This paper describes the optimal location of a 2.3 MW distributed generator (DG) in a test system (IEEE 14 bus test system) based on the power losses. The distributed generator (DG) optimal location will determined considering the power losses at each bus where the DG is connected. Text theme is the key of text clustering, while the co-occurrence words can be very stronger to express text theme in document. This paper proposes a text clustering algorithm based on the text semantic representation and the graph structure of word co-occurrence on the basis of in-depth studying text theme mining and word co-occurrence. First, the algorithm constructs the text graph-structure according to the co-occurrence of feature words. In other words, it uses the graph structure to represent all texts. Then, it adopts the maximum common sub-graph between two texts to calculate their similarity and combines with K-means clustering algorithm to realize the document clustering. The compared experimental results with hierarchical clustering algorithm show the K-means clustering algorithm based on the graph structures of word co-occurrence greatly reduce the high dimension of text vector and the algorithm complexity, significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of text clustering, and it can also produce the clustering effect of good quality.

As semantic information is often missing in text representation, this paper proposes semantic graph structure to represent text and optimize graph structure by semantic similarity matrix. Then calculate the similarity of semantic graph structure by using the maximum common sub-graph of graph theory. Finally, K-means algorithm will be applied to expand Chinese text clustering to improve text clustering effect. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm based on semantic graph structure is more conducive for the representation of semantic information. It significantly improves the accuracy of text similarity in the text similarity measure and will be applied to text clustering to further improve the effect of text clustering by adjusting the corresponding parameters.

In today cyber-infrastructures, large datasets are produced in real-time by different sources geographically distributed. These data must be acquired and preserved for further use in knowledge extraction. In the context of multi-cloud environments, the cost-efficient storage service selection is a challenge. There are plenty of Cloud storage providers offering multiple options so, it is crucial to select the best solution in terms of cost and quality of service that meet customers requirements. Due to its multi-objective nature, the process of optimal service selection becomes a difficult problem. In this paper, we study the multi-objective optimization problem for storage service selection. We start from a real world case scenario and build our mathematical model for the optimization problem. Then we propose an aggregated linear programming technique to find a near optimal solution for the service selection problem.

With the popularity of mobile intelligent terminal, user comments of App software is viewed as one of the research interests of social computing. Faced with the massive App software, most users usually view the other users' comments and marks to selecting the desired App software. Due to the freedom and randomness of the network comments,the inconsistence between the user's comment and mark makes it difficult to choose App software. This paper presents a method by analyzing the relationships among user's comment information, the user's mark and App software information. Firstly, the consistency between user's comment information and App software information is judged. Then, through analyzing the grammar relationships among the feature-words, adverbs and the feature-sentiment-words in App software's feature-sentimentword-pairs, the user's emotional tendency about App software is quantified combining with the dictionary and the network sentiment *** calculating the user's comprehensive score of App software, the consistency of App software's user comment is judged by comparing this score and the user's mark. Finally, the experimental results show that the method is effective.

This paper proposes a new fixed-point computing method for motion profile generation. When parameters have wide ranges, floating-point computing usually is used for accurate computation; however, this method increases execution time. In the proposed method, by considering input data, optimum fraction lengths are determined for different parameters. In this way, the fixed-point computing offers an accurate computation in a minimum execution time. Experimental results show the performance of the proposed method.
