Risk evaluation and management are important stages in the design and maintenance of all industrial plants, especially in the oil and gas, power or nuclear fields. As current methods only address the design phase, the maintenance or the need of an emergency shutdown, our method provides a solution for a practical implementation of a fault management strategy that is able to detect abnormal process behavior, identify erroneous variable and react for the minimization of possible unwanted consequences.

A lot of research has been carried out in the field of healthcare monitoring. In recent years, development of patient monitoring system has been emerged as an area of research. In this article, a patient monitoring system is proposed. The proposed framework integrated web services with multiple sensors controlled by Arduino Uno. Therefore, the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Rich Internet Application (RIA) was used in this system. In particular, this system was applied on the four types of sensors necessary to monitor the patient such as electrocardiogram (ECG), body temperature, pulse rate and oxygen in blood (SPO2). Finally, the system outputs improves a high quality services, real time data collecting, eliminating manual data gathering and enabling the monitoring of huge numbers of patients.

In this paper we study discrete linear time-varying system with control and bounded coefficients. For such systems we consider problems of the proportional global assignability and proportional local assignability of the Lyapunov spectrum of the discrete linear time-varying system with control. This is a generalization of the pole placement theorem, which is well-known in the theory of time-invariant system. In the paper the influence of the exponential decreasing perturbations of the coefficients on the Lyapunov exponents of discrete linear time-varying system is studied. We present a general - analogical to Perron - example used to different types of dynamical systems. Construction of this example is used to proving the main theorem of this paper. Corollary 1 shows that the type of distribution of Lyapunov exponents of the equation under exponentially decreasing perturbations of its coefficients can be changed with any other.

In the paper we examine the influence of parametric perturbations on the Lyapunov exponents of the linear discrete time-varying system. We show on an example that even the perturbations tend to zero exponentially they may change the values of Lyapunov exponents. However, the main result of the paper shows that if the perturbations tends to zero exponentially with sufficiently large exponent, then the Lyapunov exponents of the perturbed and unperturbed systems are the same.
