Improving the safe WSN's real-time,energy consumption,and anti-leak is an important research *** on specific operations as addition,multiplication,and so *** homomorphic encryption can manipulate the ciphertext directly to get the correct results without *** fully homomorphic encryption's process of the decryption can be omitted,the safe WSN's characteristics such as real-time and so on can be improved *** management is an important problem of fully homomorphic encryption,in which the ability to anti-capture in WSN comes *** this paper,based on the calculation algorithm of two element symmetrical polynomials proposed by Blundo,we propose a pairwise key establishment scheme by introducing fully homomorphic encryption,which does not only prevent enemy intercepting information about polynomial relation,but also resist the large-scale node capture attack *** and experiments show that this scheme can totally meet the requirements of resource,energy consumption and so on of WSN,and improve the security of WSN at the meantime.

To improve the performance of real-time task scheduling and the utilization of the system resources in Cyber-Physical System,at the same time,to reduce the number of task switching,this paper improved traditional preemptive task scheduling,introduced the concept of buffer time and the guard time,made judgments when the task may need to switch to,according to the situation to retain the task which had lower priority but should not be suspended,and let the higher priority task wait for a ***,our research verifies the performance of the algorithm by examples and simulation experiments,demonstrates that the algorithm can optimize the performance of CPS,avoids the jitter caused by frequent task switching and its adverse effects on system performance,reduces the number of task switching,and improves the utilization of resources within the system to some extent.

Embedded system real time measurement and representation method is widely used in industrial CPS control system application,such as engine fault *** malfunction diagnostic methods,which filter the changes in measurable parameters through Kalman filter and then map them to changes in performance parameters of the engine via neural network,have the weaknesses in that the neural network has a slow convergence rate and the optimum is prone to local ***,proposes an approach using genetic algorithm,which stands out in finding global optimum,to refine BP neural *** approach uses global optimum to refine the initial and threshold values of the neural network,decreasing the times of neural network trainings,and thus reducing the training error and lowering the time of *** simulation shows that the approach is feasible,improves the real-timing and error precision of malfunction diagnosis,and therefore is highly valuable in applications.

Primary Health Care (PHC) serves not only the primary care service but also the community health service. With such complexity, it is necessary to ensure the quality of health care equally on both sides by implementing Health information technology to engage both activities. The purpose of this study is to elaborate functional requirements for the Primary Health Care (PHC) business process. Thus, it may offer a foundation for the government for standardising a PHC information System and also provide a complete structure of Health information System (HIS) requirements for the PHC basic process: individual care business process and community health care process. This research is a qualitative study by conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews and observations in two public PHC, the District Health Office of Kota Tangerang Selatan, Provincial Health Office of Banten Province, and the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The discussions were transcribed and analysed using the framework matrix analysis method. The result of this research is the functional requirements of an integrated HIS for primary care in Indonesia.

Although rice cultivation is one of the most important agricultural sources of methane (CH4) and contributes ∼8% of total global anthropogenic emissions, large discrepancies remain among estimates of global CH4 emissions from rice cultivation (ranging from 18 to 115 Tg CH4 yr−1) due to a lack of observational constraints. The spatial distribution of paddy-rice emissions has been assessed at regional-to-global scales by bottom-up inventories and land surface models over coarse spatial resolution (e.g., > 0.5°) or spatial units (e.g., agro-ecological zones). However, high-resolution CH4 flux estimates capable of capturing the effects of local climate and management practices on emissions, as well as replicating in situ data, remain challenging to produce because of the scarcity of high-resolution maps of paddy-rice and insufficient understanding of CH4 predictors. Here, we combine paddy-rice methane-flux data from 23 global eddy covariance sites and MODIS remote sensing data with machine learning to 1) evaluate data-driven model performance and variable importance for predicting rice CH4 fluxes;and 2) produce gridded up-scaling estimates of rice CH4 emissions at 5000-m resolution across Monsoon Asia, where ∼87% of global rice area is cultivated and ∼ 90% of global rice production occurs. Our random-forest model achieved Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency values of 0.59 and 0.69 for 8-day CH4 fluxes and site mean CH4 fluxes respectively, with land surface temperature, biomass and water-availability-related indices as the most important predictors. We estimate the average annual (winter fallow season excluded) paddy rice CH4 emissions throughout Monsoon Asia to be 20.6 ± 1.1 Tg yr−1 for 2001–2015, which is at the lower range of previous inventory-based estimates (20–32 CH4 Tg yr−1). Our estimates also suggest that CH4 emissions from paddy rice in this region have been declining from 2007 through 2015 following declines in both paddy-rice growing area and emission rates per unit

Background: Since the patient-related data stored in the MCPS (Medical Cyber-Physical System) play a critical role in medical diagnosis and treatment, it is essential to ensure the security of these data. Failure to obtain authentic and correct medical data will possibly prevent a patient from being treated effectively, or even lead to wrong treatments, also described in various patents. Moreover, public may not accept MCPS technology if enough attention is not paid to address various security and privacy concerns in MCPS. Especially access to patient-related data must be strictly limited only to authorized users;otherwise, the patients’ privacy could be abused. Methods: In this paper, one of PSWs proposed by Shao, proxy-unprotected, is introduced in our proposed protocol. Based on this method, we propose our distributed access control based on proxy signature in medical cyber-physical systems. Results: The proposed protocol achieves the requirements for access control in the following aspects: Firstly, the authorized users are able to access the nodes in a distributed manner. Secondly, it provides an effective user authentication mechanism. Thirdly, it supports different user privileges. Fourthly, it protects the integrity of query command. The timestamp included in the query command can ensure the freshness of the query command. In addition, it can also be used to prevent replay attacks when the command exceeds the life time. Conclusion: We have proposed a novel distributed dissemination code scheme for MCPS. The security analysis show that the technique guarantees strong unforgeability, verifiability, strong identifia-bility, strong undeniability and prevention of misuse. Moreover, security of the proposed technique does not rely on the availability of a secure channel. © 2017 Bentham Science Publishers.

Cumulative state loss over the years caused by corruption in Indonesia has reached a fantastic number of 15 Billion usn up until 2016 [1]. To imagine the severances of it, 10.000 KM of highway can be built with that much amount of fund. Several responses has been done by Indonesian government to fight corruption from both prevention and persecution. This work focuses on the development of a web application aimed to provide insight to corruption case per province in Indonesia. The web application was developed using Machine Learning, specifically Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Web crawling and web scraping techniques are used to gather news content from 7 major news portal in Indonesia. Accuracy is measured by comparing correct prediction by ANN to its true value. Upon finding corruption news, data is saved and further analysis is done to establish the number of corruption news per region. Finally, the output is visualized using Google Map API. The purpose of this work is to provide regional depiction of corruption case to give further insight to be used by decision makers. Upon using this web application, objectivity of program development is expected to increase. The final output of the web application is a map of corruption case in Indonesia per region. The accuracy of ANN used in this work to classify corruption and non-corruption news is 96.91 % using Sigmoid Activation Function. © 2018 IEEE.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime and must be eradicated not only as fast as possible, but also as efficient and as effective as possible as it hinders the process of achieving sustainable economy. In current modern society, information technology exists as a multidisciplinary tool to solve lingering problems that could not be solved by traditional efforts. This paper aims to provide knowledge regarding identified efforts to fight corruption specifically in Indonesia region. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is used as the methodology, and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flow is used as framework to identify relevant records. Scopus database is used as data source. A total of 10 records are labelled as relevant to this research, and the findings are synthesized. It was found from the records that the main areas of interest for ICT research for corruption prevention in Indonesia are (1) information transparency, (2) operational enhancement, (3) success evaluation, (4) security and fraud, and (4) decision support. The findings are expected to assist future research in term of providing valuable insights on corruption prevention using ICT in Indonesia. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. Quasi-periodic pulsations (QPP) are usually found in the light curves of solar and stellar flares, they carry the features of time characteristics and plasma emission of the flaring core, and could be used to diagnose the coronas of the Sun and remote stars. In this study, we combined the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA) on board the Solar Dynamics Observatory and the Nobeyama Radioheliograph (NoRH) to observe an M7.7 class flare occurred at active region 11520 on 19 July 2012. A QPP was detected both in the AIA 131 Å bandpass and the NoRH 17 GHz channel, it had a period of about four minutes. In the spatial distribution of Fourier power, we found that this QPP originated from a compact source and that it overlapped with the X-ray source above the loop top. The plasma emission intensities in the AIA 131 Å bandpass were highly correlated within this region. The source region is further segmented into stripes that oscillated with distinctive phases. Evidence in this event suggests that this QPP was likely to be generated by intermittent energy injection into the reconnection region. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. All rights reserved.
