The Pursuit-Evasion (PE) game of Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) is a classic antagonistic problem for the intelligent agent system. To enhance the escaping success rate of evaders with better effort, this paper proposes an escape strategy based on the geometrical characteristics of Apollonius circles. An improved self-adaptive escaping strategy for the evader utilizing the deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm is proposed. Then, the criteria for successful encirclement by pursuer are given. A DDPG algorithm-based framework is proposed on the basis of markov decision process formulation. Specifically, an action space based on adaptive decision radius of evader is designed. Our simulation shows the proposed method has more advantages in terms of escape distance and escape time.

An adaptive parameter estimation method that ensures fixed-time convergence is proposed for micro-nano positioning system driven by magnetostrictive actuator(i.e., magnetostrictive actuated positioning system). Firstly, the hysteresis nonlinearity of the magnetostrictive actuated positioning system is characterized using the generalized Prandtl–Ishlinskii(GPI) ***, the low-pass filter is introduced to design the adaptive estimation law driven by the estimation error, by which the unmeasured intermediate hysteresis variable can be avoided, and the estimation error converges to zero within a fixed time. Specifically,a modified error variable is designed to deal with the influence of the regression vector, thereby improving convergence performance and simplifying parameter adjustment. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented method is verified by simulation and experimental outcomes.

The stability of perovskite solar cells （PSCs） is a major problem limiting their ***,we proposed a feasible solution using bis（2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl） sebacate（HALS-770） as top protection layer of ***-770 interlayer can not only improve the antioxidant ability of perovskite by removing superoxide (O) with help of hindered amine groups,but also suppress the internal and external degradation path of perovskite due to the co-existence of hydrophilic and hydrophobic ***,it can block volatilization of organic cation and the migration of Agand I,thus improve thermal stability of perovskite and alleviate destruction of Ag *** addition,the heterocycles N atom and carbonyl group in HALS-770 interact with the under-coordinated Pb,reducing the interface *** a result,the unencapsulated device maintains excellent stability over95%of its initial efficiency after 30 days in ambient condition with about 25–50%humidity,and possesses remarkable continuous operation stability with projected T80>1400 h at maximum power point tracking in glove box,much higher than those of the pristine ***,HALS-770 enable the PCE of 21.88%for PSC （0.06 cm）,which is among the highest efficiencies for MAPbI based PSCs with p-i-n structure,and the PCE of 19.07%for PSM （4 cm）.And it is also suitable for FAMA-based devices with n-i-p structure,enabling an efficiency of 23.03%（0.06 cm） and excellent stability.

Conventional graphs captures pairwise interactions;by contrast, higher-order networks (hypergraphs, simplicial complexes) are introduced to the interactions involving more parties, which has been rapidly applied to characterize a growing number of complex real systems. It becomes apparent that higher-order interactions give rise to new challenges for the rigorous analysis of dynamics on a higher-order network. In this paper, we study a series of Susceptible-infected-susceptible-type (SIS-type) diffusion processes with both indirect and direct pathways on a directed hypergraph. We start with a concrete setup where we choose a polynomial interaction function to describe how several agents influence one another over a hyperedge. Then, under this interaction function, we further extend the system and propose a bi-virus competing model on a directed hypergraph by coupling two single-virus models together. Finally, the most general model in this paper considers a general interaction function for both the single-virus and bi-virus cases. For the single-virus model, we provide a comprehensive characterization of the healthy state and endemic equilibrium. For the bi-virus setting, we further give the analysis of the existence and stability of the healthy state, dominant endemic equilibria, and coexisting equilibria. The absolute positioning accuracy of industrial robot is essential in the applications of offline programing,machining *** calibration is the common way to improve the absolute positioning accuracy,which can only compensate the error caused by deviation of kinematic ***-kinematic compensation methods usually use inverse distance-weight to calculate the compensated error,but the difference of error similarity between the grid reference points and the positioning points in each direction is not considered,which makes the compensation lack of *** this paper,an alternative weight evaluation index for error directions is proposed,and an anisotropic spatial interpolation compensation model is constructed based on the similarity of error directions to account for the sample point errors in each ***,a simulation is used to analyze the interval joint angle error in various *** robot's workspace was then segmented into a series of cubic grids.A new spatial grid interpolation compensation model and its weight evaluation index are built based on the distances between the reference points and sample points in each direction in the spatial grid,and a thorough interpolation compensation method for the positioning error of the industrial robot is ***,simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** results of the simulations show that after compensation with the proposed method the maximum error,average error,and standard deviation of the sample points in x,y and z directions decrease ***,by comparing with the traditional inverse distance-weighted spatial grid interpolation compensation method,the compensation accuracy of the proposed method is much higher.

With the increasing volume of spatiotemporal traffic data, many scholars used it to explore the characteristics of urban facilities. In this paper, a method of classifying the main tertiary hospitals in Shanghai using taxi data of online car-hailing was proposed. Rasterization of the researched area and extraction of OD (Origin-Destination) records were done, and an optimum buffer distance threshold was determined. By comparing the previous studies, we designed the clustering approach (based on K-Means algorithm) and set new inputs based on trips at different distances from a researched hospital. A reasonable result was achieved: 4 types of hospitals are obtained and a discussion was conducted. This research is valuable for identifying the function and orientation of hospitals, and can help government better understand the spatial relationship of hospitals. © 2022 IEEE.

The control of ultrafast optical field is of great interest in developing ultrafast optics as well as the investigation on vari-ous light-matter interactions with ultrashort ***,conventional spatial encoding approaches have only lim-ited steerable targets usually neglecting the temporal effect,thus hindering their broad *** we present a new concept for realizing ultrafast modulation of multi-target focal fields based on the facile combination of time-depend-ent vectorial diffraction theory with fast Fourier *** is achieved by focusing femtosecond pulsed light carrying vectorial-vortex by a single objective lens under tight focusing *** is uncovered that the ultrafast temporal de-gree of freedom within a configurable temporal duration(~400 fs)plays a pivotal role in determining the rich and exotic features of the focused optical field at one time,namely,bright-dark alternation,periodic rotation,and longitudinal/trans-verse polarization *** underlying control mechanisms have been *** being of academic in-terest in diverse ultrafast spectral regimes,these peculiar behaviors of the space-time evolutionary beams may underpin prolific ultrafast-related applications such as multifunctional integrated optical chip,high-efficiency laser trapping,micro-structure rotation,super-resolution optical microscopy,precise optical measurement,and liveness tracking.
