The game application is executed on the remote server and video-streamed to a mobile device over WiFi. The mobile keyboard input is relayed to the server to control the game. The prototype test-bed includes a virtualization based infrastructure and the necessary software for both the virtual game server and the mobile device. Inductive wireless power transfer (WPT) system uses alternating magnetic field to transmit power from the transmitter to the receiver. To confine the magnetic field, WPT coils are realized with high permeability substrate material that ensures shielding. Aside from shielding, high permeability substrate also increases the coil inductance. When transmitter and receiver coils are placed in close proximity, high permeability substrate of transmitter coil increases the inductance of the receiver coil, and vice versa. This additional inductance increase is a function of the substrate material type and the distance between the coils. To achieve high efficiency and low losses of the WPT system, a capacitor network is added to both transmitter and receiver coil. In a common serial-serial (S-S) WPT system topology, the capacitor networks are asymmetric, i.e. the capacitor network of the transmitter and the receiver are not identical. The efficiency of asymmetric S-S topology is significantly impaired due to variable coil inductance. To attain high efficiency in such operating conditions, this paper proposes symmetric S-S WPT topology with emphasis on transmission distance optimization.

Sponsored search is a mechanism that shows the appropriate ads according to search queries. The orders and payments of ads are determined by the auction. Recently, the allocations are determined by the click through rate (CTR) and the externalities which give effects to CTR and haven't been considered in existing works. However, the mechanism with externalities has high computational cost. The algorithm which can calculate the approximated solution considering the externalities within the polynomial-time are proposed, however, it assumed that one bidder can propose only a single ad. In this paper, we propose the approximation allocation algorithm that one bidder can offer many ads considering externalities. The proposed algorithm employs the concept of the combinatorial auction in order to consider the combinational bids. In addition, the proposed algorithm can find the approximated allocation by the dynamic programming. Moreover, we prove the computational complexity and the monotonicity of the proposed mechanism, and demonstrate computational costs and efficiency ratios by changing the number of ads, slots and maximum bids. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can calculate 0.7-approximation solution even though the full search can't find solutions in the limited times.

Deep learning (DL) has transformed the field of medical image processing, enabling unprecedented accuracy and efficiency in various applications. It has been widely utilized for medical image analysis of different anatomical regions. In this article, we provide an overview of commonly used deep learning methods, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and generative adversarial networks (GANs). We briefly overview their applications in medical image analysis, such as image classification, object detection/localization, segmentation, generation, and registration. We also highlight the strengths and limitations of each method and identify the challenges that still need to be addressed, including the limited availability of annotated data, variability in medical images, and the interpretability issue. Finally, we discuss future research directions, including developing explainable deep learning methods and integrating multi-modal data.

Microwave, a typical electronic household device, requires an electrical power of 1000 watts 1450 watts to work optimally. However, because the electricity used is considerable, not all homes afford to use it. One other household appliance that has the same function as a microwave for warming food is a rice cooker. In the process of warming, we can replace the role of the microwave because it use less electrical power. Temperature adjustment is only available in the high-end rice cooker model so that the food that is warmed does not dry out or is damaged. Therefore, a rice cooker is designed that can control the temperature needed when heating different types of food depending on food conditions. The food that will be used has three types of conditions, namely frozen food, cold food, and normal food. Frozen food stored at temperatures at -15 degree Celcius, Cold food at 5 degree Celcius, and 27 degree Celcius for normal food. An android application was made on the smartphone to facilitate the control of the system and notify the user. This application will have a feature to choose the condition of the food to be warmed. This research aims to produce a system that can regulate and control the warming temperature according to the type of food. The Android application will regulate the temperature and time required. So that this system is useful to reduce electricity waste in replacing the microwave function. Experimental results show that the average amount of time to reach the setpoint by using the PID controller of each food is, ± 10 minutes for normal food, ± 15 minutes for cold food and ± 30 minutes for frozen food.
