This article presents a comparative analysis of different AI platforms for the same task. Several tests were made - a requirement to generate Python code, generate a text report on the same topic and a request to calculate a value. As a result of an analysis of the returned results, the advantages and disadvantages of each used AI chat have been identified. The main parameters that are the subject of the research described in this paper are the response generation time and the reliability of the returned information. From the research done, it can be concluded that of the investigated chats with artificial intelligence, the fastest in calculating and generating answers is Chat with Ask AI with a time of 6.32 seconds. © 2024 IEEE.

The development of systems for automating machine operations is due to the desire to achieve higher productivity, higher quality and repeatability of the obtained results during processing, as well as independence of production from the qualification of the worker. This paper describes the design of a CNC drafting microprocessor system that is small in size, low in cost, easily controlled by a computer, and can be interrupted or stopped suddenly, with one click of the computer mouse. The main hardware and software components used are: Arduino Uno development board, CNC Shield, stepper motors, simple chemical, Arduino IDE software and Inscape software. © 2024 IEEE.

Nowadays Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are widely used in different areas of life. One of the areas in which IoT expand is wireless sensor networks (WSN). There are various technologies to implement WSN for IoT. One of the most used technologies is ZigBee because of the energy efficiency that is provided. Various simulation systems can be used to ensure long lasting and effective deployment, validation of a particular technology for IoT purposes. Cybersecurity in IoT technologies is a critical element to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the transmitted *** the challenges of cybersecurity in IoT, this paper presents a proposal for simulation environment enabling to simulate and investigate Application Layer security related processes in ZigBee for IoT technology. The functionality of the proposed simulator has been verified in laboratory conditions. It is fully applicable for both training and security study in ZigBee technology. © 2024 IEEE.

The significance of ZigBee security is on the rise because of the growing reliance on wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and the need for secure communication. Ensuring security in ZigBee networks involves elements like key management, encryption, and safeguarding data across various stack layers. Developing simulators to replicate and visually represent network security processes is essential for enhancing the security and understanding of these networks. Lately, numerous simulators have been created to assess the efficiency of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). However, among the simulators examined, none focused on the communication security of ZigBee devices at the application layer of the ZigBee *** paper presents an enhanced simulator to help analyze and improve network security by showing the key generation and exchange process, along with application layer encryption. The simulator employs 128-bit AES encryption in accordance with ZigBee standards and shows a graphical depiction of the application layer key request, generation, and receipt sequence. This allows users to examine diverse security contexts and visualize the results of standard and non-standard operational approaches. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents the development of a high-precision navigation system for small maritime vessels, utilizing a Raspberry Pi as the central processing unit, combined with Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies integrated via an ESP32 microcontroller. The system is designed to enhance navigation accuracy, leveraging RTK corrections to achieve centimeter-level precision. This cost-effective solution is ideal for small-scale maritime applications requiring reliable and accurate positioning. Text detection in natural images is a crucial task for extracting and recognizing valuable information, but it comes with significant challenges. Traditional image processing methods often rely on synthetic features, which may not be suitable for handling the diverse range of unstructured text scenarios encountered in real-world environments. To overcome this challenge, deep learning techniques have emerged as a powerful tool for adaptively learning and extracting features to digitize text. In this paper, we introduce a novel approach based on the YOLOv5 architecture for text detection. Our method leverages the strengths of YOLOv5, including its efficient and lightweight architecture, multi-scale prediction capability, and advanced data augmentation techniques. By employing these features, our proposed model can accurately identify regions in an image that are more likely to contain text. Through extensive experimentation on popular benchmark datasets, we have evaluated the performance of our proposed model. The results have demonstrated that our method outperforms state-of-the-art approaches in terms of both detection efficiency and accuracy. This indicates the effectiveness of our approach in handling the challenges posed by text detection in natural images. © Editura ELECTRA 2024. All rights reserved.

In the era of Industry 4.0, automated remote monitoring of environmental conditions is based on the use of IoT sensors controlled by various wireless technologies. Registering the moment of occurrence of unwanted and unexpected events is extremely important, both for taking adequate actions to limit the damage and for proving the responsibility of certain employees, but also for presenting an insurance claim to the insurance company with irrefutable evidence. This paper presents a model and solution based on HyperLedger blockchain and IoT sensor network integrating BLE, LoRa and ZigBee technologies. The presented studies prove the applicability of the proposed model and the advantages it offers - trust, transparency, security, visibility and role-based access to all participants in the business network. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing number of vehicles on the roads, communication between them has become an area of exploration, standardisation, and development. Vehicular Adhoc Network (VANET) constitutes a network that connects vehicles and ensures intelligent traffic control and real-time information exchange. Various frameworks are employed in VANET to enhance communication and security within the road infrastructure. This study presents a VANET framework for incident response and management, utilising the technologies of Blockchain, Fog, and Cloud computing. The proposed framework aims to track data related to road conditions, incident detection and ensuring data authenticity, notifying emergency stations and insurers about occurred incidents, and analysing archived data. © 2023 IEEE.

This article describes the development of a parser in the Java programming language. The analyzer recognizes a program written in C code. The implemented parser recognizes and separates words from C program code and recognizes the type of each word. The types of words that the implemented parser recognizes are keyword, identifier, constant, operator, and delimiter. The result of the execution of the designed parser is in the form of a pair of values: . Performed testing of the analyzer with C code submission in stages and at once. © 2023 IEEE.
