The task of controlling some systems is complicated due to the fact that real technical plants may contain delay links. That is, there is a certain time period when there is no reaction from the regulated plant to the control action. Usually, the delay link presence negatively affects the quality of such system management. There are various ways to synthesize a control system for such systems. These include: Smith predictors, specialized control tuning algorithms, the use of self-Adjusting systems with active adaptation. However, they impose additional requirements on the system dynamics or are complex in technical implementation and configuration. Within the framework of this article, an attempt is made to calculate the controller by the polynomial method for a plant with a delay. The delay mathematical model is obtained by approximating the delay link by Pade series. To ensure the necessary dynamics of the transition process, we will require the system to preserve the poles of the delay link. Then the controller, calculated for a system with a delay link in the form of a Pade series, is applied to a system with an 'ideal' delay. For clarity of the calculations carried out, an plant in the form of a aperiodic combination and integrating links connected in different ways is taken as an example. The integrating link is necessary to give the system astatic properties. As a delay, we will use the approximation of a number of Pads of different orders. The lag link gives the system an unstable character. © 2021 IEEE.

The article describes an algorithm for developing predictive models for a digital twin of a feedstock enrichment plant. The main results are summarized in this paper. The results obtained include: a generalized algorithm for the development of forecasting models, which can be used to create predictive models for digital twins using machine learning methods; the result of applying mathematical methods of preliminary selection of features for predictive models; the main results of the conducted experiments on the creation of predictive models based on linear regression without regularization, Lasso regression and random forest for regression; as well as predictive models obtained on a reduced feature space. The results of the experiments showed that the reducing number of features method taking into account the degree of their contribution to obtaining the predicted indicator, leads to a slight decrease in the quality of the model in accordance with the selected quality metrics; after screening out more than 70% of the initial features, it is possible to obtain interpreted models with a different composition of parameters and high accuracy.

In modern complex manufacturing always rely on skilled workers. But training new specialists in complex tasks is an actual problem. In virtual simulation training can be done multiple times and without life risk. Nevertheless, training on the computer is not the same as in the physical world. Blend both ways of training can Mixed Reality. In this paper one of the variants of developing application-instruction for industrial unit maintenance in the form of Mixed Reality application is shown in detail. Used instruments and platforms, where key components were created, are presented. Software structure of the application is described as well as implementation of The state Machine design pattern. This pattern was adapted for application needs, code snippets are shown. The application software was written in the C sharp programming language. The instruction is an immersive training for future specialists. Operator is following the steps of the instructions using the user interface - main virtual panel. Virtual panel design prototype, its features and realization in application are demonstrated. To create an interface related design task was solved including functional components. The connection between essential components is described. Operator's work in application is also demonstrated.

The problem of stabilizing the position of a platform installed on the deck of a ship is considered. The platform is used to accommodate navigation equipment and antennas for radar communication systems. The system of stabilized platforms improves the working conditions of such special equipment by suppressing wave disturbances in the aquatic environment. This article discusses the methodology for designing an electro-hydraulic drive controller that ensures the angular stability of a stabilized platform under the influence of wave interference. Elimination of the influence of wave disturbances on the angle of deviation of the platform from the horizon is the control objective. The article considers a mathematical model of a stabilized platform with an electro-hydraulic drive and proposes a method for designing a control system that effectively suppresses the influence of wave disturbances on the angular position of the platform. Innovative in the proposed approach to building a position control system for a stabilized platform is the implementation of the time-scale separation method for calculating the resonant proportional-integral controller of an electro-hydraulic drive platform. The proposed method for constructing the controller allows for effective suppression of the effect of harmonic interference with a known frequency but an unknown amplitude. The results of the numerical simulation of the considered control system are presented.

There is a large variety of devices and apparatus of a water vessel for the effective operation of which it is required to provide stabilization of position in space under conditions of wave disturbances, for example, navigation equipment, radar antennas of communication systems. Suppression of the influence of wave disturbances on the operation of this equipment can be provided by placing this equipment on special stabilized platforms. Stabilization of such a platform is provided by means of drives with control system. In this paper, as an example, we consider a stabilized platform with a drive in the form of a DC motor. The control task is to eliminate the influence of wave perturbations on the angle of deviation of the platform relative to the horizon. The paper considers a mathematical model of a stabilized platform on the deck of a watercraft and proposes a new methodology for synthesizing the control system to provide effective suppression of the influence of wave disturbances on the angular position of the platform. The novelty of the proposed approach to the synthesis of the control system consists in the application of the time-scale separation method to calculate the resonant proportional-integral-differential controller.

One of the directions for the development of assistive technologies for people with disabilities (visually impaired, deaf and other categories) is the adaptation of university websites to their needs, often used in an inclusive form of education. According to the law, educational websites in Russia must have dedicated versions for the visually impaired. Our research objective is to evaluate accessibility of the websites and the quality of the versions for visually impaired, mainly automatically, and also to identify the best way to implement such solutions or create accessible websites in general. We have developed a software system for collecting metrics from the two versions of websites: the general one and the one for the visually impaired users. Quantitative metrics based on the HTML code of homepages and based on visual analysis of the homepages screenshots are compared. Metrics are also collected via manual testing. The data was collected for 572 universities websites and was made openly accessible. Correlation analysis of the metrics was carried out. The quality of the versions for the visually impaired users was assessed, recommendations were made for the technical implementation and a standard set of settings was proposed. We collected statistics of used ready-made solutions, as well as of website development tools. We also performed an analysis of the readability of the Russian text in comparison with English on the websites of universities. The paper presents current issues in the field of accessibility of educational sites in Russia, and proposes certain means for their evaluation and guidelines for development of accessible websites.

A harmonic filter is used as a part of the skip hoist of the majority of mining enterprises in Russia. The voltage increases as the hoisting machine decelerates and decreases as it accelerates. The harmonic filter cannot compensate for voltage deviations, flicker or upper harmonics deviations. The use of a STATCOM-type dynamic compensation device instead of a harmonic filter enables voltage stabilization at various skip hoist loadings. A STATCOM device allows for a higher (design) speed of the skip. A 15% speed growth of the skip hoist with the STATCOM device connected to it significantly increases or extraction without any constructive changes of the machine if compared to the usual skip speed achieved with an HF operation. This study provided a comparative analysis of technical characteristics of FACTS devices such as capacitor banks, static VAR compensators, synchronous compensators, and STATCOMs. It was proved that STATCOM is the most effective means of voltage level stabilization to be used at a skip hoist. The main conclusions were based on the simulation modelling in the Matlab Simulink environment. The model focused on the influence of different operating modes of the hoisting machine on the level of reactive power consumption, voltage level and harmonic components coefficients in the power distribution network of the mining enterprise. © 2022 IEEE.

The numerical analysis of complex event-continuous processes represented by the class of Cauchy problems with constraints on an event function is considered. The processes are specified in the developed unique textual-graphical language LISMA using Harel statecharts. The program models are edited, numerically analyzed, and their results are processed in the computer-aided analysis environment ISMA. The numerical analysis is performed using a collection of traditional and developed original explicit numerical integration methods of variable order and step with extended stability domains and an original algorithm detecting unilateral events in hybrid systems. The efficiency of the original methods has been tested on typical examples of hybrid systems. The chosen visual specification of program models satisfies the representation semantics of discrete-continuous processes with complex operational mode switching logic. Moreover, such a specification is understandable to an end user, who is rather interested in analyzing complex dynamic processes using simple and comprehensible tools for composing and editing models and being able to change the model structure and parameters fast.

Blasting operations carried out at mining enterprises and in construction have a negative seismic impact on the production environment of enterprises and other protected objects. As the pit depth increases, the slope angle of the ledges and sides increases, which increases the likelihood of collapses as a result of seismic impacts of blasting *** information system SIBGEO-AM - seismic monitoring of industrial explosions at mining enterprises, created by SIGI LLC, is described. The seismic monitoring system includes a network of seismic stations installed along the perimeter of the quarry excavation, and a computer program designed to automate the process of collecting, data processing, analyzing, presenting, viewing and storing seismic monitoring results. Examples of records of typical seismic impacts of industrial explosions are given. Algorithms of filtration, selection of events, calculation of seismic impact force in the epicenter of the explosion on the side of the quarry are shown.

The paper considers possible methods of increasing spatial resolution in digital holographic microscopy. A new original approach to increase the spatial resolution of digital holograms obtained in optical-electronic interference measuring systems is proposed. The approach is based on forming a "mosaic" consisting of a set of digital holograms with low spatial resolution. Image reconstruction of an object is obtained by Fourier transformation of such a synthesized digital hologram. A method for forming a digital hologram with high spatial resolution is shown by increasing the spatial resolution of a digital hologram with low spatial resolution by a factor of two horizontally. The optical scheme and design of a digital microscope that implements the proposed approach are shown. The results of practical application of the proposed approach are presented. It is shown that a synthesized digital hologram with high spatial resolution completely reconstructs an image of an object without diffraction limitations inherent in holograms with low spatial resolution. The number of digital holograms with low resolution required to form a digital hologram with high spatial resolution is determined as a product of scale factors in the horizontal and vertical directions. The proposed approach can be easily adapted to arbitrary values of scale coefficients of original holograms.
