The main problem in this work was to analyze the influence of photovoltaic systems on low voltage grids. For the purpose of the study, a model of a low voltage distribution network was proposed and created. It consisted of a model medium to low voltage transformer, lines, PV installation and loads. The basic working conditions of the system have been assumed - like typical DPF and real power in loads. A simulation study of these states was then performed. The influence of the installation on the voltage value was proved and the way of improving network parameters in case of single-phase installations was suggested. © 2021 IEEE.

5G & IoT are topics discussed very often now days. This paper is an overview of the 5G and IoT technology. It describes the evolution of the cellular network and its speed. It provides information about the 5G and IoT challenges such as power saving and signal absorption, signal refraction and diffraction. It provides comprehensive review of D2D communication and the LPWAN using technologies like ZigBee, SigFox, WiFi, LoRa and of course the new NB-IoT. The World Health Organization reports that more than 10 million people worldwide die each year due to heart disease. In this project, an ensemble-based machine learning (ML) model is proposed for the prediction of heart disease. The proposed method was evaluated on two datasets: UCI heart disease and Framingham heart study. Various ML such as K-Nearest Neighbors, Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR) and Random Forest (RF) were carried out to predict the outcome of heart disease. Additionally, the Stacking and Voting ensemble approaches are also employed for heart disease prediction. All ML classifiers evaluated on both datasets have their performance metrics analyzed and compared. The results of all ML classifiers assessed on the Framingham dataset is inferior than that of the UCI heart disease dataset. For individual ML classifier, SVM achieved the highest accuracy for UCI heart disease with 91.09%, whereas LR achieved the highest accuracy for the Framingham heart study with 85.38%. However, it should be noted that RF trained on the UCI dataset is the best ML for prioritizing Sensitivity (92.52%). Finally, with the exception of Sensitivity, the Voting approach is strongly suggested because it outperforms the other classifiers noticeably where it achieved Accuracy (91.96%), F1 (91.69%), Sensitivity (91.72%), Specificity (90.77%), and Precision (92.40%) on UCI dataset. © 2022 IEEE.

High-tech improvements with reference for health advance to develop numerous medical tools have been build to support doctors and nurses performances. This analysis research applied web-based system of infusion monitoring and microprosessor or microcontroller to grease performances of nursers and pharmaceutical helping in clinics or public health centers of the district. In this research, smart infusion web-based is builded for providing for the infusions by applying Node MCU and ESP 8266 Wi-Fi module. Smart Infusion aimed at helping nursers and medical helpers handling infusions of contagious complaint cases or Covid-19 cases to provide for infusion situation in isolation room or emergency room at hospital also public health centers at the district. Detecting the infusion weight, volume and percentage by applying a digital scale and the Load Cell sensors. This monitoring tools or devices is created to count the display from LCD and infusion weight the volumes and percentage of infusion with 3 colors alert display on the Website such as red color, yellow color, and green color depend on a web developed by php language, C programming with Arduino by C language embedded in microprocessor or microcontroller and based on fuzzy logic. Testing results have been achieved, monitoring device can work efficiently and completely when calculating weight, percentage, and volume. Scanning data of success accuracy of Load Cell sensors is 98,00%. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

In recent years, technology has witnessed a rapid development, that has led to the connection of more and more devices to the Internet, that has led to consuming the IPv4 address. IETF developed the IPv6 as a long-term solution. However, due to different IPv4 and IPv6's header structure, IETF developed some transition mechanisms to allow both IPv4 and IPv6 to coexist for a while before IPv6 take *** study aims to choose the optimal transition mechanism which can be applied at YPTC by simulating some selected transition mechanisms (Dual Stack, NAT6-4, Manual Tunneling, 6to4 and ISATAP) with GNS3 Emulator and then evaluate them with network performance metrics (Delay, Throughput and Latency) by using Wireshark tool. © 2021 IEEE.

Colon neoplasms are the second leading cause of mortality worldwide, and despite advances in endoscopy, even experienced endoscopists miss 22-28% of cases. Intelligent systems can bridge this gap, but current approaches face significant challenges. For instance, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) excel in image recognition but require large datasets, which are often scarce in healthcare. On the other hand, Capsule Networks, suitable for smaller datasets, struggle with complex images. To address these limitations, we propose a novel contrast-aware Capsule Network for colon neoplasm recognition. By incorporating a novel contrast-aware feature transformation algorithm, our proposed model enhances extracted features and focuses on processing relevant features, achieving remarkable recognition accuracies of 96.70%, 93.68%, and 99.99% on PolyGen, ETIS-Larib, and CVC-ClinicDB datasets, respectively. Our approach outperforms state-of-the-art Capsule Network algorithms and offers a promising solution to support endoscopists in accurate colon neoplasm detection, reducing the burden of image analysis and improving patient outcomes.

The massive development of the Internet of Things to date continues to develop a lot of small devices that are integrated such as the Wireless Sensor Network, several experts have conducted research using simulation and practice of WSN, one of the powerful embedded system hardware is the Raspberry Pi Pico, which is a small-sized Raspberry Pi such as Mini Arduino or Micro Arduino. The purpose of developing research in the field of Embedded Systems is to strive in terms of power consumption and dynamism in research, which can be placed on drones and also in various research ideas such as medical for patient comfort. Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller uses an ARM Cortex-M0+ dual-core processor, Raspberry Pi Pico works on a voltage of 1.8 – 5.5 V DC, and can be handled with a 3.7 V DC battery. With its small dimensions, Raspberry Pi pico can be applied to various applicative research.

The proliferation of the Internet of Things (IoT) has ushered in a transformative era of connected devices, emphasizing the critical need for effective resource management. This study introduces an innovative approach that harnesses Evolutionary and Swarm Intelligence algorithms for IoT Task Scheduling, addressing resource optimization challenges. The approach offers superior resource utilization through advanced optimization techniques, reducing energy consumption and enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, it significantly reduces task scheduling execution time, enabling prompt decision-making in dynamic IoT environments. This results in improved task allocation quality, meeting application-specific requirements, and prioritizing critical tasks. Notably, the approach excels in minimizing completion time, making it particularly advantageous for real-time IoT applications. This research contributes to the advancement of IoT resource management, offering an adaptive, efficient, and intelligent solution with broad applicability. In the evolving landscape of IoT, the findings presented here lay a solid foundation for future research and practical implementations, ultimately promoting more responsive, sustainable, and intelligent IoT ecosystems. © 2023 IEEE.

Cybersecurity Study Programs: What’s in a Name?

Improving cybersecurity education has become a priority for many countries and organizations worldwide. Computing societies and professional associations have recognized cybersecurity as a distinctive computing discipline and created specialized cybersecurity curricular guidelines. Higher education institutions are introducing new cybersecurity programs, attracting students to this expanding field. In this paper, we examined 101 study programs across 24 countries. Based on their analysis, we argue that top-ranked universities have not yet fully implemented the guidelines and offer programs that have "cyber" in their name but lack some essential elements of a cybersecurity program. In particular, most programs do not sufficiently cover non-technical components, such as law, policies, or risk management. Also, most programs teach knowledge and skills but do not expose students to experiential learning outside the traditional classroom (such as internships) to develop their competencies. As a result, graduates of these programs may not meet employer expectations and may require additional training. To help program directors and educators improve their programs and courses, this paper offers examples of effective practices from cybersecurity programs around the world and our teaching practice. Today cloud platforms are gradually being replaced by hyperconverged. With a hyperconverged infrastructure, the servers, networks, storage and computing power are combined. This is done through specific software. The main advantage of hyperconverged network is to reduce operating costs. However, system performance can be reduced due to the standardization of hardware modules and centralization of control, and, consequently, QoS deteriorates. At the same time, companies that operate computer systems are attracted by the ability to quick horizontal scaling and lower operating costs. Hyperconverged networks often use addition of a new hardware modules to meet QoS requirements using a simple horizontal scaling implementation. The purpose of the paper is to develop such a horizontal scaling method, which allows decreasing transaction processing time while total cost of data transmission does not exceed the specified values. The method also allows determining the optimal characteristics of additional hardware. © 2021 IEEE.
