Fast Growth of (ICT) information and Communication technology results to Innovation of Cloud Computing and is considered as a key driver for technological innovations, as an IT innovations, cloud computing had added a new dimension to that importance by increasing usage to technology that motivates economic development at the national and global levels. Continues need of higher storage space (applications, files, videos, music and others) are some of the reasons for adoption and implementation, Users and Enterprises are gradually changing the way and manner in which Data and information are been stored. Storing/Retrieving Data and information traditionally using Standalone computers are no longer sustainable due to high cost of Peripheral Devices, This further recommends organizational innovative adoption with regards to approaches on how to effectively reduced cost in businesses. Cloud Computing provides a lot of prospects to users/organizations;it also exposes security concerns which leads to low adoption, implementation and usage. Therefore, the study will examine standard ways of improving cloud computing adoption, implementation and usage by proposing and developing a security model using a design methodology that will ensure a secured Cloud Computing and also identify areas where future regularization could be operational. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, we study periodic and S-asymptotically periodic solutions for fractional diffusion equations (FDE). As we all know, there is no exact periodic solution to differential equations with Caputo or Riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives. Even so, in this paper, periodic (S-asymptotically periodic) mild or classical solutions for FDE with Weyl-Liouville fractional derivatives could be obtained in various fractional power spaces. In addition, a numerical simulation example and a specific example of fractional diffusion equation are given to verify the main theoretical results. © 2019 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Accurately estimating the three-dimensional (3D) shape of an object from two-dimensional (2D) images is a fundamental challenge in computer vision, with widespread applications in fields such as biomedical imaging and microscopy. Shape-from-Focus (SFF) is a widely adopted technique for addressing this challenge, relying on focus measures from image series captured at varying focal lengths. However, existing SFF techniques often face limitations such as inadequate performance in low-texture regions, sensitivity to noise, and high computational costs when processing high-resolution image series, hindering their effectiveness in real-world applications. To address these limitations, this study proposes a novel SFF technique based on the Swin Transformer, which introduces a hierarchical feature extraction framework and integrates a spatial frequency-based focus function directly into the deep feature space. This enables more robust focus-level detection and improved accuracy in 3D shape estimation for both real and simulated image series. The main contributions include multi-scale attention-based feature modeling and an enhanced sharpness evaluation strategy, yielding superior performance across various data sets. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed technique, extensive experiments are conducted using standard evaluation metrics, complemented by qualitative comparisons via reconstructed 3D shapes. The results consistently demonstrate that the Swin Transformer-based model outperforms existing SFF techniques in both quantitative and visual analyses. These findings highlight the robustness and innovation of the proposed SFF technique, establishing it as a reliable and efficient solution for 3D shape estimation.

Binarization process of images of historical manuscripts is considered a challenge due to the different types of noise that are related to the degraded manuscripts. This paper presents an automatic clustering algorithm for binarization of handwritten documents (HD) based on multi-verse optimization. The multi-verse algorithm is used to find cluster centers in HD where the number of clusters is predefined. The proposed approach is tested on the benchmarking dataset used in the Handwritten Document Image Binarization Contest (H-DIBCO 2014). The proposed approach is assessed through several performance measures. The experimental results achieved competitive outcomes compared to the well-known binarization methods such as Otsu and Sauvola. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.

The study clarified spatial single mode laser interaction with measured pulse based parabolic index multimode fiber. Peak power level margin, maximum/minimum signal amplitude margin after parabolic index multimode fiber are measured with core radius of 25 μm, cladding thickness of 10 μm, refractive index peak of 1.4142, length of 300 m, and refractive index step of 1%. Maximum signal power margin against spectral frequency after PIN light detector based parabolic fiber properties is tested under the same operating parameters. The signal power amplitude/power within parabolic index multimode fiber is also measured based on variations of fiber lengths and relative refractive index step. The study implies the multimode graded index fibers with parabolic or near parabolic index profile cores have transmission bandwidths than other multimode fibers. © 2022 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.

The aim and scope of the paper is to simulate the signal propagation parameters estimation through designed multi-layer fibre with higher dominant modes by using OptiFibre simulation software. The multi-layer fibre profile has a length of 1000 m is designed and clarified with six layers. RI difference profile variations are clarified with radial distance variations. Modal/group index, group delay, dispersion, mode field diameter and total fibre losses are demonstrated with the fibre wavelength variations. All the dominant mode field distribution for multi-layer fibre are simulated and demonstrated. The other modes for designed multi-layer fibre with the theoretical fibre cutoff values for the different modes based the designed multi-layer fibre are analyzed and clarified clearly in details. © 2022 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.

Effective role of optical duobinary transmitter with optical coherent quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) receiver based on light amplifiers measured is stimulated by using optisystem simulation software version 13. Signal, noise power levels are stimulated after long haul fiber optic range up to 350 km distance. Measured light amplifiers, optical duobinary transmitters and optical QAM receiver are employed to measure the peak signal amplitude power (SAP) and noise signal power for bit rate transmission with 100 Gb/s based 350 km length. Maximum signal power level margin is enhanced with high data rates transmission. © 2022 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.

At present, there are many researches on automatic code generation methods based on machine learning. However, there is no analysis on automatic code generation tools based on machine learning. According to the role of existing code generation tools based on machine learning in practical development, this paper proposes the content and the method of analysis of automatic code generation tools based on machine learning. Based on the presented method, the corresponding analysis plug-ins API4ACGT are implemented. Finally, three existing automatic code generation tools based on machine learning are used to generate specific codes in two programming environments. The experimental results show that the proposed method and analysis plug-ins API4ACGT are effective. © 2019 IEEE.

At present, user's comments are important information sources that help users and software developers to evaluate the software's quality-in-use. However, the accumulation of user's comment information is rapid. There are some difficulties while using user's comments to evaluate software's quality-in-use. The research and practical value of mining software's quality-in-use for user's comments are becoming more and more prominent. The systematic and comprehensive review on software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments is trying to present on the basis of related researches in recent years. There are two cores in software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments, including identification of software's quality-in-use information and analysis of software's quality-in-use information. For identification of software's quality-in-use information, it is concluded that application of feature words reflecting quality-in-use, combination with language rules of quality-in-use, extraction of evaluation aspects reflecting quality-in-use and classification based on quality-in-use characteristics. Furthermore, analysis for overall usage of software and analysis for specific usage of software are summarized. Finally, the future work of software's quality-in-use mining for user's comments is discussed. © 2019 IEEE.

Under cloud computing environment, cloud computing systems often have abnormalities due to the diversity of applications and the dynamic deployment environment. Collecting node performance data is very valuable for anomaly detection. There are many nodes under cloud computing environment. Many related studies only make abnormal judgments based on the status of single node. However, the state of multi-nodes is not judged. In this paper, a method of nodes anomaly judgment (NAJ method) based on agent under cloud environment is proposed. The collected data are analyzed by using agent technology. Firstly, data conversion technology is used for constructing a unified format for data analysis. Secondly, the detection model is trained and the degree of data anomalies is analyzed through unsupervised learning method. Finally, differences between anomalous nodes and other nodes are detected. The experimental results show that the method can judge the anomaly nodes effectively. © 2019 IEEE.
