schools to high educational universities. Such a major software product still lacks in covering certain areas of education world and conventional frameworks of eLearning are incapable of answering to those demands both for learners and tutors. Basically every researcher in educational context suffer from lack of internal or furthermore cross institute collaboration, which supports research in the best way and prevent from unnecessary efforts in the initial and latter steps of a research project. Web 2.0 has the potential to cover the lack of research collaboration with tools that includes collaboration, knowledge sharing and consequently collaborative learning. This paper reviews some frameworks of eLearning and introduces a new functional framework that aims to facilitate eLearning with research support embedded functionality. A case study has been conducted to analyze the current state of a university eLearning system and the framework potentials to improve that as an educational context. In modern cars, Electronic Control Units (ECUs) can have more than one CPU which can exchange data over built-in communication network. Since majority of these ECUs can be categorized as real-time system, special attention should be given to the communication performance between processors. In this paper, analysis of TCP/IP protocol stack for 100 Base-TX Ethernet used for Inter-Processor communication for a specific system on a chip is given. The analysis is performed regarding throughput, goodput and latency from application layer using a test application. On the transport layer UDP was used. The obtained results revealed the impact of the Linux scheduler on the performance of data sending. Apart from that, an optimal packet size was determined by taking into account obtained latency and throughput.

Testing in the industry is a very critical component of every project. It is necessary to confirm and provide a guarantee that the requirements for the system are fulfilled. Testing embedded systems is a challenging and exhaustive process. In order to achieve a better quality of the system and to reduce final costs, it is important to start testing as soon as possible. In this paper, an environment for automatic testing and dynamic analysis of electronic program guide TV application is presented. The previously mentioned environment consists of dynamic analysis (memory consumption, heap and stack profiling etc.) and unit testing part. The main feature of the presented environment is automation of the testing process, which allows fast application testing in every phase of development.

CAN is communication protocol which is used in automotive industry because of its security and reliability. UDS is a diagnostic communication protocol which enables ECU diagnostics over CAN bus. In this paper, UDS program solution for AURIX platform is proposed. The CAN low level driver is configured for CAN Bus connections upon which UDS program solution is implemented. The implementation of the algorithm is written in ERIKA Enterprise operating system and is run on Infineon Triboard TC297A v1.0 experimental board. The evaluation of the proposed UDS program solution has been done by sending requests by PCAN-USB Pro device and by interpreting the received response.

We examine semantic patching, an important technique of software evolution, that allows us to automate to a large extent the adaption of external open-source libraries for Digital Twins with a high degree of correctness. While this technique is widely known in specialized software engineering circles, we aim to popularize it among the automation community. We evaluate and compare its advantages against other adaptation methods in three practical use cases where the widely-used aas-core Software Development Kit is adapted for different lighthouse projects in Industrie 4.0, written in Python, C#, and Java, respectively. The results highlight the effectiveness of semantic patching in automating the process, minimizing errors and ensuring a seamless transition.
