The main aim of this project was to design and construct the laboratory setup to perform testing of the ABS car systems. In this paper a realistic car brake system for a one wheel with suspension is used. Development and implementation of ABS architecture for integrated real-time, embedded control software is described. At the same time, it includes an exploratory study of ABS dynamics model, monitor and sensor system, etc. The architecture design of ABS control system at the graphical programming level is then established. In addition, it provides the rapid prototyping design in ABS car system based on MPC Target and has a strong engineering application value. We emphasize the design methodology of the control system supported by rapid prototyping in Hardware in the Loop structure.

The paper presents a novel method of fault location and the calculation of transverse impedance of a fault in a damaged medium voltage cable. The method is based on the measurement of input impedance at one end of the cable with an open and short circuit state at its other end with appropriately selected frequency. The obtained results were compared with those obtained by means of the reflectometer. The effectiveness of the method was verified numerically and experimentally.

This article presents the original results of statistical analysis of Polish language, based on orthographic and phonemic language corpus, preformed by the author. The phonemic language corpus for Polish was developed, by automatic grapheme-to-phoneme conversion of source orthographic language corpus. Phonemic language corpus contains the most frequently used Polish words written with the use of phonemic notation. Performed statistical analysis of Polish language based on phonemic language corpus, includes frequency of occurrence calculation of the orthographic and phonemic language components and their sequence. The statistical language data obtained as a result of performed statistical analysis enable to develop statistical word-based and subword-based language models for Polish language. The development of statistical methods of speech recognition may be very useful in research on improving automatic speech recognition in Polish, based on statistical language models.

The article presents rule-based automatic phonemic transcription method for Polish, implemented by the author in Python programming language. automatic phonemic transcription application required: phonemic transcription rules formulation and implementation, and automatic phonemic transcription algorithm implementation. As the implementation result, automatic phonemic transcription application was developed by the author, which enables to execute automatic phonemic transcription of any orthographic text files in Polish. The use of large language corpus files, as source orthographic text input files for automatic phonemic transcription enables to create large phonemic language corpora for further speech and language processing research. The developed phonemic language corpus for Polish, opens up further opportunities to continue research on improving automatic speech recognition. The large phonemic language corpus enables to perform statistical analysis of the language and to develop statistical phonemic language models for improving automatic speech recognition by statistical methods.

This paper discusses the issue of dependability of a measuring system from the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) point of view. During the tests, the equipment for conducting electromagnetic compatibility tests was used. The tests were carried out in accordance with the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and the harmonized standard IEC 61000-4-6. The measuring system equipped with non-classical piezoelectric transducers called MFC was considered. The MFC transducer was used as a sensor connected to the NI 9191 CompactDAQ Chassis. During the research, the influence of conducted disturbances on the transmission wire was examined. One of the elements of the test bench was an EM-clamp (providing both inductive and capacitive coupling) consisting of a tube of split ferrite rings of two different grades, which can be clamped over the cable under test in a non-invasive way.

There is need to replace the traditional materials used in mechanical constructions with cheaper materials characterized by high durability and simplicity of manufacturing. An alternative technology is 3D printing technology that uses ABS material (poly (acrylonitrile-co-butadiene-co-styrene)). 3D printing technology ensures the rapid change of model dimensions and shapes at the prototyping stage and a relatively cheap cost of new elements. There are many plastic materials producers on the market for a 3D printer. In this paper two of them have been choosen to a comparison and their mechanical parameters have been determined. The modal analysis of this material was carried out and the obtained values of resonance frequencies were compared.
