This article investigates the possibility controlling of a linear induction motor with end effects. Linear induction motor is a special type of electrical machine with an open electromagnetic system and therefore has additional electromagnetic losses named end-effects. In literature has many methods for controlling an induction machine. This article proposes to explore the method known as Direct force control applied as a method for control of a linear induction motor. This method is suitable because gives a quick response to reference values. © 2024 IEEE.

This article presents the results of the implementation of a measuring system based on an IoT module for remote transmission of aggregate measurement data obtained during analytical monitoring of five water parameters via a wireless communication channel. A model of an experimental setup is presented and discussed, demonstrating the operability and consistency of the model for monitoring physical parameters during aggregate measurements. The obtained results of remote data transmission via a wireless communication channel revealed a statistically significant correlation between spring water parameters and the most influential predictor of acidity, conductivity, turbidity and oxidation-reduction potential is water temperature. The discovered relationship between the measured parameters is mainly associated with the effect of temperature on the processes occurring with an increase and decrease in the temperature of the analyzed water samples. © 2024 IEEE.

Problems of development of complex technological objects models, on the example of coke chambers of delayed coking unit, which are characterised by fuzzyness of some output parameters, are investigated and an approach to their solution is proposed. A method for developing models of objects with fuzzy parameters has been developed and described, which is implemented in the development of clear and fuzzy models of coke chambers. The originality of the proposed method lies in the development of effective models of objects with fuzzy parameters using available statistical and fuzzy information and the idea of a systems approach. On the basis of the developed models, the simulation of the modes of operation of coke chambers was carried out and the optimal modes of their operation were determined. The obtained results of the proposed method are compared with the results of known methods and real production data, and the advantages of the proposed approach to modelling taking into account the fuzzyness of some output parameters of the object are shown. © 2023 IEEE.

In this scientific article under consideration, a machine learning model has been developed that allows predicting the impact of filter parameters on the accuracy of measuring a biosignal - an ECG (electrocardiography) signal. For the first time, quantitative results have shown the degree of influence and the error introduced into the measured biosignal and described through dependence. The results of assessing the obtained relationship of indicators demonstrate an inverse correlation relationship that characterizes a decrease in the accuracy of measurement at the output of a high-order digital filtering system. The machine learning model is based on the linear regression method the dependence of which is approximated by the method based on least squares and visualized using a scattergram. The adequacy of the developed machine learning model was confirmed by calculating the coefficient of determination and checking its statistical significance. The developed model can be used to create new or improve existing biomedical data processing systems to increase the reliability of the results.

the regions of characteristics of narrow-band noise signals corresponding to a strong hidden correlation between these signals are correctly determined. The signals under consideration are as follows: the signal at center frequency and the sum of signals at specular frequencies simultaneously extracted from broadband bandwidth-limited noise dominated by shot noise. The characteristics being analyzed included specular frequency range and narrowband filter selectivity (narrowband noise spectral bands). Research method is based on the method to assess latent correlation of narrowband noise signals earlier developed by the authors. The research results presented can be of interest for scientists, engineers and metrologists engaged in digital signal processing who apply specular noise method for useful signal extraction from noise. © 2021 IEEE.
