The article gives the basic concepts of reliability, performance, durability, considers the issues of changing the technical state of the machine during operation. The models under consideration have the ability to introduce various perturbations in order to simulate physical defects, and numerical simulation on a computer made it possible to obtain solutions in the form of temporary realizations of oscillations for different states of the simulation object. The cooperative use of the full-scale method and mathematical modeling made it possible to reduce the volume of full-scale experiments and apply statistical methods of analysis in the problem of classifying the technical condition by constructing mathematical models of the probability of failure and uptime during their operating time. The content of the main types of machine states is revealed, considerable attention is paid to the issues of identifying and influencing failures and the causes of failures in the machine, the reasons for the loss of performance during operation.

The advantages of both the length and accuracy of high-fidelity(HiFi)reads enable chromosome-scale haplotype-resolved genome *** this study,we sequenced a cell line named HJ,established from a Chinese Han male individual by using HiFi and *** assembled two high-quality haplotypes of the HJ genome(haplotype 1(H1):3.1 Gb,haplotype 2(H2):2.9 Gb).The continuity(H1:contig N50=28.2 Mb,H2:contig N50=25.9 Mb)and completeness(BUSCO:H1=94.9%,H2=93.5%)are substantially better than those of other Chinese genomes,for example,HX1,NH1.0,and *** comparing HJ genome with GRCh38,we reported the mutation landscape of HJ and found that 176 and 213 N-gaps were filled in H1 and H2,*** addition,we detected 12.9 Mb and 13.4 Mb novel sequences containing 246 and 135 protein-coding genes in H1 and H2,*** results demonstrate the advantages of HiFi reads in haplotype-resolved genome assembly and provide two high-quality haplotypes of a potential Chinese genome as a reference for the Chinese Han population.

This paper presents a real-time power split strategy for a battery-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage system. The objective of the proposed strategy is to alleviate battery degradation through effective supercapacitor utilization. The proposed strategy employs an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system, which is capable of learning a power split strategy from offline optimization results and distributing power in real-time. The performance of the strategy proposed and a low pass filtering technique is compared through simulations. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively reduce battery capacity loss and perform well under unknown driving cycles in real time.

Foundation models such as ChatGPT have made significant strides in robotic tasks due to their universal representation of real-world domains. In this paper, we leverage foundation models to tackle grasp detection, a persistent challenge in robotics with broad industrial applications. Despite numerous grasp datasets, their object diversity remains limited compared to real-world figures. Fortunately, foundation models possess an extensive repository of real-world knowledge, including objects we encounter in our daily lives. As a consequence, a promising solution to the limited representation in previous grasp datasets is to harness the universal knowledge embedded in these foundation models. We present Grasp-Anything, a new large-scale grasp dataset synthesized from foundation models to implement this solution. Grasp-Anything excels in diversity and magnitude, boasting 1M samples with text descriptions and more than 3M objects, surpassing prior datasets. Empirically, we show that Grasp-Anything successfully facilitates zero-shot grasp detection on vision-based tasks and real-world robotic experiments. E-business offers to economic agents the opportunity to increase the efficiency of their activity, promote and offer their products and services on a large and diversified market. Often a single service, separately, does not meet all the needs of various categories and groups of customers. In such a situation, service composition can provide more technical, commercial, informational facilities than each separate component service can offer. There are many web-based frameworks used for e-business, but still with limitations. The paper presents a Services Composition Framework and a wise algorithm for e-business models, based on REST and SOAP web services. It is intended to be used for the development of e-business models, comprising stock market exchange, e-commerce, e-banking, etc. The customers can access the framework services, through Smartphones, on mobile and wireless communication channels. Within a Quality-of-Service performance analysis of the e-business Service Composition Framework, the response time and throughput for multiuser access simultaneous requests were evaluated. A stock market exchange service is considered, as an e-business service example, while Bucharest Stock Exchange information is the digital content source for data transactions.

Currently, the use of cyber-physical systems is becoming widespread in various fields, primarily, because they enable many innovative functionalities through their networking. These systems include complex computation elements that interacts with the physical environment through sensors or actuators. Their solutions are based on sharing of hardware equipment and software services, targeting to provide added value proposition for various customers. The research and development in this domain are going on not only in the technical direction, but is also targeting the value creation for customers, in a technical and business-oriented manner. This paper presents a cyber-physical systems-based business model realized through services composition. The service composition framework integrates Web services which can be interconnected and can be accessed by mobile clients through smartphones, on mobile and wireless communications channels. The response time for multiuser requests for services access is evaluated, because it is an important quality of service performance criteria of our e-business model service composition framework. The results are promising.
